• Susan (10/5): Nice clean hotel with wonderful staff and close to attractions - Nice clean hotel, good breakfast, and wonderful staff. Maria at the front desk always went above and beyond to make sure we were welcomed and that we were comfortable. Several good restaurants nearby including Sliders and also SOB (South of Beal). The Civil Rights Museum is an easy walk from the hotel. We didn't walk around the area much at night because of the location.

• Brittany (9/5): From the time we arrived until the time we walked out the door, we were treated so kindly by staff at this hotel. They v - The staff is exceptional!! Very very friendly and helpful. Our room was also immaculate! I love a clean room and it was nice and clean, for sure. Unfortunately, one of the reasons that we stayed at this hotel was for my child to be able to go swimming, but the pool was closed. The chemicals were off it something. So that was disappointing.

It was clean, spacious, was centrally located, had super friendly and helpful staff, and had a great breakfast. They had wonderful facilities and excellent wifi. • Tymeshia (9/5): Lovely rooms nice and clean - I liked that I was able to check into the hotel early and the added security of having to scan your room key to get into the building and use the elevator I didn’t like that I was charged for two nights of valet parking even though I only stayed one night at the hotel(it was refunded). I also don’t like that if you don’t use the valet that you have to park on the street the hotel should have parking for paying guest

Good restaurants, shops - The room was great, facilities in the room really excellent down to the small bottle of Palmolive dish soap and the dishwasher. A few more utensils would have helped. We had to leave before bkfast. There is. $75 deposit in our card which was unexpected!

Petit couac avec le check-out et le valet. on a attendu un bon 20 minutes pour juste récupérer les clés de la voiture. Il vaut mieux se garer soit même et garder ses clés pour être sûr de ne pas attendre le jour du départ. Le petit déjeuner était juste, plus de réassort à 08H00. Plus de fruits , pas de yaourts et la pâtes à gauffre ultra liquide...

• Lisbeth Odgaard (8/5): Centrally located with all amenities handy. - Downtown, next to Museums. Easy access - we arrived late at night and checked in easily. Free laundry. There was bloodstains one morning in front of the hotel, and noone did an effort to remove them. Felt a bit unsafe.

• Rita (10/5): My stay was extremely wonderful, thanks! - Everything was fine at breakfast. The food was good, the waffle machine was always clean and made excellent waffles. The coffee was excellent. I wish I could have stayed longer. I was able to get a lot of rest after taking care of my business while in Memphis. The only thing I would suggest is this - the door hanger on my room door was for a person who had a pet in their room. I did not have a pet; so I was looking for another door hanger just to state “Do Not Disturb”. However, the lady at the front desk was very helpful in letting housekeeping know not to disturb me!

• Isabel (3/5): Definitely will not be staying here again. - Breakfast was okay. The room size was decent. I did not like the lack of professionalism and their lack of customer service skills. Our room had dirty sheets, no towels and we also didn’t get service throughout our stay, although it is stated that rooms get cleaned every other day. The price is too high for a place like this. We also had an issue with parking. Valet parking had certain operable hours and when we showed up an hour prior to their end time they turned us away rudely and told us to find parking elsewhere. After what turned into an argument we ended up parking in their parking lot which also had a fee.

• Tufan (5/5): Comfortable and pleasant hotel overall, but parking was inconvenient and housekeeping service was in - The hotel was overall comfortable, clean, and had a pleasant atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and suitable for a long stay, which made my experience enjoyable. Parking was a major issue; we were not allowed to use the hotel’s parking and had to park on nearby streets. Although I didn’t experience any problems, I believe this was purely luck. Housekeeping was also quite poor. On some days, even after removing the “Do Not Disturb” sign, the room was not cleaned. When we requested service, there were delays and no one arrived at the promised time. I was also asked to leave the room during cleaning, and overall, I was not satisfied with the quality. When I requested a vacuum cleaner, it was provided reluctantly.

Personal conversations and telling the guests to hold on before helping. I saw thus on multiple occasions along with myself. I was out of shower gel and was never filled. Family of four had to use the small bar of soap. When spending $1000 on room definitely lacking the service that is associated with Hilton.

The hotel is right in the area where everything happens at night. I can say it is a very nice and friendly environment to be in during the day or night. Using these apps to book at these hotels doesn’t guarantee that you will get what they offer. They don’t even honor their own guarantee on their own website, even when being shown what you were supposed to pay. They charge for parking and other guest has no respect for the fact that people get charged for this service.
