• Jovana (10/5): Great - Apartment is in really good location everything is near,the port if you want to go to Capri,Procidu or any island,city center is near and also a bus stop to airport there are any noices so you can sleep good
• Pierre-Louis (9/5): Petit pied-à-terre napolitain - Situé dans le quartier du port, donc très pratique pour visiter la ville et ses environs (à pied, en métro, en ferry), avec plein de petits cafés et restaurants aux alentours. L'appartement est lumineux, dans une ruelle plutôt calme. Les échanges avec Marcella ont été très fluides et agréables. Il manquerait quelques équipements pour que le séjour puisse vraiment être optimal (cafetière plus grande, four à micro-ondes, des oreillers un peu plus confortables...).

• Balázs (4/5): - It was ín The center. Közel volt. This accommodation falls far short of acceptable standards. An unbearably strong odor emanates from the bathroom, and the air conditioners don’t work at all, so we were cold. (Later we got elektric fan.) The beds creak, and the mattress is old. The apartment is poorly equipped (no ceramic mugs, not enough storage space), and it’s in need of renovation. The water in the shower drains very slowly. We feel like we were completely misled and deceived. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this accommodation. Ez a szállás messze elmarad az elfogadható színvonaltól. A fürdőszobából elviselhetetlenül erős szag árad, a légkondicionálók pedig egyáltalán nem működnek, így fázunk. (Később kaptunk egy elektromos ventilátort.) Az ágyak nyikorognak, a matrac pedig régi. A lakás felszereltsége gyenge (nincsenek kerámia bögrék, nincs elég tárolóhely), és felújításra szorul. A zuhanyban a víz nagyon lassan folyik le. Úgy érezzük, hogy teljesen félrevezettek és becsaptak minket. Mindenkinek határozottan azt tanácsolom, hogy kerülje el ezt a szállást.

Magazin alimentar alături, deschis până noaptea. Proprietarii extrem de drăguți. Zona liniștită. Mobila veche (paturile). Dar poziția proprietății și proprietarii au compensat.
• MarijaHoshek (10/5): - We had such a lovely stay here! The host was super kind and understanding, especially since we arrived late due to an airport strike. She made the check-in super easy and flexible, which we really appreciated after a long and stressful day. Throughout our stay, she kept checking in to see if we needed anything, which made us feel really well taken care of. The apartment itself is very cute, clean, and had everything we needed. The location is perfect. We were able to walk everywhere, yet it was still quiet at night so we could rest properly. We also felt completely safe the entire time, which is also very important. If we come back (which we’re already planning), we would definitely choose this place again. Highly recommend! N/A

• Fátima (7/5): Agradable estancia - Lo mejor la ubicación. Muy cerca andando del dentro y muy bien comunicado dado que a 3 mins tenías una estación de metro. Los dueños del apartamento muy amables y serviciales para ayudarte en todo. El secador de pelo no funcionaba y al día siguiente rápidamente nos dejó otro. También nos facilito el check out más tarde por el tema de las maletas. Agradable nuestra estancia Lo que recomiendo como mejora es cambiar toda la cama (canapé, colchón y sabanas que sean acorde al tamaño del colchón), pues cuando te movías sonaban los muelles del colchón y al cabo de unos días resultaba un poco incómodo dado que se hunde la cama. Intentamos poner el aire acondicionado con la bomba de calor porque hacia algo de frío pero a los 10 minutos se apagaba y no sabíamos por qué así que desistimos de usarlo. Por lo demás todo bien!

• Melissa (5/5): Gute Lage und nette Gastgeber, aber sehr wenig Komfort. - Die Lage ist super und die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Man konnte fußläufig alles super erreichen und es gibt auch öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in der Nähe. Die Kommunikation über WhatsApp hat super funktioniert und sie haben uns viele Tipps gegeben. In der Küche kann man sich gut etwas einfaches zubereiten, aber es reicht nicht, um aufwändig zu kochen. Das Bett war sehr unbequem, wir konnten nicht gut schlafen und das Apartment war nicht sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung und Einrichtung war ziemlich alt und es gab leider Schimmel. (deshalb haben wir auch die Klimaanlage nicht genutzt. Dadurch war es abends sehr warm.)

