• Larisa (9/5): - Butas labai didelis. 3 atskiri miegamieji, virtuvė su svetaine, 2 vonios kambariai. Didelis valgomojo stalas. Patogios lovos. Geras rajonas. Šalia parduotuvė ir picerijos. Pėsčiomis pasiekiamos visos lankytinos vietos. Kažkas sulužę, kažkas aptrupėję. Problemos su santechnika. Karšto vandens reikia palaukti. Bet tai būdinga seniems pastatams.

• Lidia Angela (5/5): Perfecta ubicación pero apartamento en condiciones regulares - La ubicación es perfecta El olor a humedad, el ruido de la cisterna y la ducha. El precio está muy por encima de la calidad del inmueble.

• Ainara (7/5): - La ubicación era fantástica y el salón-comedor muy espacioso. Una de las habitaciones que daba a un patio tenía mal aislamiento y hacía muchísimo frío por la noche. La bomba del baño tenía un sistema que no era muy efectivo y había un cartel en el que ponía que si se estropeaba el inquilino se hacía cargo. Además ese baño tenía muy mal olor.

• Safia (1/5): - The location was the only good thing about it. The property smelt of sewage throughout, showers were both blocked. Management company did not sort this out until our 3rd night at the property and it was on the first floor with spiral stairs, which is not mentioned anywhere. Very very poor and disappointing.

• Wilson (7/5): Muy buena ubicación. - Espacioso y cómodo para 7 huéspedes. Para un hospedaje de 4 días, 7 huéspedes mayores… sugiero equipen máquina para lavar ropa y horno.
• Alejandro (5/5): No está mal y tienen mucho que mejorar. - La ubicación del alojamiento es muy buena la verdad. En general la limpieza es aceptable y el estado de los muebles es bueno. Es tranquilo y céntrico. Una habitación cuando llueve hace mucho ruido, no tiene persianas que oscurezcan. No en todas las habitaciones tiene aire acondicionado y lo preguntamos antes de alquilarlo. En cuanto al servicio (platos, cubiertos) va bastante corto. El piso está en muy mal estado (pavimiento). La entrada es horrorosa.

• Janika (8/5): Heart of Rome - Location was perfect. Building is old like 99% of the buildings in Rome and that’s probably the reason of visiting Rome. Apartment was little outdated but as we only slept there it was perfect. If you are planning to sleep on the couch ear plug is a must have accessory. Windows don’t completely close but I assume you can’t just replace the windows with modern one cause every house is part of history, lot of noise came from the street and 1st night without earplugs I was unable to sleep. Other rooms were fine and no noise. Host was super helpful and replied within seconds. Probably one of the best values to get around this location. Beds were all great, even sofa. Some machine in the main toilet was making noise every time you went close and it may wake up others (probably both toilets the same but didn’t use second one) But again it’s something you can’t chance and probably common thing to see around old buildings.

• Maheshwar (1/5): It was not cleanest and many basic things did not work. - Nothing except location. Apartment is worse than motel 6 in USA. It’s very low quality. Second bathroom is smelly and second bedroom AC doesn’t come if you would like 3rd bedroom. Doors doesn’t work for bathrooms and bedrooms. 3rd bedroom is also not clean. No body soap was provided.
