• Karen (9/5): Centrally located apartment near local transport and shops, well appointed & comfortable b - Easy access from Tube Station, near to local shops in a quiet street off Ladbroke Grove. Well heated with a good selection of kitchen equipment, living space was great for 2 to 3 people with 2 bathrooms. A tea towel and a hairdryer would have been very useful! Also, the garden at the back of the property did appear to be a little neglected and could do with a little tidying up.
• Tracy (7/5): Great but needs improvement - Dylan the host is great at responding, helpful and friendly Location was great Lovely and warm Very clean, The apartment smells foulsty which I believe is due to the bedding drying on an airer inside the apartment. The bedding on the beds also smells the same. Personally I think the bedding needs to be dried elsewhere and not left on an airer when guests are staying. Air freshener plug in would help too. When we arrived, we wanted to make a drink after a long journey but there was only coffee provided. No milk capsules, tea or sugar provided which was disappointing No tea towel provided No shower gel /dispenser provided either The garden is a complete mess! Sorry but this needs sorting Ideally a blind on the back door would be great for privacy, so you don't keep seeing the sensors lights keep coming on/off when watching the TV Overall we enjoyed our stay but we feel for the price we paid these things need addressing
• Philippa (9/5): Parfait ! - Tres calme, propre et confortable. Café à disposition. Deux chambres et deux salle de bains avec toilettes. Petit espace pour être dehors avec plancha. Très facile d’accès en bus ou en métro.
• AmandaRH. (9/5): Amazing location for value and time - Location was incredible, right at the start of portobello road market. Picked mainly for accessibility on the tube/bus which came in handy. Two bathrooms and separate spaces was great. Wished there would've been basic tea/coffee amenities, like coffee/sugar etc. Other than that great!
• Oren (10/5): Efficient - Very good apartment. Located steps from Portobello market, tube station, supermarkets etc. Nothing fancy but holds everything you need. Two bathrooms are also a plus. very quiet.
• DSJS (1/5): Past its former glory, poor housekeeping - a rip-off - Dylan was great with communicating with me. What was advertised was not what we experienced. The photos show a clean, bright, well looked after apartment. The reality is that the entrance is dirty with winter leaves and spider webs blocking up the front door. When you enter the property, it smells musty and old. The apartment has been allowed to become run down and uncared for - handles are rusted on cupboards, the toilet seats are stained with urine on the rims, and everything is generally old. The previous visitors' towels and bedding were left hanging on the drying rack behind the second bedroom door, leaving the room smelling even more musty and strands of hair from other visitors were on the pillows in this room. The towels were damp and left on all the beds, and when I took a bathroom carpet out of one of the cupboards, it was wet. The beautiful garden advertised was run down and over run with weeds, the BBQ rusted, and the outdoor furniture was unusable. The glasses (we didn't use the crockery or cutlery) were dirty with no kitchen cloth to dry washed dishes. The area was close to the tube, but we did not feel safe walking in any direction. There was a small gathering at the end of the street when we arrived with live music. Most of the people were either drunk or high on weed, which you could smell hanging in the air. I would not have wanted to be there with young children or to walk home after the sun went down. We decided to buy some cleaning materials and try to make the most of a bad situation. After trying to clean the bathrooms to remove the stains and trying to air the place out to clear the musty smell without any luck.... we decided to leave and booked into a hotel. We stayed for about 3 hours. We lost 500 pounds on a bad booking, I'm hoping that no one else has to lose out like we have. Such a pity to the end of our road trip spoiling our daughter after her graduation.
• Karol (6/5): - Very close to Portobello and Tube Everything we touched was very dirty, stained and in a bad condition. There was a completely wet laundry in the room.

• Paula (10/5): Excellent accommodation - Great location only a few minutes walk from Ladbroke Grove underground. Extremely quiet neighbourhood.
• ann (8/5): - The flat was very comfortable and clean. Really easy instructions for accessing key from key safe. Good communication from Dylan the owner. Perfect location to access the underground and buses are plentiful going into the Kensington area and museums , great for Hyde Park too. So close to Nottinghill and Portobello etc.
• Odile (10/5): Very nice experience, again a top location! - Location ++ Space ++ with 2 real rooms Shower ++ The outdoor space was unfortunately not cleaned and the garden not maintained - too bad not to be able to use it for drinks (not talking about the BBQ which does not work). This would be a super + in the summer to sit outside!

• Sabine (10/5): Super - Very spacious, cosy and clean. Very good bedding. Super equiped. The flat owner was very helpfull and always available. Close to Portobello market and 2 min away from Ladbroke Grove subway. Plenty of shops and eating places near the flat. The garden/terras was not very well kept but I stayed in January so I guess it is not like that in the Summer.
