- Victor (8/5): Very good - The apartment is nice and Ruslan was amazing. If it wasn't for him, this rating would be much lower. We had a problem with the boiler or heater, it didn't function, and we had to take cold showers. Again, Ruslan saved the rating.
- Kebbe (8/5): Wonderful experience, would reccomend to anyone staying in Palermo. - Property was spacious with high ceilings and lots of natural light. The bedroom was quiet and everywhere was clean. Nicely decorated and really pleasant to stay in. I would recommend it to anyone staying in Palermo. The location was amazing, so close to the city centre and situated in its own beautiful square with lovely bars and restaurants downstairs which you could enjoy from the balcony. The staff were friendly and really helpful. Some of the facilities were outdated such as the washing machine which was partly broken and hard to operate and the TV in the living room which was fine but small and dated. The toiletries were limited to shower gel and we had to buy our own shampoo and conditioner and there was no washing detergent, we had to ask the property who showed us where a locked storage cupboard was. The kitchen was also not well stocked there were no tea bags or extra coffee, no oil or spices to cook with, no sugar or basic necessities.

- Niamh (9/5): A quiet and cool escape from the hustle of Palermo. - The host provided constant updates from the time we arrived off the airplane. The apartment is freshly renovated with new interiors and furniture. The aircon is AMAZING and was such a lifesaver in the blistering Palermo heat. Has fully equipped kitchen and would comfortably accommodate 4 people. Lovely little balconies included too. Great location in the old town and close to the historical sites. A special mention to our host - Ruslan - who was so helpful and accommodating to us. The apartment building itself is old and there is a smell as you walk in. The area around the apartment, while it is super central to the old town and historical sites, there is a waste problem and there is rubbish all over the streets. The apartment is up some stairs but there is a small lift if you're not claustrophobic.

I like the 2 balconies, the view from the balcony, the equipped kitchen and the building too. Ryslan was very kind and helpful whenever I needed anything. The bed could be a bit comfier. :-)