No es nada importante, pero son cosillas a mejorar

• Elena (6/5): - Posizione strategica. Si può raggiungere a piedi il porto di Napoli e la stazione metropolitana Università. Il host gentile e disponibile. Ci sono 2 appartamenti e questo non è chiaro in Descrizione e le foto. Noi avuto numero 15. Wi-Fi non funziona, il segnale troppo debole. Il condizionatore si trova in cucina e rafredda poco sia la cucina che la camera da letto. Magari ci manca il gas. La finestra di cucina affaciata al sud , non ha i taparelli. Così siamo stati costretti di usare la trapunta per non fare entrare il sole. Al pieno sole d' estate non c'e niente di buono. Nella camera da letto non c'è la finestra. La cucina poco atrezzata e non adatta per cucinare, solo per riscaldare il cibo. Il prezzo è troppo caro. Per brevi soggiorni solo.

• Karen (8/5): Steps to Naples and the port - The location is close to the port which made boats and tours easily accessible but also within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. The kitchen and living space are large. The host was so nice and communicative. She even arranged our taxi to the airport. The ac is a little weak and the building gs elevator was broken one day. The fifth floor is 15 flights of stairs.

The apartment is missing the ironing board and the iron itself. Located on the 5th floor and in case the elevator is broken, it's quite a cardio to get to by the stairs.

• George (5/5): This property was bare bones as far as comfort goes in comparison to other properties we stayed at in Italy. - Bed was comfortable, large rooms. Close to train station/Metro subway. Subway very clean. Minimal accessories. No paper towels, napkins or tissues. Had to put tea kettle on floor to plug it in. Very flat pillows on bed, only 2 total, used sofa pillows. No ice cube trays. Shower and bathroom sink did not drain well, standing water. Mold in the shower.

• Forrest (8/5): Very good - This was one of the few non-studio more spacious, reasonably priced flats we could locate close to the historic centre. The website advertises more than one – we stayed in the flat with the blue floor tiles for a week. The flat is clean and comfortable: a mix of older features plus functional Ikea. The host is very friendly and speaks good english. It is very well located: 10-20 minutes’ walk to much of the historic centre; 5 mins to the Alibus airport shuttle; 5 mins to a supermarket, and 2 mins to a metro station. We would stay there again. Pompei tip: take ID, you may need to show it to get in. Some may find the heating limited in winter depending on the weather.

Bathroom: no rack in the shower, which is very inconvenient, no shower gel, it was impossible to take shower for 2 people in the row, as after the first one there was no hot water at all. Kitchen: no tissues, no kitchen towels Bedroom: the worst bed I’ve ever slept. Pillows are flat and uncomfortable. It’s not even the bed, just mattress on the shaking base. No additional blanket.
• Kamen (9/5): Convenient apartment - We had a very good experience at Le Casette. The owner was very friendly and helpful. We checked-in around 23:00 without additional tax and the owner was so kind to wait for us. There is a convenient store which works long hours on the next street. The apartment is equipped with everything you need including a hairdryer. There was no shower gel or shampoo at the property.

The hosts were very easy to reach, helpful with sharing recommendations for places to visit and eat at, but also with suggesting parking lots. Parking was not provided by the apartment, had to find a spot at an external parking (fees involved and reservations needed in time)

She also was quick to reply when we had an issue with the key. The apartment was clean and well presented with all the amenities we needed including bedding and towels. The area was nice and quiet but close enough to the metro and busy areas The photographs on the listing were misleading as we chose the apartment for it having a balcony and it didn't have one. However, this didn't impact our stay. The kitchen would not be great for cooking a full meal but was more than adequate for what we needed as we mainly ate out.

• Krisztina (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was really great! The location is very central, its close to the old town, the ferry and the Garibaldi train station, 5 minutes walk to metro station. But also very quiet. The flat was big, well-maintained, comfortable and very clean. Kitchen was well equipped. Our host was very helpful and friendly even before arriving and also during our stay. The check in process was excellent. The last day she ordered us a taxi to the airport and I forgot there my jacket, she helped me sending it by post. I will definitely stay again.

