• Da (8/5): - Grandioses Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Frühstück ausreichend. Hat den Charme einer Zelle (keine Bilder, keine Teppiche etc). Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Würde ein Zimmer weiter weg vom Fahrstuhl wählen. Bad hat kein Fenster, Abluft funktioniert nicht, somit Schimmelbildung. Fazit: für reine Übernachtung ist es prima.

• Ruta (8/5): - wir waren für 3Tage in Paris, im Unterkunft waren wir nur zum schlafen. Frühstück klein gehalten, aber für 6Eu völlig ausreichend. Personal sehr freundlich, Zimmer sind nicht für Sauberkeitsfanatiker,für spontane Reise waren wir zufrieden.
• Natalia (2/5): - El desayuno “buffet” horrible, tienen una máquina de café y una bandeja de croisants y dos tristes tipos de cereales no hay más, no vale la pena pagar los 7€ de desayuno, la ducha con la cortina amarilla, la cama sucia y toda la habitación llena de polvo , hace un calor horrible porque no tienen aire acondicionado y te dan un simple ventilador y nosotros eramos 4 y nos metimos 2 en cada habitación , y no se podía dormir del calor y había un olor horrible a pintura, no me gustó nada, no vayáis en verano porque os ahogáis.

• Jetze (8/5): - De kamerinrichting voelde wat aan als een ziekenhuiskamer, maar op zich was alles wel voorzien. Onze kamer had 2 éénpersoonsbedden met elk een nachtkastje, nachtlampje en stopcontact. Er was ook een tafel met een paar stoelen, een klein zetelstoeltje en een TV waar wel enkel Franse TV-posten op te zien waren Er was geen airco op onze kamer, maar er was wel een ventilator op de kamer die stevig waaide. De kamer was voorzien van een keuken met allerlei keukengerei aanwezig. Hier hebben we echter geen gebruik van gemaakt. De badkamer was netjes met een douche, wastafel en toilet. Handdoeken en zeep waren voorzien. Alleen de waterdruk was niet zo hoog, maar wel doenbaar. In- en uitchecken ging vlot en personeel was vriendelijk. Er is een nachtingang voorzien aan de achterkant van het gebouw aangezien de voordeur sluit om 20u. Er is de mogelijkheid om te ontbijten in het hotel, maar hier hebben wij geen gebruik van gemaakt dus hier kan ik niet over oordelen. Wij hebben een goede ervaring gehad met dit hotel/B&B dat op wandelafstand ligt van Stade de France (30 min).

• venon (4/5): - Insonorisation, propreté. en arrivant pas de parking je me suis garé devant dans la rue après avoir demander a la réception si je risquais une amende , sa reponse a été " non le seul risque est de vous faire casser les fenêtres très fréquent ici" résultat en rentrant chez moi j'avais une amendes 😡 , mais toutes mes vitres.

• Ines (8/5): - I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights 3 days, the hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. However the overall atmosphere of the rooms were very clinic, no rugs no personality, a bit like a prison. The room was clean in general, the shower presented a few black mold spots. And there was some staining on the shower curtains in the room, the noise wasn’t bad at all, warning that you do hear the elevator beeps though, which can be annoying while you sleep. The room was well equipped, though our tv remote had no batteries at all and when we requested batteries they had none. Bit disappointed. Honestly though for the price/quality ratio it is a pretty good deal.
• Dr. Shrihari (10/5): - The property is well located absolutely next to Front Populaire metro station. All attraction connected well (5 Euro per round trip). The reception was warm and good. The apartment was spacious. Hot water round the clock. Heater not provided in summers. Kitchen has dish washer, cooking platform, kettle, mixer, utensils. TV has only french channels. You hardly need them on tourism. Elevator available. Staff helpful.very secure place. Garden and grocery shop near by (100m). The host was friendly allowed me to keep luggage for few hours after check out and also to sit in the lounge.
• Leslie (6/5): Minimalist, Spacious and Perhaps Dangerous - Break and Home is on a newer university campus on the north fringes of Paris. It’s served by the metro and busses and offers boulangeries, grocery stores and a few restaurants nearby. However, you should know that its accommodations are spartan and although there is a kitchen, it’s not functionally great. An elevator bell rang most of the night but it was otherwise quiet. Our bad experience was leaving early when the main doors were locked as well as an after hours door that (unmarked) had to be opened by an unlabeled electric button. Scary and unsafe is right. You get what you pay for; no clothes hook in bathroom, no soap in the shower dispenser, etc.

