• emel (9/5): Way to expensive. Unfortunately they take advantage of people that have no other choice than to stay there. Comfortable - I did not stay in the sleepcabine that I booked but had to pay extra to book a real room. The way the sleepcabine is sold does not match with the way it works in real life. . You cant enter the area of the sleepcabine without a boarding pass. I could not get a boarding pass 3 hours before the flight so what good is a sleepcabine If I have only 3 hours left. No waterboiler for coffee and tea in the room. At the airport everything is very very expensive. So a simple tea in my room would have been amazing

Was v pleased I had booked in advance as it was fully booked and people were being directed to the totes which had bathrooms in the room at almost 2x the price of the pod. Coloured lights. No instruction manual. Felt a bit creepy! Really hard to work out how to turn the TV off and how to run the pod!

• Ilya (10/5): - Хороший вариант для тех, кого "ночь застала в пути". Расположен прямо в "чистой зоне", после прохождения спец.контроля. Т.е. вышел из отеля и через 5 мин ты возле выхода на посадку в самолет. Номер достаточно большой и комфортный. Кровать вообще выше всяких похвал :) Немного смущает отсутствие окон, но это объяснимо, это как плата за расположение в зоне посадки. Чуточку дороговато :)

• Beatrice Mary (2/5): Extortionate, bad attitude from management and constant air flow dangerous for asthmatics - The location The air con could not be turned off and I have really bad asma so I had cold air blowing directly at me as the room is a cabin and tiny there is no escaping the airflow! I had to go and buy a scarf and something to try and cover the air vent with the help desk person was nice but his superior had a terribly condescending attitude ever since I queried having to pay the 15 euros more just to be able to shower! There wasn’t even toilet roll inside the female toilets so when you are paying over 200 euros for the cabin you are not expecting to have to pay another 15 for a shared shower area! My room had crumbs and things on the floor when I entered it so it wasn’t even that clean!

It’s literally like a train cabin with a shared bathroom that isn’t always clean because of heavy use. The room is okay but the walls are thin. It’s too expensive for what you get.

• Jimmy (3/5): Not worth it - The receptionist Selim was super helpful Rooms despite being small, were fairly comfortable for a short stay VERY understaffed, receptionist has to do EVERYTHING which results in waiting OVER 50 min. to get your room. I followed the Yotel sign, queued for 50 minutes, to be told: sorry you have to go upstairs because cabins have a different entrance (clear signs would be super helpful), PS was not the only to do so, EVERYONE did. I went upstairs and waited another 45 minutes for the room due to one guy do all. Separate booking on site and checking in desk for booked stays would help. (Same complaint from everyone in the queue). I ended sleeping 3 hours instead of the 5 planned. TOILETS are smelly and dirty. Some people queued four hours to be told we are sold out! That’s shocking!

Пользуются отсутствием выбора .

Вопрос стоимости и доплат за лишний час, вообще вне комментариев.) Забронировали за 359€ , При заселении сказали что 480 € стоит номер т.к Вы заезжаете на два часа раньше 20:00 ( такой заезд в отеле)) и выезд до 9:00, Нам надо было улететь в 5:00 Соответственно а Выйти из номера в 4:00. Вот и получается с 18:00 до 4:00 480 €. Не рекомендую совсем.

• Bregtje (8/5): - hotel prima maar onvindbaar op het vliegveld Slechte bewijzering op vliegveld. We werden door de douane gestuurd en moesten dus weer terug door de douane en dat was nu juist niet de bedoeling. Het hotel is dan ook veel te duur want het is onvindbaar.

• Ekaterina (1/5): - Единственный плюс этого отеля - расположение внутри транзитной зоны За 437 евро вы получите номер размером 2.5 на 2.5м с ужасной кроватью, грязными в черных пятнах полотенцами, душем, который капает всю ночь и вентиляцией, из которой пахнет ресторанной едой. Уровень цены пятизвёздочного отеля, не тянет даже на одну звезду. Чудовищно! Лучше уехать из аэропорта в другой отель и потом вернуться, чем мучиться всю ночь.

• Earl (4/5): Stay away - Nothing. Terrible hotel! Was not clean, worst mattress I’ve ever attempted to sleep on, mattress was old and very saggy to the point it was hard to stay on it. TV belonged in a museum, old and not smart. No YouTube, had their own 10 channels. Bathroom was shared and not clean at all. I would never ever stay here again. Worst experience of my life!

• Duncan (4/5): - I liked that it was in the terminal and the reception staff were friendly The pillows were very uncomfortable, I was in cabin 27 and it's close to the bathroom so there is constant noise from the hand dryer. Surely for sleep pods you can make some sound proofing. The cleaner was making so much noise outside my room I felt compelled to ask her to please keep it down. It was quite incredible how you can hear absolutely everything outside your room. The price is way too much for what is provided and If I have a layover I will book a hotel outside arrivals. I would NOT recommend for anyone that wants to rest after a long haul flight

• ahmed.shakil (3/5): Prime Location Ruined by Greedy Policies and Unfriendly Staff - The only reason I stay at this hotel is its location. Being inside the international duty-free area means it’s just a few minutes’ walk from the gates, and the biggest advantage is avoiding the hassle of going through security and immigration. That alone makes it extremely convenient for transit passengers. For a hotel positioned in such a prime international hub with above-premium pricing, the service and policies fall far below expectations. (Please read the next section.) If I had a choice of another hotel or the energy to go outside the airport, I would NEVER stay here—unless they improve their policies and train their staff to be more welcoming and courteous. What this hotel really needs to work on is its policies and staff. (PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO ALL) A 6 PM check-in to 11 AM checkout is already bad enough (something you almost never see), but if you book through Booking.com, it gets even worse—check-in is pushed to 8 PM and checkout to 9 AM. That crosses into pure unfairness and greed. Within minutes of booking, you receive an email asking you to cancel your reservation and rebook directly through their website just to get better check-in and checkout times. That kind of practice feels manipulative and completely unprofessional. The staff were noticeably unprofessional and unwelcoming. Interactions felt cold and transactional, with little effort to provide even basic courtesy—like allowing an hour early check-in or a one-hour late checkout. Instead, the immediate response was to ask for extra money. It genuinely feels like the staff are being trained to prioritize revenue over basic hospitality. When you’re already charging $400–$500 for a room, nickel-and-diming guests on top of that is nothing short of shameless. The prices at this hotel have doubled since they started, which they justify by pointing to the prime location—but if that’s the case, then the service, staff attitude, and check-in/check-out policies should improve as well. Instead, even the basics have declined.
