• Amanda (10/5): Extremely comfortable apartment in a great location - This two bed and two bathroom apartment is in a great location to explore Whitstable. There is on-site car parking with easy access to the flat. The owners have decorated the apartment beautifully to make it comfortable for visitors. They provided everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms such as hot drinks, milk, snacks. We visited in February and the heating worked well. We would definitely come back to this lovely flat.

It’s such a great location just a few minutes walk from both restaurants and shops to mooch around and the beach where the walks are lovely. Tessa is a great host, she was incredibly quick in her response to messages and couldn’t have been more helpful. Thank you! Nothing springs to mind!

Tessa and Jim have thought of everything. - Beautifully appointed apartment with a host of small touches that mean that Tessa and Jim really care about the experience that you have when staying there. There was milk and coffee and cereal and crisps and chocolates on the bed. It was like a really nice hotel. Lovely 1 minute from the beautiful high st. Honestly nothing.

It is one of the few places I stay, that I don’t feel the need to clean from top to bottom before I can relax! The apartment is so well equipped and Tessa is lovely, very responsive and friendly. Sitting in the sunshine having breakfast added another dimension to the holiday. Our host was superb and answered all our questions. The apartment is in an excellent location with easy access to Whitstable high street - shops, restaurants and pubs - brilliant It rained!! No issues at all and we would book again

Exceptionally well equipped, maintained and cleaned. A secure apartment block with dedicated undercover parking yet ideally located with high street shops, restaurants and sea front within a short level walk. The owners, Tessa and Jim made us feel we were their personal guests with timely texts to ensure our stay was truly memorable. Nothing!

• Julie (10/5): Exceptional - Wow! Just wow! This beautiful little gem of an apartment is just a stone's throw away from the beach and is the most immaculately kept apartment I have ever stayed in. Parking is a complete breeze as it comes with its own allocated space under cover beneath the apartment block. Access is simple but up one flight of stairs. The kind touches and the amenities are first class. Everything is spotless and it also comes with an outdoor terrace. This two-bedroom apartment sleeps 4 people in a double and king-size bed (this room has an en suite) and it also easily accommodated a baby's travel cot which they very thoughtfully provided. There's a washer/dryer that we used for the baby clothes and they'd kindly left us washing pods and fabric conditioner too. You'd have to visit to know just what I mean about little touches but those include a bottle of wine in the fridge, snacks and soft drinks, beautiful bespoke toiletries and every single home comfort you can think of. The beds were very firm and beautifully presented. I honestly cannot fault this rare gem. They've thought of everything. Even AA batteries if you've forgotten yours! Thank you Tessa & Jim. Our stay was exceptional. I couldn't fault it, so nothing to add here!

Apartment has all the little touches you have when at home (kitchen sponges, equipment, cloths etc) We used the washer & dryer and it was easy to use Apartment block itself feels safe and is quiet. Outside area is a nice place to sit Overall a very comfortable stay and would definitely return in the future

• Serena (9/5): Great place, lovely little coastal location, lots of shops unfortunately the weather wasn't great :( - The location was great, between the beach and the shops. The flat was really clean which is the most important thing for me and also few welcoming details which were appreciated. The early check out 10am was an inconvenient for me and considering I was travelling by train I would have preferred to have little bit more time to leave the flat, instead than be out waiting more than 1 hour for the train.

• Rebecca (9/5): Positives massively outweigh the negatives of this lovely holiday flat. I would love to come again! - Location could not have been better and free parking under cover was invaluable. Spacious, modern, airy apartment with outdoor space, lovely decor and comfortably furnished. Lovely and quiet, despite being so close to the high street. Comfortable bed; good shower; kitchen facilities all good; huge sofa and TV; games, books and maps on hand all useful. Good to have the basics already stocked and the extra treats (e.g. packet of luxury crisps) were very welcome! The allocated parking space was difficult for our long car to get in and out of. I hadn't realised there would be heavy doors and a flight of steps to get to the apartment. Being on the 1st floor I somehow assumed there would be a lift, but my husband was there to help me so OK. Although there were more than enough mirrors in the property, none of them were on a dressing table or chest of drawers that could be used as a dressing table. It would have been more comfortable to have cushions on (presumably a different design of) dining chair as I found them rather low for the table. No individual armchair or "easy chair" in the lounge and the coffee table was too low to reach when sitting back on the sofa. Inaccurate information was given about the bathroom and shower room, saying that the door needed to be left open to vent them of steam as otherwise it took 2 days to clear! All that is needed is to turn on the extractor fan outside each bathroom and then the light switch operates an effective extractor fan, as you would expect in a modern flat built to British Standards! It was a shame there was no information in the apartment on what could be recycled instead of putting in general waste. It all had to be taken down to the bins area to be sorted once we'd found out what your area does about recycling (different all over the country!)
