• Monk (10/5): Un top nel cuore di Napoli - La posizione su tutto, nel cuore vivo di Napoli, vicinissimo a tutti i punti di interesse e alle stazioni metro... e l'Host Diego che ci ha dato una grande camera in anticipo rispetto al check in. Purtroppo nei corridoi che davano alle camere c'era uno sgradevole odore di fumo e chiuso, nonostante ci fosse un'area fumatori, evidentemente non tutti la rispettano... ma nelle camere per fortuna niente di ciò. Questo non cambia il livello top dell'esperienza.

• Michael&Sissi (10/5): Super Unterkunft mitten in Neapel mit Top-Host - Wenn wir könnten, würden wir eine 12 von 10 geben. Wir hatten noch nie einen so engagierten und netten Host (Diego). Der Host hat sich um den Shuttle von und zum Flughafen gekümmert, und zahlreiche Empfehlungen für Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Aktivitäten und Tipps etc. gegeben. Wir haben uns bei Diego super willkommen gefühlt. Eine besonders nette Aufmerksamkeit war, dass es zu jeder Zeit kostenloses Wasser und Kaffee gab. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super zentral, inmitten von Restaurant, Cafés und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Zimmer ist groß und geräumig. Es gibt einen Aufzug in den 2. Stock. nichts! :)

• Selma (1/5): Freundlicher Gastgeber, aber erhebliche Sicherheitsmängel und insgesamt nicht empfehlenswert. - Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat uns persönlich abgeholt und in die Unterkunft gebracht. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft war von außen nicht als Hotel erkennbar und nur schwer zu finden. Der Zugang führte durch ein dunkles Gebäude mit Innenhof und mehreren verschlossenen Türen, was sehr unübersichtlich war. Besonders kritisch ist aus meiner Sicht die fehlende oder nicht erkennbare Sicherheit: Es gab keine sichtbaren Fluchtwege und keine Rauchmelder. Im Notfall wäre eine schnelle Evakuierung schwierig. Das Zimmer selbst war zwar groß, aber dunkel, wenig einladend und das Bett sehr durchgelegen. Insgesamt entsprach die Unterkunft nicht den Erwartungen.

• Then (10/5): Comfortable - My stay at Diego’s place was great. I was able to book just two days in advance, and everything was ready when we arrived. The room had all the amenities we needed, and the beds were clean and very comfortable with extra pillows and blankets. Diego gave us a quick tour, made sure we knew how to get in and out, and even sent a list of great restaurant recommendations nearby. He was also very responsive whenever we had questions. Overall, a smooth and easy stay—I’d definitely recommend it.

• Aneta (7/5): - Ubytování se nachází v centru a přesto v klidu v boční ulici. Okna jsou do vnitrobloku. Potvrzuji, že je docela dobrodružné se dostat do unytování, dostanete spoustu klíčů. Ale to je Neapol, domy v centru jsou takové. Oceňuji možnost udělat si dobrou kávu. Snídaně je v bistru jen pár domů odsud, káva a pečivo zcela stačí. Na fotce vypadá ubytování pěkně, ve skutečnosti je trochu zašlé. Ubytování není špinavé, ale jeví známky používání. Největším problémem je koupelna. Nevím, kdo jí vymýšlel, ale je to naprosto nepraktické. Sprchový kout je otevřený a není vůbec možné se tam osprchovat, aniž by voda stříkala všude okolo. V koupelně je tak stále spousta vody. Koupelnový nábytek je od vody zcela zničený. Umyvadlo je tak špatně usazené, že při mytí rukou cákáte všude okolo.

La colazione purtroppo non è in struttura ma viene fatta in un bar limitrofo molto molto piccolo, con la possibilità di un solo tavolino dove sedersi. Il personale del bar comunque molto cortese e con ampia scelta di brioches.