• Naomi (10/5): - Property was very close to Transportation the Metro is a few steps away. There is a grocery store two stores down there are two pastry shops that sells the best tasting pastries and baguettes. There is a pharmacy around the square, a fruit shop and lots of bus stops. The room itself was more like a dormitory a college dorm room not at a hotel. Nothing fancy just the basic necessities a television with only French channels. No washcloths but nice fluffy towels. It had a kitchenette that was adequately stocked. We stayed there twice. The second time they gave us a room where the bathroom sink was clogged but they immediately switched us to the room that we stayed in the first time we checked in. The breakfast is what you would typically get at a French hotel the baguette the croissants the lunch meat the cheese coffee fruit and very reasonably priced. But the best thing overall was having the metro station to entrances actually within a very short walk of the facility. It's located in a square and getting the train and the bus from the airport took about an hour or you could take a faster train that'll cost you about 15 to $17 more to get there within like 20 to 45 minutes. I would definitely stay there again.

• J Francis (10/5): - Had a very good experience staying here and highly recommended. Very commute friendly as metro is just a few steps aways. There are 2 shops and 2 bakery nearby and a short walk from an asian supermarket selling hot meals. ;)
• Niels (6/5): - Good for a one night stay at Paris, close to the metro, but a sewage smell coming from the bathroom and the beds were quite hard. You notice that this is an accomodation aimed at students. Price was good for what you would get.

• Sarah (8/5): Break and Home - NO HEATING - My stay was good. Break and Home has spacious and clean rooms. What I wasn't happy with is the heating. The radiators are not working, even when someone promised me that it will be locked into, nobody did anything. It was cold in the night periods, and my daughter woke up with sore throat on two occasions.

Main Door doesn’t have lock from inside so it always feels unsafe. No ventilation system. No cooker top/chimney. We had to change the apartment as it had strong smell. Overall not very good for families.

Uber to Airport too which didn’t costs that much . There were 4 of us so Uber is way cheaper and convenient. The room is spacious with a bedroom with 2 twin beds and a sofa bed . So affordable. Will stay here again .They have breakfast which covers your choice of coffee, croissant for 7 Euros. They have beer on tap too at the reception which has plenty of sitting area . The room has a kitchen with all the amenities. You have to ask for a hai dryer . Bring your toiletries. Bed , comforter and pillows all great . Spring blooms all over the grounds. It’s quite hidden , very secure. Good WiFi in the room too.

• Sonia (8/5): Bon séjour! - Chambre et literie propre (pas de cheveux, poils, poussière, miettes, ou bestioles...). Équipements spartiates, pas de chichi. Appartement spacieux. Vétusté du rideau et du joint de la cabine de douche et sur le sol (lino abîmé), mais reste propre malgré tout. Salle du petit-déjeuner: cosy mais pas pratique. Petit-déjeuner basic, bon et pas chère (7€) Le quartier est sympa et calme, tout à l'air neuf et fraîchement sortie de terre. (Ne pas se fier au photos google, car l'endroit n'est plus en chantier et c'est un cadre agréable.) Au pied de l'immeuble: resto italien (très abordable), boulangerie et supérette (ouverte jusqu'à 22h). Station de métro "front populaire"... À 25min du Stade de France. Personnel disponible et sympa. • Jandira (10/5): Surpreendente - Apartamento espaçoso e muito limpo. Me hospedei na unidade 402 que comporta 6 pessoas, mais estávamos em 3 amigas. São 2 quartos, uma cozinha conjugada com a sala, 1 banheiro com cortina no box, e a cabine do vaso sanitário separada. Cozinha com itens básicos, mais suficientes para o preparo de uma refeição rápida. Tem uma mini geladeira, lava-louça, microondas e um cooktop de duas bocas. Camas boas, com lençóis limpos e macios. Aquecimento além dos tradicionais na parede, também no piso o que deixa o ambiente super confortável. Janelas black-out e anti ruído. Região silenciosa e segura. Poucos metros do prédio tem padaria, mercado, restaurantes e estação de metrô. Com certeza voltarei a me hospedar.

Nous étions 2 dans la chambre, mais nous ne disposons que d'un seul bol, une seule cuillère, 2 fourchettes. Cela nous a semblé un peu juste. Par contre une propreté irréprochable et un personnel très accueillant...

Le logement est vide, aucune déco, aucune fleur comme sur les photos de présentation, la propreté laisse à désirer. Salle de bain digne d'un hôpital. Seuls points positifs, le p'tit dej (6 euros, ce n'est pas cher du tout et il y a largement de quoi se remplir le ventre) et l'accueil d'un des personnels, très gentil et accueillant, notamment avec les enfants

The floor seemed very dirty, dirty tea towel and most importantly there is no bolt on the door which made me and my friend very uncomfortable. I was grateful not to be travelling alone but as a solo female I would have felt very unsafe and uncomfortable there.
