Le gérant nous attendait avec le sourire (on est arrivé plus tard que prévu), très gentil et professionnel ( parle un bien meilleur anglais que nous ) De très bon conseil pour notre escapade dans le mont Huangshan, il nous a donné un plan et indiqué les meilleurs parcours et sites. Les chambres tres propres et salle de bain bien équipée. Le petit plus, le petit déjeuner fait maison , complet et délicieux. Au choix européen ou chinois, nous avons opté pour le chinois, TOP ! Félicitations à la cuisinière. Pour partir le gérant nous avait réservé le taxi... Vraiment je recommande Rien à redire

The hotel is new, very comfortable and clean! The owner was very communicative and helpful, he gave us a lot of information about the hike in the mountains and helped us arrange transportation to and from the station. Breakfast was amazing :)

• LingJoo (10/5): Excellent Location, Comfortable Rooms & Hospitable Owner - Excellent location - Just right outside the entrance to the shuttle bus to the Ciguan / Yungu cableway. The room is spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is authentic local food. The owner - Mr 任 arranged pick-up from the railway station and was waiting for us when we arrived. He showed us the room and then explained in detail how to ascend/descend Hangshan with recommended timings and gave us a map for our reference. He also advised us how to get the tickets for the shuttle/cableway and let us deposit our extra luggage at his place and collect when we are back at Tangkou. We were also allowed to use his hiking sticks for free and return when we back at Tangkou. He linked his Wechat to us for easy communication. Mr 任 is really very hospitable and excellent owner. Nuthing. All are great.

• Tineke Platvoet (9/5): Geweldig hotel - Het hotel was geweldig. Schoon en hygiënisch. Een zeldzaam lekkere douche. Het hotel lag naast het busstation richting de Yello Mountains. De hoteleigenaar was ontzettend behulpzaam vriendelijk. Echt een aanrader dit hotel en het lag ook nog eens in een wijk met allemaal heerlijke restaurantjes.

El primer motivo es el trato personal del responsable del hotel. Nos acompañó a tomar los tickets para el parque. Nos llevó en su coche a un restaurante que espedificamnte tiene comida no picante. Nos aconsejó tanto los recorridos en función de nuestras opciones físicas. Nos aconsejó los horarios para evitar colas en el parque. Nos proporcionó transfer para visitar el pueblo de Hongcun, patrimonio de la humanidad. Además, se despidió con un regalo para cada persona de nuestro grupo. Las habitaciones podrían ser de un hotel de una cadena hotelera noruega, comodísimas y chulas. Además, está ubicado en la mejor posición para coger los buses del parque.
• Marion (10/5): Hôtel parfait pour découvrir Huangshan Mount - L’hôtel est très bien placé pour aller à pieds en 5 minutes à la gare routière pour entrer dans le parc national. Le bâtiment est très récent, la décoration est jolie et les équipements sont très bien. C’est une famille jeune qui tient l’hôtel ils sont vraiment gentils. Le petit déjeuner est copieux, bon et à la commande (chinois ou occidental). Le responsable de l’hôtel est très serviable, professionnel et très sympa : il nous a beaucoup aidé et donné des conseils pour notre visite du Huangshan Mount (horaires, accès téléphérique, restaurant, meteo) et nous a réservé un van avec chauffeur pour le transfert depuis la gare et pour aller visiter le village de Hangcun. En plus il parle anglais ce qui est rare en Chine et pratique. C’était vraiment un très bon séjour en famille dans cet hôtel que je recommande sincèrement.

• Maeve (9/5): We highly recommend Mount Huangshan Yunku Kinship B&B - Our host was exceptionally helpful. He was very attentive and considerate and did more than we could have possibly expected to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Our room was spacious, well-appointed and tastefully decorated. We were able to avail of the in-house self-service laundry facilities, which were very welcome as the weather was extremely wet and quite humid. On request, we were served a tasty and nutritious vegetarian 'Chinese' breakfast. Although the location was excellent for climbing Mount Huangshan (which was our plan), or for ascending the mountain by cable car, the neighbourhood was not very attractive and not very pleasant to walk around. However, it felt safe.

• Filip (10/5): Mount Huangshan trip - This hotel was absolutely great – very modern, spotlessly clean, and in a fantastic location. There are plenty of outdoor gear shops, grocery stores, and restaurants all around, so everything you need is just steps away. The rooms were beautiful, stylish, and super clean – everything felt new and well-maintained. Andy was incredibly helpful and responded to all my messages and questions (and I had a lot!). Honestly, it was the best communication I had with any host during my entire long trip. He also helped us arrange a taxi from the train station, which made everything smooth and easy. The location is also perfect for heading to the cable car – it’s just a 5-minute walk to the buses that go there. Overall, this was definitely one of the best places I stayed at, and I highly recommend it!

Hotel can also supports you to find a shuttle from train staiton or airport or even they will provide a briefing about the trekking routes & rain coats. just inform them about your trip they they will take care of you whole time.

The Huangshan ticketing office and the long distance coach ticketing office are just within 5mins walk away. There are plenty of food options around the hotel. The owners of the hotel are very friendly and helpful. They customised breakfast to our likings. Highly recommended for people who are doing a day trip to Huangshan. Nothing really except that there is no lift access to the rooms in one of the building. We were offered to stay in another building with lift access.

Really great value for money. Everything was clean, well taken care of, and it was the perfect place to rest after a long day. Andy, the manager, was amazing. He helped me with everything—from translating when I needed it, to recommending where to eat, what time to take the bus, how to plan my tour… he even showed me how to use some apps and was really patient with me the whole time. You can tell he genuinely cares about guests having a good experience. Thank you Andy, you really made a difference!
