• Evangelos (9/5): Overall, we had a lovely stay with great facilities, though the communication felt a little formal - The property was warm, welcoming, and very comfortable, with lots of thoughtful extras. It was well-equipped with plenty of pots, pans, cutlery, plates, cups, and other items you wouldn’t usually expect when booking through the resort. The Wi-Fi connection was strong, which kept the kids happy, and the little homely touches made the place feel inviting and smell lovely. The main swimming pool and facilities were just a short two-minute walk away, which was a real bonus. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The only minor downside was the communication with the owner, which at times felt quite formal and short as opposed to warm and welcoming. While everything was handled correctly, the tone of the messages came across as a little abrupt rather than friendly, which stood out slightly compared to the otherwise welcoming feel of the property.

Der Beschrieb auf Booking. com ist leider falsch. Handtücher sind NICHT vorhanden. WC Papier mussten wir noch kaufen. Die Küche war sehr klebrig und nicht wirklich sauber. Waschlappen und Geschirrtuch fehlten ebenfalls. Zum Betreten der Anlage fehlten uns die Informationen. Es hatte eine Schranke und wir wussten nicht, wie wir da rein kommen.

• Emily (3/5): Lovely location very poor communication from owner and overselling what’s included - The property was clean and comfortable and so was the resort. I was told at the point of enquiry that facilities such as the indoor pool and soft play were included in the booking and we would not have to pay extra for this. However, when we arrived I was sent an email link to create resort passes to access facilities such as swimming or soft play which was going to cost £76. When I checked this with the owner he then said that yes we had to pay for passes and owners don’t get involved with passes. I was told by the resort staff that if we didn’t want to buy a pass we could swim but people staying in private caravans still have to pay (£10 per adult £6 per child) and could only swim after 2pm. My children were so disappointed that we could not swim (because we had not budgeted but passes and had made afternoon plans so could not swim after 2pm) and there were a lot of tears that we could not swim before our journey back home. In addition to this, advertised amenities included were toilet roll, towels and BBQ which were not included when we arrived. Luckily because we couldn’t swim we had dry swimming towels but it was a total nightmare after travelling 3 hours and the children busting for the toilet, them sitting on the toilet then going to wipe and realising there is no loo roll. We also brought with us all our bbq food expecting to bbq to then have to go and buy BBQs to cook our dinner on.
• Claire (7/5): Just like. Perfect for a mini break with kids - A great location- close to the beach and all the amenities on site. Simple instructions for checking in. The listing said towels were provided but there wasn’t even a hand towel provided. Luckily we had packed some towels but we were surprised that there wasn’t a tea towel for drying. We found one left on the balcony but it wasn’t clean.
• Petra (5/5): Not worth the money we paid. - Good location, great entertainment, close to a beach Caravan was not clean, dirty carpets, sticky floors, sticky plates and utensils, uncomfortable sheets. Entertainment passes very expensive.
• Sushant (10/5): Caravan is comfortable enough for 8 people. Sufficient kitchen utensils to feed 8. All bedrooms had everything you need. - Owner is very helpful. Even though we had some mess up with booking, owner helped us to make our stay uninterrupted. He helped us to get the passes easily and quick.
• Julie (1/5): Stressful - It was double booked. We didnt stay at Pixie Van. We had to stay in another caravan. Had not been cleaned and no towels. We were lucky to have the caravan as let down at very short notice. He blamed Booking.com but he knew we were coming as I'd requested early arrival weeks ago and he agreed.

• Nikke (9/5): Only of putting thing was the ripped sheets & main mattress other than that I’d happily stay again - Very helpful owner Spotlessly clean Mattress in main bedroom needs replacing , sheet was ripped and no Mattress or pillow protectors Cheap Thin plastic protectors on kids beds Kids hated them & made the sweat Just need replacing with better quality ones

• Deborah (10/5): Comfortable clean caravan near the main facilities. - Very clean and close to the main facilities the caravan is really nice and would definitely recommend it. The hosts are not very good at replying to messages which can get stressful when you get your pass and key instructions 3 hours before you are due to arrive.
