• Matema (9/5): Beautiful, quiet and clean place than is close to a lot of stunning places which are a walk away. - I had to go to a different place to collect a key then uber to the property which was costly and not safe.

UNIT 209 at Canal Quays Cape Town-STAY AWAY! 1. No fitted sheet - after sleeping on the mattress directly for 4 nights they delivered a fitted sheet to the reception. 2. Light in shower needed to be replace - they never bothered to attend to. 3. Mould on bathroom ceiling - disgusting and also no one attended to 4. We had to wash the blankets as they stunk and looks / smelt like they had never been cleaned 5. Extracter Fan never worked in kitchen 6. No casserole bowl for salads etc 7. Aircon on bedroom doesn’t work - just blows hot air
• Banele (9/5): As shown in pictures, comfortable, good location, lovely patio over looking water body. Spacious apartme by nt, Fairly - Great location, central, walkable to city and Water front and Sea Point (distance but nice walk). The shower smells moldy and needs a deep de-mold scrub. Bedroom carpet could do with being changed.
• Hester (8/5): - Centrally located. No bowls for salads or potato peeler. Couches on pic not the same as in flat. Mozzies.

• Yury Ageev (10/5): - Апартаменты находится в тихом месте в центре города. Безопасно. Я бы рекомендовал только тем кто путешествует на машине, так так пешком ходить тут затруднительно куда либо. Цена соответствует. Апартаменты уставшие, но жить можно. Есть проблемы со смытием воды в ванной в раковине. Ну и в так по мелочи. Были комары, возможно из-за водоёма который находится рядом, но решается этот вопрос.
• Ndumiso (7/5): It was good. - Location was good. The apartment is spacious. The safety is very good. I never lost one single item in it. The cleaning lady only comes when you check out. I stayed there for a week and no one helped me take out the trash or change bed sheets. I asked the hosts for an Aux cable, he said he would get back to me, he never did. paid R15-000 for a week yet I could not be given an Aux cable. Had no cleaning services. The apartment has cockroaches. I suggest you wash the dishes before using them. It seems the apartment needs to be fumigated.
