• Christian (10/5): Great accommodation with agricultural flair. It was even better than we had imagined. - We were there about a month ago and enjoyed our stay. The Hen House is in a very idyllic location and you have a great view of the green Irish fields. The whole cottage has a farm feel and cows can be right outside the front door. The facilities were very good for such a small cottage. Even the small kitchen has everything you need for a stay. There is even a whirlpool in the conservatory right next to the cottage that you can use. It's great! Barbecue equipment would have been available too. The wifi also works quickly and reliably. But most of all we would like to thank the host Angela. She was always on hand to offer help and looked after our well-being. It was a great pleasure to meet you and your family. Many thanks for a fantastic evening back then. We may never forget it! Must be mentioned, the room for shower and wc is quite low. You have to pull your head in if you are over 175 cm.

• Leana (9/5): Cute, cosy, perfect for a couples getaway - So cosy and cute for a couples getaway.. Perfect location, very private but not far from Ballbofey and Letterkenny.. Host was so lovely and helpful. Hot tub was an added bonus, couldn’t recommend enough!

I would highly recommend The Hen House to anyone looking for a relaxing time away it is breathe of fresh air and we will definitely be back again soon !☺️
