Dejar disponible al huesped Los detalles de limpieza, jabón de ducha/champú e ingredientes básicos de café,aceite, sal etc. Aunque reconozco estaba muy bien comunicada con varios autobuses al centro de oxford. La ubicación la encontré un poco alejada del centro. Lo dejaría un poco más claro en la descripción (tal vez no lo leí bien) en cualquier caso una vez que se conoce la zona está muy bien y practica.

• SANDRA (10/5): Perfect stay - Perfect stay. The apartment exceeded our expectations in every way. Everything was spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed to feel at home. The location is excellent—quiet yet close to everything. The bed was very comfortable and we slept wonderfully. Communication with the hosts was quick and friendly at all times. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

A equipe na qual cuida do apartamento são pessoas muito educadas e bastante prestativos na qual faz você se sentir acolhido, deixaram eu fazer meu Check-in antecipado me ajudaram nas minhas dúvidas 😊 e o cuidado na qual eles tem com apartamento para deixarem seus hospedes confortável estão de parabéns

I will definitely book again if I have to stay in Oxford for longer than a few days. + super clean + smells nice (underrated!) + doorlocks; felt safe + well equipped kitchen with dishwasher + washing machine and electric drying rack available + convenient location, plenty of bus lines within 2-5min walking distance; grocery stores, convenience stores and restaurants within walking distance too + plenty of storage room for clothes + bicycle rack at back of house + tub of ear plugs are available but I didnt even need them No complaints, keep it up!
• Silvia (1/5): Disgusting, worst experience I have ever had - Clear instructions on check in This was, without exaggeration, the worst experience I have ever had with a rental property. Upon arrival, the place was filthy. There were hairs all over the bed and floor, food remains in the carpet, flying and dead moths around the room, used earplugs left beside the bed, dirty sheets, and even grapes and debris left behind from a previous guest. The overall hygiene of the property was absolutely unacceptable, and it was clear it had not been cleaned before our arrival. Despite immediately raising the issue and offering photographic evidence, the property manager showed no accountability. I left immediately the next morning as I had nowhere to go that night. Next day, they acknowledged an error in their system and had only completed a ‘mid- stay clean’ and that they had cleaned the property the next day. Instead of addressing the actual state of the rental when I checked in, they doubled down and dismissed the concerns entirely, even when they had acknowledged the error on their part. I ended up leaving the property because I could not stay in such unsanitary conditions. I felt sick. A partial refund was offered when I did not even stay in the property for a week, just one night. The way this was handled left me with a lasting impression: this host does not care about guest experience or accountability. Beware of their cleaning standards. I do not recommend this property to anyone. Book at your own risk.

• Katia (3/5): Watch out for the camera by the front door! - The shower was nice and the bed was comfortable. The large apartment is not in the best part of Oxford and right next to a social club which does hosts loud events at times. I booked this apartment before and it was fine apart from the noise from the social club. I then booked again and the letting agency booked over my reservation and offered me another place instead in a terrible area so I declined. The apartment is managed by a letting agency which appears to be in India and they are not very professional. The apartment did not used to have an installed camera but it does now so that the letting agents can sit and look at it all the time. I had a couple of visitors which they in a message told me was not allowed. Nothing is mentioned about it in the listing. The apartment is on the ground floor so not always quiet. No window blind in the bedroom so people from the outside can look right into the apartment. I will not return as I do not care to stay in apartments where one is being watched at all times!

Would consider coming back. - The location of the apartment was good when working in downtown Oxford with good connections within walking distance. The apartment was well equiped as advertised. The room was missing a watch. Personally, there was a few things (cutlery and sheet pans) that I chose to wash again before using as it wasn't fully clean, but overall the apartment was cleaned well.
