Esterno curatissimo! Abbiamo occupato due alloggi con degli amici ( e dei bimbi): Alessio ci ha accolto calorosamente. Vasca idromassaggio esterna calda, perfetta anche per questo periodo. Servizi extra ben pensati per permetterti di svagarti e farti godere a pieno il lago e il territorio! -

• Joanna (10/5): Ein tolle Woche! 😊 - Uns hat sehr gefallen! Ein toller Gastgeber, der versucht alle Wünsche Gästen zu erfüllen. Uns hat er Fahrräder besorgt, die wurden gebracht und abgeholt, somit müssten wir uns um nichts kümmern. Er uns Tipps gegeben, wo man einkaufen kann und etwas unternehmen. Die Wohnung mit der Terrasse war sehr schön und der Ausblick aus jedem Winkel der Wohnung einfach toll! Sehr sauber! Am 4 Tag lagen frische Handtücher und Bademänteln vor der Tür. Es gab Kanus, Paddelbretts und Luftmatratze usw. Und als Abschied für unterwegs Wasser und leckere Kekse! Wir würden gerne irgendwann wieder kommen! Was uns fällte, es ist aber keine Kritik, mehr Tipp eine Leselampe, die Beleuchtung am Bett ist sehr schön und dekorativ, aber zu lesen nicht so gut geeignet. Und ein Pfannenwender in der Küche!😉

Прекрасная ухоженная территория, качели, джакузи с видом на озеро, шезлонги, спуск к озеру, каяки, каноэ, велосипеды, парковка, зарядка для электромобиля, есть абсолютно все! Сказочное место, обязательно вернемся еще.

• Guest (10/5): Peaceful family retreat with stunning lake views and lake access - Owner contacted me ahead of time regarding arrival time so he could personally welcome us, give us a tour of the apartments and the property and give us the door codes. Everything was immaculately clean and modern, and the view of the lake was breathtaking! We requested a crib and high chair which were in the apartment when we arrived, along with a few nice touches of children’s dishes and silverware. I was initially nervous about being close to the water with small children but we were on the second floor and the clear glass patio enclosure was perfectly safe for them. We enjoyed the hot tub which was very clean and provided a relaxing view of the water and boats going by. It also was more warm than hot which we preferred so that the children could enjoy it as well. We weren’t brave enough to use the provided paddle boards or canoes on the lake as it was a bit chilly out, but I would have loved to of the weather was warmer. The location was off of a busy road with train tracks directly behind us, but honestly we had no issues with noise at all, and the entrance to the street is gated so I had no concerns about safety. The location is not walkable to anywhere but only a few minutes drive to the train station, Omegna center and San Giulio, so a car is necessary. We had a large van to accommodate our large family and the parking space provided was perfect. We loved the fluffy towels and robes and beds were very comfortable. Appreciated the blackout curtains especially for kids. We ordered daily breakfast which was delivered by pic Nic basket in the morning and everything was absolutely delicious and lovely to eat on the patio overlooking the lake. They have wines available to purchase if desired so no additional shopping needed! The kitchenette was exactly what we needed with fridge, freezer, stove, oven and dishes and cookware. We only wish we were able to stay longer! Everyone in the family had a wonderful stay and appreciated the attention to detail. Kitchen trash had not been emptied before our arrival which was maybe just a small oversight but did not impact our stay. The starter pack was helpful with dish soap, sponge and one dishwasher pod, but at least 2-3 pods would have been ideal. No laundry facilities but there is a drying rack available on the porch for swimsuits, etc. We have small children who need a bathtub so I did purchase a travel bathtub to use as many places in Italy have only shower facilities, and this worked well to fill with the handheld shower head. There is no shower door so water often leaks out onto the bathroom floor which can make it very slippery and so extra caution if you have children or anybody with limited mobility. None of these things were deal-breakers, you just have to plan ahead!

Alle vier de appartementen hebben mooi uitzicht over het meer. De appartementen zijn modern ingericht met veel smaak en oog voor detail. Ruim en zeer comfortabel. De eigenaars zijn vriendelijk en doen alles om het verblijf zo prettig mogelijk te maken. Ze reageren snel op vragen. Niets.

• Florence (9/5): Nous avions le sentiment d’être dans un film ! - La vue est exceptionnelle, l’accès au lac depuis le ponton, les paddles à disposition, le jacuzzi Nous étions au penthouse à 4. Les deux ados dans le canapé lit qui est un peu petit et peu confortable. Le reste est exceptionnel!

What a breathtaking view from the penthouse apartment. Furthermore the owners were very present and helpful during our stay. We were just doing a short pitstop for 3 days at the Lake towards our destination - but had we known this place, we would have planned for more days. Well equipped with paddleboards etc to enjoy the Lake. Actually we do not have anything important to mention.

• Lewis (10/5): Extraordinary! - Everything! The location, the view, the apartment itself, and the owners. Couldn’t have had a better experience. The apartment was extremely well maintained and equipped with all the essentials for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Well located on the eastern shore of Lake Orta with a five minute drive to the beautiful lakeshore town of Omegna. Orta San Giulio was only about a fifteen minute drive to the south. Furnishings in the apartment were very comfortable and there were ample seating options outside on the patio including a great chair swing. The dock had several lounge chairs and everything was comfortable. The grounds and gardens are meticulously maintained and beautiful. There is a bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub that looks out over the lake and the other bathroom has a wonderful shower. The king size bed in the bedroom we slept in was extremely comfortable and also looked out over the lake. I would say that the pictures don’t do justice to the place. You really have to be there to appreciate all the thought and hard work the owners have put into making d’Ocalee a truly exceptional experience! Not a thing.

Outstanding view, the warmest lake, very clean and comfortable apartment. Many thanks to our host, Alessio, for the help, for the neat care and for the nice sailing. As a family, we were delighted to make use of the facilities (including paddle boards and canoe) to make full use of Lake Orta, which was great for swimming. It’s perfectly located for daily trips into the lovely town of San Guilio. Staff are so welcoming, friendly and attentive. This was a perfect stay and we feel lucky to have found this place. Nothing!

The view is obviously incredible, the apartment is soooo beautiful and the owners were wonderful. We stayed for 2 nights in the 1 bedroom apartment and we could not of have had a better stay. The apartment is exactly as pictured, the finishing touches and design is breathtaking. The breakfast each morning was so delicious, followed by lake swimming , paddle boards to use & a lovely warm hot tub. It has everything you need and it's only a short drive or bike ride into Omegna or Orta. Really a 10/10 stay! I could not recommend it more and we cannot wait to return!

He even came to see us early in the morning to ensure a smooth departure. Both of us bumped into the corner of the bed frame and hurt our shin/ knee. May be worth wrapping it with protecting cushion.
