- Dr Irfan A. (3/5): Worth 100-150 SAR per night -Not more than that - Close to the Haram and very affordable—I paid around 160 SAR I stayed one night due to the low price. Here is my honest feedback: The Good: The receptionist lady was very kind, and the mini-shop inside has a cool seller. The location is great for solo budget travelers. The Bad: The bathroom was very dirty, worse than a public toilet. It is not clean enough for families. No iron or room service, telephone inside room not working. Verdict: Only book this if you are alone and the price is under 150 SAR. You are strictly paying for the bed and the location.

- Ushnah (2/5): Extremely disappointing - Nothing except the location Highly overpriced hotel in Ramadan with serious cleaning issues. Only benefit with that it was close to Haram. Reception staff didn’t even speak English. And getting them to understand anything using google translate was a nightmare. Bathroom had leaking muslim shower. It was incredibly dirty and wasn’t cleaned properly even after request. I’d never like to stay here even again and don’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Staff: Reception was unprofessional and unhelpful. They provided incorrect information and showed no interest in solving issues. Facilities: No way to make external phone calls from the hotel.
