On site staff were helpful too just keep in mind their English isn't fluent. It had all I needed for a quick two night stay. Shampoo provided but no conditioner
Benjamin (8/5): Great value, would stay again - Good location, really vibey spot (Thao Dien). They’ve just opened a metro round the corner that takes you in to the city for 7000 (very cheap). Plenty of food and cafes around. Comfy beds, good aircon, good wifi. I stayed for 4 nights, would stay there again. My only grumble would be the Vietnamese lady who worked on reception would make zero effort to communicate with me. She would do the tasks expected of her, such as taking cash on arrival, but would make no eye contact/smile/say ANYTHING while doing anything, it was pretty strange. Like, I get it, we don’t speak the same language, but eye contact and body language goes a long way.
