Că era un cros organizat chiar la strada, s-a auzit zgomot din aceasta pricină și tot din acest motiv a fost o mica problema cu parcarea.

• GRIGORE (10/5): - Camera foarte confortabila, temperatura optima, curatenie. Mic dejun foarte bun. Pozitionare ultracentrala . Personalul de la receptie foarte amabil. O singura persoana la micul dejun, foarte harnica de altfel, mult prea putin pentru debarasare, aranjarea meselor si aprovizionare cu alimente, sucuri, etc.

Zgomotul străzii, deși mi s-a oferit varianta unei camere în spate. Luminile din cameră. Sunt cam haotice. Becuri reci/calde. Îmi luasem de citit. Luminile nu te ajută prea mult.

Patul a fost foarte confortabil. Abia astept sa revenim! Nu este cazul, totul a fost peste asteptarile noastre.

• Tamás (8/5): Kellemes, jó tartózkodási lehetőség néhány napra. - A wellness részleg ígéretes lehetőség. A szálloda jó helyen van, szépen van megcsinálva és karbantartva. Minden rendezett, jó alap a kiváló szolgáltatáshoz. A személyzet is udvarias. Apróságokkal lehetne javítani a szolgáltatást. Víz és néhány falióra a wellnessbe, ami nyitva tarthatna tízig. Sima fekete tea és lágytojás a reggelihez, ami kezdődhetne hétkor. A melegvíz duplacsöves keringetése az egyetlen drága és hiányzó adottság.

Gutes und ausgewogenes Frühstücksbuffet, das meine Erwartungen übertroffen hat. Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Empfang an der Reception. Zimmer mit Minibar ausgestattet, gute Betten, die einen erholsamen Schlaf ermöglichen. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Everything was clean (room cleaned and towels replaced every day), bed was really comfortable. Staff were really welcoming. The spa is small but quiet and nice. Breakfast was really good. The spa is only open during the afternoon/evening. Not enough parking spaces. The design is a bit outdated. It’s a really nice hotel, but a bit expensive for what it actually offers.

Fél óra elteltével sem jelentkezett, ekkor lementem a recepcióra, ahol lábát feltéve telefonozott. Számonkértem, de nem értette a problémám. Diákcsoport (17 évesek)felnőtt felügyelet nélkül szállt meg a szintünkön, így hajnal előtt egyik nap sem tudtunk elaludni, sajnos a személyzet sem tudta őket csendre, rendre bírni.

High quality slippers. - had to ask every single morning for a clothes iron, they didn’t leave it in the room at all; - room cleaning didn’t replenish the aenities each day(tea and coffee); - the so called parking lot is an embarrassment; it’s a courtyard used by many others living in the area; it’s look like the pavement was bombarded, you barey have room to turn around if it’s full: there are only around 5 so called parking lots for the entire hotel; I had to park each day on the street because there no places inside and each time I had to enter, realise there was nowhere to park and spent 5 min wiggling my way out to the street; - the breakfast offer was also super poor, maybe ok for a 2-3 star hotel not for what they advertise to be a 5 star hotel; my friend stayed across the street at Concordia and I was amazed by how he described their breakfast; also on Monday morning they didn’t even bother with breakfast because there weren’t enough guests! They only offered an omellette and a small variety of cheese and cold cuts; - while the restaurant was ok on Sunday evening, they played Manele 😀.

De bons oreillers au lit, mais… … lit un peu trop dur et couette pas assez chaude. Décoration de la chambre au goût douteux (fesses de femme). Isolation acoustique par rapport à la rue médiocre, fenêtres fermées, on entend les fêtards crier au milieu de la nuit et le passage des voitures (chambre au troisième étage). Salle de bain petite et peu pratique. Attitude du management lors de la demande de modification de la réservation alors que c’est un séjour business amené à se répéter régulièrement pendant les six prochains mois. Je choisirai un autre hôtel la prochaine fois.

On our first visit, two weeks ago, one of the staff tried to help us but she couldn’t. We assumed there was a problem in the room. This time, the same problem. I suggested to the desk staff that they create a set of instructions for each room. We’ll see if they do.

Pas la faute de l'hôtel, mais en l'absence de mon bagage je n'ai pas pu utiliser le centre de remise en forme et le spa. Ce sera pour une prochaine fois sans doute
