We think the owner forgot our booking as we arrived to locked gates & had to wait for 30 mins to be let in. We were being picked up for our morning safari at 5:45 am & we went outside to the gates locked again so no way of getting out. With the help of our safari guide we had to climb over a 6ft wall to get out.
- Judit (2/5): rude and irresponsible - the rudest personnel at the reception who I have ever meet at any hotel in any country. they don't even try to help ,just turn their back to me. the messed up my booking, sold the room to walk-in guests , let me alone at dark without any help or even few human words and they did not even apologize for their mistake. lowest level.avoid this place at all cost
