• Su Sandar (5/5): - location apartment was very dusty in the bedroom , put my phone for charging and covered in dust .. also floor, sock were very dirty
• Mariel Araceli (3/5): - Está en el centro y cerca de los lugares turisticos No salia agua caliente de la ducha, cuando contactamos a la estructura nos dijeron que generalmente demora 2 horas en calentarse. Siendo que eramos 4 y estabamos con una bebé creo que tendrían que avisarlo antes. No es cómodo para 4 personas, no hay espacio, para dos tal vez sí.

• Aitana (5/5): Ubicación 10 - La ubicación es perfecta En el baño para 4 personas 2 rollos de papel para 5 días. Una toalla para cada uno, el baño incómodo. Camas incomodisimas. Ropa en los cajones???

• lilith (9/5): Tranquillo - Il cortile interno e la comodità dell'appartamento in generale. La pasticceria gelateria sotto casa. Il materasso del divano letto era molto scomodo.
• Mauro (7/5): Soggiorno rilassante nella città più bella del mondo - La posizione centrale rispetto ai vari posto da visitare. Tutte le comunicazioni da parte dell 'host in inglese. Probabilmente la maggior parte dei clienti che scelgono la struttura sono esteri, ma può succedere che anche degli italiani che non conoscono bene l'inglese prenotino un soggiorno ed avere tutte le info dai messaggi su booking che le istruzioni dentro la casa tutte e sono in inglese secondo me è un limite.

• Tatiana (10/5): Non delude mai - Ho alloggiato più volte in questo appartamento e mi sono sempre trovata benissimo: lo staff gentilissimo, disponibile, sempre pronto a soddisfare i bisogni degli ospiti. Fornito di ogni comfort. Centralissimo, ma in una strada silenziosa ed un condominio discreto. Lo consiglio a tutti!
• Ilaria (5/5): Overall, good for location. Still somehow expensive for the offering. Cleanliness was not very good. - Location was good, near the most central points for tourism. Staff was very available. Automatic locking system, good with the code. The first night, even though we turned the hot water on, we were not able to have hot water. It was very late and had to get up early for work the next day, so we didn’t want to stay up and contact the staff, but they said to be available all night. I’m allergic to dust, and the apartment was not very clean, I kept sneezing for the night.

• Shaymaa (1/5): I will never be booking a rental off booking.com again after this stay - The property I booked was in an excellent location. I was then moved because of problems with the bathroom flooding to another property that was not in a good or safe location and i was traveling with two children. The property’s safe didn’t open and I was told someone would sort it for me the next day. Nobody called. The property had very little hot water that only worked for a 10 minute shower and you’d have to wait 2 hours for more hot water if someone else needs to shower. The bathroom flooded and owner tried to blame it on us. They offered to pay for our move to another property then changed their minds. We moved to another flat in an unsafe neighborhood. We were told it was near Termini station but it was a half hour walk. We had to uber everywhere from that flat costing us much more money than we intended. The key to the building also didn’t work and we had to wait at night for someone to let us in!! We tried calling to tell owner the key wasn’t working on building door but no one picked up, and both the contact from first and second flat tried to pass us to each other. This ended up totally ruining a whole day of our holiday

• Matlock (3/5): Extremely disappointed in this property due to many issues. - Property was in a decent location for seeing sites on the southern side of central Rome. Place to pickup groceries was only about a five minute walk away. Apartment was dirty with long hairs left after cleaning, curtains had never been cleaned and were dark grey with dirt, mold growing on the wall in the bedroom, broken glass in the bathroom left from previous tenant damage, electrics so bad that cooktop was unusable as it blew the breaker, and a view out the windows of the trash dumpsters complete with smell.
