- Katleya (10/5): We absolutely loved our stay—it exceeded all of our expectations and more. - We absolutely loved our stay—it exceeded all of our expectations and more. I completed the online check-in while we were on our way to the hotel by submitting our names and passport photos. I highly recommend doing this in advance, as it makes the arrival process incredibly smooth. Many hotels in Japan require this information, especially for international travelers. Upon arrival, there is an iPad at the reception desk where you can connect with a staff member via video call. The process was very easy, and the staff quickly assisted us and provided our door access code. Since we had already completed the online check-in, the entire process took about a minute. We arrived around 10:30 PM and were immediately impressed by how spacious the unit was. We stayed on the 4th floor and had the entire floor to ourselves, which made the experience feel even more exclusive. There was more than enough room for our family of five, and everything was exceptionally clean. As a host in the U.S., I pay close attention to cleanliness, and this place truly exceeded my standards. Our three kids especially loved the bunk beds, individual charging stations, and the overall layout—including the kitchen, living area, and bathrooms. Although we only stayed for one night, this is definitely a place we could stay in for an extended visit. The location is also perfect—right next to the train station and a 7-Eleven, which made everything very convenient. I would give this place more than 10 stars if I could. We would absolutely love to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Everything is great!

The sofa bed did not fold out to a double - meant my partner & I had to sleep on single bunks - but they were comfortable so it was fine

- Shannon (10/5): Amazing stay in Tokyo, close to subway, 7-11, Skytree, quiet , large room for group or family - Family of 5, ages 8-16. First time visitor to Tokyo. Our stay Manga art hotel was perfect! The check in was smooth (I had pre checked in online with all of our information and passport info. ) This was important for easy check in on a tablet at the desk, no live person). Small elevator for us and our bags, each floor has a suite were were on 5. Bunk beds were big and comfortable, couch and projector was easy , large kitchen counter with at least 10 stools. 2 separate toilets with heated seats, 2 wash sinks, 1 laundry /dryer combo, 2 shower stalls w soaps and towels. (1 shower has better heat and pressure than the other) . The books were a funky touch and the kids enjoyed scrolling. Couple subway lines nearby and one of the stations was right below the building. 7-11 right next door. The only thing missing was coffee cups and proper storage (only 1 rail with a few hangers) . I would definitely stay again or recommend for anyone wondering where to stay with a group. Big room for Japan! Missing coffee cups, lack of storage, 1 shower was better than other.
- Hana (10/5): - Aparman se nalazi na odličnij lokaciji za istraživanje Tokija.Ulaz odmah pored je ulaz za železničku ,a nekih 5 min odatle je i za metro.Sa druge strane od ulaza se nalazi 7 eleven koji radi 24h i ima i baknomat sa pristojnom provizijom za dizanje keša.U okolini ima dosta restorana i može se naći za svakog ponešto. Nama se svidelo što ovaj deo grada nije turistički deo,na nema gužve i buke.Aparman je udoban i opremljen sa kuhinjom i 2 wc-a i 2 tuš kabine.Kreveti su na sprat i realno ima mesta za 12 osoba.Takođe za ljubitelje Mange je pravi raj. Klima za grejanje je na nezgodnom mestu pa kada se uključi onima koji su na krevetima na sprat je prevruće a dole je hladno. Ulazak u kupatilo je jako nizak pa može biti problem osobama višim od 170cm.

Supermarket and Family Lawson short walk away. 4 of us stayed, we had heaps of room. Enjoyed the bunk beds - comfortable and generous size (double bed ish size). The beds created individual chill out spaces within the room. Washing machine in apartment if needed. Fridge/Freezer + dish-wash soap + hand soap provided. Quiet non tourist area. Teens enjoyed the projector for watching you tube. Check in works well through iPad. We had uploaded requested documents before hand so it was quick.

- Corinne (9/5): - Great space, location and facilities. Loved the two showers and two toilets. When travelling with teens, this was a big plus! Windows lacked noise insulation so it's quite noisy but was fine with earplugs.
- Proshad (9/5): Spacious and comfortable stay - We stayed in the large room (3 bunk beds) which was lovely for our family. Two full bathrooms was a plus. My kids loved all the manga but be aware most of it is in Japanese. We didn't have any need to communicate with staff during our stay so cannot speak to accessibility. There is no front desk staff but you can communicate with someone via tablet. Check in was fairly straightforward but take note of which Manga Art Hotel location you are booked for and don't make the mistake I made thinking there's only one as you may end up at the wrong location. There is no real luggage drop off but they do allow you to leave your belongings outside your room. When we returned the luggage had been moved inside. We obviously kept our valuables with us to be on the safe side. There is also no option for leaving luggage at the hotel after drop off, but we managed to store luggage at the train station until it was time to go to the airport.

Bunk bed is really love by little kid. Nothing for the property, just one thing is the mrt station is very near but that is very hard to find a lift😅
- Russell Lim (8/5): Convenient and unique - Love that the room was spacious. 4 double rooms for the 4 of us meant we have luxurious sleeping space and don't have to fight for the 2 showers and toilets as well. 7-11 just downstairs 😍 not forgetting the manga to keep the boys occupied. For a heavyweight, I would find the mattress white too thin. The pillows and covers are wonderful though.

We are a family of 6 and it is hard to find a place that could accommodate all of us and still have space to walk around. Amenities are perfect such as washer and 2 separate toilets. There is a family mart just outside the facility. While the location is just outside the exit of the train station, it is still far from tourist place.

