Guest Reviews
- Amelia (7/5): Good -
- Aayan (1/5): The most disgusting room I have ever seen so please spend more money on a nicer place! - Nothing The most disgusting place I have ever seen and pictures are definitely deceiving.
Firstly, I couldn’t unlock the door so I tried calling the concerned phone number but no one picked up, eventually I ended up opening the door 30 minutes later but till now, I didn’t receive any call back from the owner so if I was in a real situation, they would’ve just left me there.
The blinds in the room were of no use, they didn’t cover up any part of the window so I had to slide the storage cupboards to cover the windows.
The room had no toiletries and the bathroom was disgusting. Five other people were using it and it was all soaking wet. The shower wasn’t working too.
There was no fan in 30degrees temperature and it was a hell of a night. I could hear insects and rats crawling up in the attic.
The duvet that was inside the storage had a big yellow stain on it. The floor had so much dust and we had to wear shoes inside the room to keep our feet clean
I didn’t even gather up the courage to use the kitchen as there were literal bicycles in the kitchen and it smelled awful.
Other People living there were yelling till 1 am so couldn’t even sleep in peace.
- Genious (6/5): Pleasant - Cleanliness in the room The shared bathroom was dirty
- Stephen (2/5): - There was nothing to like about this property. It was dangerous a fire was caused in the oven by other people that couldn’t speak English. One smoke alarm that wasn’t working. If we were able to sleep over the noise of many noisy people coming in and out of the property all night until early hours, I would not have smelled the smoke coming upstairs to our room and we would have been killed by a fire in the oven that I put out through the large amount of smoke coming from it. I call on the other residents but nobody came out of any of the rooms. The pictures are before the fire. I have a video that will not upload.
- Anonymous (1/5): I was stranded after paying for a room. The code I was sent to was inactive and there was no one in the property to let - The property was deserted, I was stranded the same night as the code I was given never let me into the property. The contact number wasn’t going through I was nt allowed entrance into the building and I lost my money
- Thomas (1/5): Bad room - Not good The smell in the room
- Hibberd (9/5): Superb - N/A No problems
- Sebastian (1/5): Bad - Messy lock didn’t work
- Alexander (2/5): Sleep in an alleyway instead - Unable to check in at 3 as required. Messed around for over an hour. Given the code for my room and it was already taken. Mine was a large room with a double bed. I was given a substitute small room with single bed that squeaked everytime you moved. Stuff on the side for hot drinks but no kettle or mug. An utter shambles of a place in poor condition
- Lilian (1/5): Terrible.do not waste your money booking this dump - Absolutely nothing The room was dirty, dusty, littered with empty box of pizza, trash, opened can of beer, dirty beddings, dirty floor, dirty toilet with no basic toiletries not even tissue paper or hand wash liquid. Practically a dump and unfit for a human to pass the night. The staff was unresponsive, don’t pick calls or reply emails when you complain. I wouldn’t even advise my enemy to book this room.
- Adoh (1/5): Bad - Nothing The room is not properly kept. The bathrooms is not clean. The smell is bad
- Saracin (2/5): I wouldn't recommend that place - Radiators turned on, so there was warm. I could park on the drive because there was no other car but mine, but there was no space to park in the street, contrary to what the advert said. False statements on the advert. The house was really dirty and messy. There was just a bed and wardrobe in the room, not even one chair. The kitchen was extremely dirty and messy, not safe to use, so it was not possible to use for me. There was a dirty kettle in the kitchen, which was not suitable to use. There was no other equipment, absolutely no coffee or tea maker.
There were a lot of food leftovers on the kitchen table and tops, including row meat, left by someone.
The smell in the room and in the house was bad. I tried to keep the window open, but it didn't remove the smell.
- Alfred (8/5): Enjoyed my stay - The room was big and spacious Toilets not clean
- Richard-james (5/5): For a night, it is alright. - Big room, toiliteries provided, refreshements in room, large bed, good location, in theory parking on drive, parking on road, shops nearby, very cheap, openable windows Got blocked in when parking on driveway, very cold (no heating), bathroom had a cooler shower, no microwave, kitchen with everything but not clear on whether you could use, and no wifi.
- Nicola (1/5): Bad -
- B (5/5): Passable -
- Elizabeth (8/5): Very good - The door number should put in bright colours I struggle to find the house because the colours of house number improve that.
Thanks Elizabeth Please put bright colours for the house number it is to see at night