• Tris-6545 (8/5): A lovely stay close to the metro and port - The property was in a brilliant location! It had a lot of natural light which was nice to wake up to and also had a balcony which was nice to go out and take it in! The property was much bigger than we expected it to be and was certainly a nice roomy space for two. The kitchen was nice to have so we could cook for ourselves. There was a brita jug in the fridge which was nice to have cold filtered water. The aircon was very powerful which was much appreciated on the warmer days. We would definitely stay here again. There could have been some more pans for cooking/more plates as there wasn't a great amount. Some more pillows on the bed could have been nice - only one thin one per person. We also saw an army of ants trekking across the floor on our first morning.
• Yee (9/5): Superb - Great location. It is only a few minutes walk from the metro, and walking distance to almost everywhere. There are a few coffee shops nearby to grab a quick breakfast. The apartment is big and has all the basic amenities for a few nights stay. The shower is quite small but that didn't really bother us. We knew that from the picture when we made the booking. Checking in was easy. All the restaurants recommended were good as well. A rack in the shower to put the toiletries would be nice though. There is a table next to the shower but you have to open the door of the shower to get your stuff and we find that a bit inconvenient. Just some small details 😊

• Rashmi (9/5): Faboulous stay . Would recommend this property to anyone visiting Naples - The property was spacious and as shown in the photographs. Location was fantastic a few minutes walk from Metro station. Host was very responsive and helpful . Toiletries were not available, basic body wash and shampoo should be provided.

Excellent location for exploring Naples (most can be done by walking, but the proximity of the subway stop and various bus stops is very convenient as well). Everything worked: WiFi, air condition, water kettle, fridge ... Everything was really clean. The photos don't lie, they show what the apartment looks like. Two minor things: The kitchen could be somewhat better equipped. I missed standards like a chopping board and a decent chef knife. I found the sofa, which is actually a sofa bed, in the living room rather uncomfortable to sit on.

This charming flat offered everything I needed for a relaxing few days in the city. Here's a breakdown of my experience: Comfortable and Well-Equipped: The apartment was thoughtfully equipped with everything one might need during their stay. The abundance of natural lighting was a pleasant surprise, making the space feel even more inviting. The comfortable sofa, complete with a TV, was a welcome sight after long days of exploring the city. The separate bedroom, boasting two wardrobes, ensured I had ample space to store my belongings, keeping my clothes neat and tidy. Fully-Stocked Kitchen: The kitchen was a highlight of this apartment. It featured a full-size fridge, stove, and oven, along with a set of plates for four people. What's more, there were thoughtful additions like coffee, olive oil, and sugar, which made preparing meals a breeze. It's the small touches like these that set this place apart. Peaceful Nights: One of the standout features of this apartment was the ability to leave the windows open at night without being disturbed by excessive noise. The added bonus of a window net kept those pesky mosquitoes at bay, allowing for a comfortable and restful night's sleep. Wonderful Host: The icing on the cake was the owner, who was not only extremely nice but also incredibly helpful. Her warm welcome and willingness to assist us with any queries immediately put us at ease. She even left us a couple of guide booklets, filled with recommendations for great locations to visit in Naples. Her hospitality truly made our stay all the more enjoyable. In conclusion, if I ever find myself back in Naples, there's no doubt that I'll be booking this apartment again. It provided a comfortable and well-equipped home away from home, and the attentive host made it all the more memorable. I wish we could stay longer :)

The flat was very bright and clean, and the host was really attentive, helpful, and sympathetic at all times. The kitchen is good for a short stay, but it could have a few more items. The flat also faces a couple of offices, but there are curtains available. The bathroom window seemed to have some mold.

• Ana-maria (8/5): overall good experience, good location, cleanliness needs improvement - location, coziness of the apartment, good facilities, quiet at night. could have been cleaner - bathroom, walls had stains of dead insects, towels, sofa and duvette had some stains on them, kettle had limescale inside and couldn’t use. But the most disturbing thing of all was the smell of the wardrobe - it was smelling like sweaty old clothes, had to put my clothes on a chair because it was too gross.

The host was nice and let us leave our luggage before the check in time. There was only one towel per person and no bathroom rug. There was no duvet cover but only a sheet that went under the blanket, we found it not hygienic as we are not sure of the cleanliness of blanket that basically remained not covered.
