• NOR ADLIZA (10/5): Ideal for families - We had a wonderful stay at this penthouse and it exceeded our expectations. The 5 bedrooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making it perfect for a large group. The layout provided both privacy and ample common areas for everyone to gather comfortably. The penthouse itself was beautifully maintained, well-equipped, and offered a great view. The location was convenient and strategic, with a KL Getaway shopping mall located just below. The check-in/check-out process was smooth. The host was responsive, helpful, and professional, which made the stay stress-free. Overall, this penthouse is ideal for families or groups looking for a comfortable, high-quality stay. We would definitely recommend it and would happily stay here again.

• Datin Shuriram (5/5): - The place is huge & clean It’s not properly maintain at all. The master bedroom bathroom curtain is almost falling off n not able to roll up & down. The shower in one of the other bathroom has no hot water. There isn’t any plug points to charge our phones except in the master bedroom.
• Shoba (10/5): Happy - The place is very clean and huge. Suitable for big family. Very convenient. Eventhough firstly was hard to find the residence but after that it's very to access. The staffs were helpful and was fast too. Thank you. Will come again n highly recommend. Probaby water pressure can be improved. Otherwise all are excellent.

• Mas (5/5): Potentially unsafe with significant water damage. Good location and a lot of space. - Location of the property just above a mall made it very convenient to get groceries/food. Access to the LRT service was also great and connects you to other transport systems in KL. Security staff are very helpful - one in particular went out of his way to help when Cobnb accidentally turned off the water to the unit and was slow to respond. The unit was spacious and had more toilets than we needed. Ziing from Cobnb was very helpful at the initial booking. The unit has water damage and is potentially unsafe - after a thunderstorm, there was a puddle of water next to the inner window, and an elderly family member slipped on the wet tiled floor and lacerated her head, which caused us to have to change our travel plans. It was traumatic for everyone including my daughter who was with her. Cobnb said they will fix it immediately, but the marks on the walls suggest that this issue is not new, and the technician informed us that a plug on the inner wall in the kitchen is no longer in use because of water damage too. They have a message system which is generally responsive, but can sometimes be very unhelpful. When informed that there is no water in the unit (after they turned it off themselves by accident), the reply was to send a video about it. So they expected me to send a video of me turning on a tap. Thankfully the security man was more helpful and went up and down to the 37th and 38th floor with me a few times until he figured out how to switch it back on. You only get two keys - which is very inconvenient for the size of the apartment / and the number of people staying, especially when you need the tag to exit the building - this had an effect on travel plans. You even have to leave one key if you wanted their technician to come and fix something while you're away. The unit looked clean, but only superficially. They cleaners did not clean under the masterbed. We encountered cockroaches several times, especially on the upper level, maybe because of proximity to the rubbish collection.

• Hana (6/5): Great place very bad owners and staff its not clean at all - The place is great very spacious and amazing Its not clean at all full of insects ALOT and Dusty never to mention that the main room ceiling was dropping water and has black molds everywhere showers had a problem we were surrounded by all kinds of insects

• Sarah (9/5): overall it's comfortable and very spacious, but a tad bare, facilities could be improved. we have someone who watche - spacious and suitable for groups, clean a bit lacking in facilities (no iron, etc), leaks from roof (don't know the source), some pipes have no water (don't know why because the shower's fine).
• Suraya (8/5): Very good - Spacious, lots of rooms. Easy access to mall, near the grocery They required RM500 deposit which was fine. Upon checkout, I was told deposit will take a few days to refund but I wasn't refunded. It's only until I checked and followed up that they provided refund. So do check Also the karaoke machine was just OK. The microphone was echoing. Don't expect karaoke room level equipment and you'll be fine

• Siti (8/5): A comfortable stay in a good location with sufficient equipment and facilities. - It was very spacious- living dining as well as the rooms. Great views as the glass windows is all around the unit. Kitchen was well equipped with utensils and sufficient crockeries for more than 10 people. The karaoke machine is sufficient for our kids to have fun together. A little warm in the living dining area because of the all around glass window

• Athilakshmi (10/5): Very spacious!!! - Very spacious, minimalistic style and great ambience and awesome view, aircon was superb and the bed was super duper comfy. The smart TV was amazing with youtube and netflix option. The owners were very great and prompt with all our queries. The rules very clearly explained. Had a really great time here and I would book this place again for sure!!!!! Thank you so much!! NA

Suggest to add pool table, training bicycle, basic gyms equipment. - The unit is spacious with 5 rooms and provided good facilities and entertainment. The absence of guideline on how to operate the AC using the remote controller resulted guests faced problems such as rooms are warm and take longer time to cool down.

• Ezana (7/5): It was a good place to spend time with your families - very spacious for my whole family Only one lot of car park for entire duplex penthouse. Bit inconvenient for my family members to park at the mall and bring in their stuffs to the building. I hv to go down few times to pick them up as all by access card. Then i demand host to mention clearly about cleaning fees RM300 and deposit RM500 earlier. As we cannot cancel booking. It is not fair for the guest.