• KALLIOPI (7/5): We experienced Napoli in every way starting in the property - Diego the owner was very friendly, helpful and reliable The location is excellent and the apartment was extremely clean It has all the amenities you need for the bathroom and in the common space you could have coffee, tee . Of course an espresso! ( there were 2 coffee machines) with all the consumables needed. Very welcoming environment Although the bed was fine pillows were very hard and uncomfortable. The building is very old and of poor condition, as all the buildings in the neighborhood ( almost all in the historical ) if you need quiet and no light in order to sleep, you will find some obstacles Alas for the breakfast provided , we had to go and collect it from 2 little cafes in the neighborhood. You can have your breakfast giving a coupon ( provided by the owner) but one croissant and one coffee ( this is what you can get ) is not a proper breakfast. It could be easier and more honest if it was no breast included in the price, according to my opinion.

Breakfast was simply a cup of coffee and a roll. Very minimal compared to other B & Bs. It should not be considered a breakfast. Would be nice if there is an easy chair in the room.

The room was great, spacious, good storage space, very clean, and also very quiet. Location great as well, in the heart of the old city.

• Lorna (7/5): Great place to stay if you want to be in the centre of the old town. - The property was very centrally located in a side street of the main street of the old town with very little noise heard. It was spotlessy clean and cleaned daily. The property owner was very friendly and gave us good advice about restaurants etc and places to visit. It took 5 different keys to get into the property which was a bit of a test to the memory! The tea and coffee facilities were outwith the room and the balcony was really just a corrider to the property with no view except the neighbours washing. The breakfast was quite limited .... tokens were given for a nearby cafe where the options were only a hot drink and a choice of 4 different croissants.

• Salma (1/5): Uruselt, läskigt! - Inget. 20 lås för att komma till rummet. Läskigt att behöva ha 20 nycklar för att låsa upp dörrar för att ta sig in i byggnaden och fram till rummet. Hänvisas till att parkera flera km bort från boendet med hutlösa priser och betala 20€ för taxi för att ta sig fram till boendet, kostade oss lika mycket som 1 natts boende. Skamligt!

The hotel owner is very friendly and gave us many good advises on places to visit and places to eat. The downside of the central location is that it might be crowded outside and therefore loud at nigh. Good earplugs can help.

• Sandra (9/5): Secluded hideaway in the heart of Naples - The location was great, very central in a safe lively neighborhood and close to the metro Line 1. The room was quite large, spotlessly clean, quiet at night, with a bathroom that was more of a personal spa with a private sauna. The host, Diego, is such a nice man with a lot of suggestions for places to eat and things to do in the area. As a bonus, there was coffee and tea available 24/7 in the lobby. Breakfast was from a small bar cafe next door. The man who worked there was also very friendly and greeted me enthusiastically after my first day. This will definitely be my go to place in Naples for all future visits. My back would have preferred a firmer mattress, but others would probably be OK with it.

Diego an amazing host was very helpful and supportive, he provided us detailsl and analytical information about everything a traveler needs to know. Attractions to visit, the best restaurants and important tips. He even arrange a taxi from and to the airport at a very good price considering all other options. Cleaning details concerning the room. Shower should be thoroughly cleaned, (some mold could be removed). The fridge also should be checked and cleaned maybe more often., (there were some dirt spots).

• Hendrik-jan (7/5): Good - Location is good. Duigo is a good host and helps with everything, like organizing a taxi to Airport. Room is big enough and has a sauna. The bed was not good, too soft, not good for back. Also you could easily hear the neighbours in room next door.
• Georgios (10/5): I highly recommend it. - The location of the apartment was perfect. It was situated in the heart of the historic center of Naples. Diego was very helpful and very informative. Whenever we needed him, he assisted us excellently. Everything was perfect
• Gerald (7/5): If you choose to stay in the historic center of Napoli then we can recommend this place - For a room centrally located in the historic old town it is comparably quiet. Our host gave us lots of good advice and always answered promptly. Initially it seems complicated to get into the room with all the keys one has to use and it is not the best choice for someone scared of heights (like my wife). And personally we would never want to sleep in the old part of Napoli again as it is quite a filthy and noisy area. Next time we would rather stay somewhere on the coast where it is more quiet and make excursions to Napoli from there.
• Athina (10/5): Exceptional - In the heart of Napoli, Diego is an excellent, attentive host and the rooms are spotless. Highly recommended. A bit noisy but so is Napoli and the host provided earplugs.