Direi che ci siamo sentiti a casa. La posizione ottima, vicino a due linee della metro e con una linea JR direttamente di fianco all’ingresso. I letti, tutti matrimoniali, molto comodi. Tutti i servizi in camera perfettamente funzionanti. Il check-in è un po’ difficoltoso, perché richiede una compilazione online del form, la verifica attraverso videochiamata di tutti gli ospiti. Potrebbe essere più semplice. Non ci sono armadi, il che obbliga di fatto a tenere i vestiti nella valigia.

- Elena (10/5): Amazing place, I would recommend it to anyone travelling to Tokyo - the double on double bunks were fantastic, so solid. I'm 49 and slept on the top bunk :). So much space. We are a family of 4 all about 6 foot tall so we were worried abou the pokey rooms/accommodation around Tokyo. This place has a fantastic vibe and is located right next door to the train station. We were on leven 3 and it was surpricsingly quiets. We didn't hear the trains only a little bit of traffic which really wasn't very load. There is a 7 Eleven right next door which was also so convinient. The mattresses need to be a bit thicker. They are totally fine for very light people but I could feel the timber board under the mattress. I loved that the mattresses were not hard.

Beds were super comfy. 7eleven next door, Lawson's nearby as well as a local supermarket made it a perfect location. Add into that that the train station is right next door (can't hear it), and we could take a 2 stop trip to Tokyo station just made it awesome! Only issue was the internet occasionally disconnected. Came back in a few minutes though.

The location is very quite, nothing around in the area. Havr to walk a distance to the next suburb to get food and more restaurants. The train line is also an off shot, which may not be the easiest to get to.

- Thi Huong (9/5): Amazing stay for big group, family and friends! - Love the big Spacious room for a group of 9 peoples, each bed is a queen size bed, in all bunk bed. Love they have 2 toilets and 2 showers, fully equipped kitchen with a huge table and so much book, especially manga and they are in English so all the kids were off the screen and devices to simply enjoy reading manga all evening and morning. This place is located in a quiet neighborhood of central Tokyo, which is quite easy access to train station with many restaurant and shops around. Will recommend it to group! The checkin process is quite confusing, especially the passeport scan and calling the clerk in the ipad at the front desk. This should be done remotely a day or 2 before checkin. It was a hassle to checkin and verify 9 people. Hopefully they could come up with a easier checkin process.

- Jessica (8/5): This was our first trip to Japan and a great homebase. Perfect for families! - This property was perfect for our family of four with ample space and comfortable beds. There were two showers, two toilets, excellent AC, a kitchen, and a washing machine all I. The suite. It’s very close to transportation and there is a konbini right next door. It’s very close to Asakusa which is a bonus. Plus, Manga!

- Morten (7/5): Good - Very nice and spacious room with room for 8, but we were only 3, so lots of space. 2 showers, 2 toilets, kitchen and a projector to kick back and relax with some Netflix and chill before bedtime. Easy check in and access was a plus! Entrance is literally next door to the subway exit. Short commute to Tokyo station, Akihabara, and a fairly short commute to Tokyo Sky Tree. Great base for exploring the city. Traffic noise from the street outside was a bit disturbing. It would be great if the hotel could offer some sort of breakfast even though 7-11 is next door. We did not see anyone in the lobby, or in the hotel at all, during our stay, that left us wondering if there were people there at all.

The projector system was great but since we live outside Japan we couldn't sign into any of the apps so we couldn't really use it.

Our fourth-floor unit was very roomy, with big bunk beds that can fit two people each — perfect for up to 12 guests. The kitchen had everything we needed and the dining area was great. Any questions for the host had to be sent via the booking platform, which was a bit inconvenient.

Also the projector with all the apps was nice. The beds were very comfy as well and I love the structure of the room. You really get a good deal!! Honestly there was nothing that I didn't enjoy about this room.

- Active (9/5): Excellent location - It is a refreshing place with energetic vibes. My son, who loves anime, discovered a very good series, so he's v happy. We love the place being 2 doors away from a 7 Eleven. So convenient for us to grab breakfast and supper. Entrance to Bakurocho Station on the JR line is right next door, which is 1 stop to Tokyo Station. Kodenmacho Station on the Hibiya Line is 700m away. Ride 4 stops on it take u straight to Tsukiji outer market. It's a sashimi heaven for us. We were spoilt with choices. We wish we had stayed more nights here to doscover more places. So far, our experiences have been excellent. Highly recommended with big group.

- Catherine (9/5): Unique - This was such a cool place to stay. The beds were large and very comfortable. There was a large selection of Manga, including many english titles. The kitchen had everything we needed. There was a train station right below and several others within 8 mins walk. We were also able to walk to the main area of Akihabara in less than 20 mins. There is no staff. You check in via ipad and a Facetime call. It worked fine but I am not sure how you would ask questions if you had any.

- Winton (6/5): Was a quirky hotel / hostel easy to get to get around with a lot on the doorstep. - If was spacious for Tokyo. Two bathrooms and showers important when travelling with family. Was noisy outside and you could feel and hear the underground trains. Maybe some better sound proofing and insulating and would be great.
- Louarna (8/5): Great space and location. - It was a good size. Had all modern appliances. Loved having two showers and toilets. The beds were surprisingly very comfortable and large. The boys loved the magma books, some were in English. Location great! Right next door to JR Line and 2 minutes walk to Metro Station. Easy check in and check out. Did not like that even though our room was ready. They only unlock doors exactly at 4pm. The noise from the street can be heard all night long.
- Andrew (4/5): Disappointing - Location It is not a hotel as there are zero facilities or service. Its more of Hostel/Airbnb type of accommodation. Main problem is cleanliness - the room we stayed was dusty and dirty, with a lot of hairs and rubbish from previous guests. Far below any standard in Japan. Public area such as lift and corridors were dirty with sticky floors (spilled drinks) and during our 6 days stay we didnt see anybody cleaning it once.
