- Jessica (9/5): - Very cute hideaway, ideal for couples. Had an amazing time and would definitely recommend! The hot tub took a good 4/5 hours to heat up and we burnt through many many logs. Be aware the owners house is right there and they can fully see into the hut area, didn’t bother us as they were on holiday but something to keep in mind if you wanted to be completely secluded as doesn’t show on photos.
- Stef (10/5): Exceptional - A beautiful location, really peaceful. The shepards hut was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. The hot tub was really nice especially with the view. We want to book again as we had such a lovely time. The couple that own it were really nice.
- Rebecca (9/5): Lovely short break location - Lovely hut, bed was super comfortable. Hot tub was amazing! Host was really friendly and popped the hot tub in to heat up before we arrived. So kind!
The bottle of Prosecco was a lovely touch too, thank you! Was not aware it was in someone’s garden although it was fairly private. Nothing is accessible without driving I.e shops or restaurants.
- Ursula (7/5): Nice place, little improvements could make it great! - The location is good to most places of interest, accommodation good, but for the cost per night extras should have been in the package. Example hot tub a great addition, but having to heat it cost another £20 pound for two nights to enjoy that experience and took 3 hours to getget to correct temperature, tip put lots of logs in the burner, after asking the owner he said add more logs at a time.,but hut was clean and everything you needed for a short stay. The pull out bed was hard, and was not the most comfortable, could have done with a topper on it for padding.

- Daniel (9/5): Quiet and comfortable solitude. Nothing but praise. - It was cosy and very comfortable Unfortunately after a day out we lit the fire to the hot tub at 7.00pm but fell asleep before it had heated up enough so never got to try it. Will need to book again for that luxury…

- Lois (10/5): Excellent place to stay beautiful views - The hut was super clean and everything was explained so well!

- Sanielle (10/5): Exceptional - brilliant place , brilliant hosts and a lovely experience all around
- Stuart (10/5): Amazing couple of nights away . Se hope to return again . - Lovely and clean and cozy , in a lovely location , and the lady who owns it was amazing and helpful . The lovely little personal touches were lovely , like the bottle of Prosecco and hot chocolate , marshmallows for the fire and lovely wash products and flowers . It had no tv , but we enjoyed sitting outside . Internet was great . We tried to heat the hot tub for 3 hours and gave up as you have to watch it the whole time .
It was hard to find , as sign to the cottage is off from the main road and the hut is tucked in on her drive way.
- Louise (9/5): Superb -
- Simona (9/5): Lovely experience - Lovely location, quiet area, nice to go and explore around, but you need a car as not many attractions around within walking distance . Cosy and small hut, very relaxing If you trying to escape from town. Only a small basket of logs included, if you want to warm up the jacuzzi it's not enough, and they charge extra £10 per basket. Very little instructions on how to light up jacuzzi, took us a while on the first night, and it was not hot enough, and the second night we overdid it, so it was waaaay too hot.
