J’ai pu me cuisiner une variété de mets. Les photos et le descriptif reflètent véridiquement l’expérience sur place. La localisation est excellente et près de toutes les attractions touristiques et de restaurations. Jaen est un coup de coeur pour moi et cet appartement a été une belle decouverte J’aurais apprécié un séchoir portatif pour faire sécher mon linge

La entrada desde la calle al piso desmerece al alojamiento. Entrada estrecha, antigua, con olor a humedad y pintura que se caía del muro.

Walking distance from car parking, I stayed there for a night and checked the check out process was seamless. Very prompt and courteous communication from Luan. Highly recommended. Nothing really, everything was perfect.

Alles sehr sauber, Kommunikation gut, wenn auch unpersönlich. Für alle bequemen Leute, die gerne mit dem PKW direkt vor die Haustür kutschieren ist es nichts, und hat das gar nicht gestört, schliesslich will man zentral sein. Parkhaus gleich um die Ecke und nicht teuer (24h 9,95€). Alles war perfekt!

Que está cerca de restaurantes y tiendas...que no te molesta nadie y que puedes llevar a tu perro y comer en el apartamento tranquilamente. hay una escalera a la entrada del apartamento y al final sino sabes que está un poco subido el escalón...te puedes caer. que no tenga garaje y tengas que coger un parking a unos 400 mts. pero quitando estos detalles todo bien. Recomendable total.

• Julia (10/5): Tolle Wohnung in schöner Stadt - Leider waren wir nur eine Nacht in dieser tollen Wohnung, da hätten wir es länger ausgehalten. Alles wirkt neu und sauber, der Check-in per Schlüsselbox hat gut geklappt und Jaén ist wirklich eine Reise wert, abseits von den üblichen Touristenrouten. Ana hat uns mit ihrem Parkhaus-Tipp sehr geholfen, da mussten wir nicht lange suchen und das Parkhaus war nicht zu teuer. Leider waren samstags viele Geschäfte und Restaurants geschlossen, aber wir haben dann doch noch eine super Gegend für Tapas gefunden.

• charly69x (10/5): Calurosa. - Apartamento a estrenar limpio , cómodo y amplio. Ubicado al lado de la catedral y de la zona de tapeo. Tiene una terraza interior (un poco calurosa en estas fechas) con una ducha para refrescarla. Todo ok. Hay que cambiar el flexo de la ducha de la terraza.

• Marian (9/5): Para repetir - Apartamento nuevo, precioso, amplio, decorado con mucho gusto, con todo lujo de detalles. Tiene un patio interior con mesita y sillas súper agradable .Muy buena ubicación y con un parking a 3 minutos andando. Repetiríamos sin duda. Están de obras en el piso de abajo y en el portal de al lado y a las 7,20h de la mañana empezaron con martillazos y taladro, con lo cual nos despertaron. El resto, nada que objetar, todo perfecto.

• James (1/5): Inquire about the construction taking place under this lovely unit before booking! - Nicely set up. Great location. Communicative host. This property should be temporarily removed from being listed. Or should be listed with a warning and a serious discount. There is demolition and renovation going on in the unit directly below. The hammering, sawing was so loud you could actually feel it in the bed. Started while we were there at 8:30 am. Finished about 5 or 5:30. If you can tolerate that - this is a great apartment. When the work is done this will be a great apartment. But can’t say that for the present. Inquire about the progress of work on the unit below before booking which - having renovated our own Airbnbs - we expect will take two or three months at least. The owner said he would contact Booking.com about a refund and we did as well. But we’ve heard nothing from Booking.com.
