There is a TV, it does not work, there is, Wifi that does not work either. They do not provide hot water. The staff blames the rain for everything. There is no arrangement for even a coffee or tea, forget breakfast. Extremely inconvenient if traveling for work. Proximity to the railway station is the only plus point. Not recommended at all. It needs an electric jug and small frig in the room to make the stay better

- Priyadharshini (5/5): Passable - dear booking .com, kindly ensure quality and trust from your reviews. because people from other cities are only believing your reviews and booking hotels. we dont have much money to book rooms more than 5k and all. so it will be good that you focus on enhancing the standards of these middle class hotels, which will be very helpful for people like us. stop making people fall under the trap of good reviews and photos.... rooms are clean with a cozy bed, but the power cut in that area impacted my rest very badly. as a hotel room, they should be ready with all precautionary steps to handle emergency situation like power outage. additionally what i hated the most is that, i was told that "if i need to change the ac temperature, then i should operate only with mobile or call room service so they could help - as they dont have the room remote separately". i believed all the positive reviews and booked this room, actually i should say disappointing with booking .com website. as the original source of falling for the decent reviews starts from booking.com. now, i feel most of the reviews from booking . com are spamming.....only good thing happened was that the receptionist agreed to my early check in and helped in that way....as a hotel room - facilities should include towels, kettle, and tissues

- Valeriy (1/5): Stay away from this hole! - Requested early check in while booking and property accepted it for an extra charge of 200rs. I checked in without issues and paid the booking amount plus extra charge. But on the day before check out the staff called me at 23:00 and tried to scam me for more money - they said I need to pay one more night if I want to check out at 12 as normal and not at the time I checked in! I did not fall for the scam and did not pay but it was awful experience.
The room was pretty disgusting, a lot worse than on the pictures. Also they probably do not change bed linen after each guest.

- Dr (9/5): A Budget Hotel near Chennai Central - Hi!
This was the first time I was staying at the hotel. Most of the pictures given about hotel in the booking.com are truly matching with actual facilities.its tough to have communication with room boys as they couldn't communicate either in English or in Tamil. But, the Room boy Laksinger is quite active and tried his best to serve the customer.
Next is about , Front office manager , Mr Basha , a well capable and good customer service skilled man.
Mr.Basha is well dedicated to oversee both guest and staff interaction to ensure proper guest service and procedure. Guide those staff that need it, coach appropriately and increase the two-way communication cycle. He was trying to deliver best customer service. The Management is not much cooperating with him to meet the well quality interior fittings.His good understanding of procedures and practices in the hospitality industry make the guest chose the chance to come back.He got excellent verbal communication skills .He was observed that having a strong organizational skill . His ability to provide exceptional customer service impressed me a lot ,and looking forward to coming back. Mr.Asai Thambi has to improve his communication skills and need learning better customer care attitudes.
