It had everything I needed, and Amanda provided even more than expected. Her attention to detail made me feel completely at home - perhaps even more comfortable than at home. Amanda is a wonderful person who makes you feel genuinely welcome, and she is someone I would happily return to. I will definitely recommend this apartment to my friends and would love to stay here again in the future. There was nothing I didn’t like. Everything was absolutely wonderful. My mother and I were delighted with our vacation in Tropea, and Amanda played a huge part in making it so special. We left with wonderful memories and are truly grateful for her hospitality.

• Kailin (10/5): MUST stay - This place was fantastic. Made it hard to settle into our next place because how could you beat this one?! Not to mention the most responsive, kind, and lovely host I’ve ever stayed with - she messaged every day to check in and make sure we had what we needed. She also let me practice my (very new) Italian and encouraged it rather than simply switching to English on me. The bed was comfy, the shower with great pressure, and (maybe this is niche) but the restaurant plays a fantastic playlist during 4pm nap time that truly led to the most peaceful nap of my life between the view of the neighboring facade, the soft clinking of cutlery, and the music making me feel like I was actually experiencing something rather than tapping out to rest. Easy access to the beach, the town, and parking wasn’t too hard (but we were pre high season).

• Ana (10/5): Absolutely amazing - Amanda was the nicest and sweetest woman ever, she was so helpful with checking in very late, offered us beach towels and even changed our sheets and cleaned our room 3 days into our stay. I loved how there were so many restaurants literally at the foot of the apartment, how close it was to the main square and only a short walk to the beach. Our stay was excellent and rate it 10/10 Nothing

• David (10/5): Very enjoyable stay in great location with very nice host - The apartment is in a very good location not far off the main street. It’s in a quiet back street . It has everything you need but being a studio apartment it is quite small. There is no couch so you either sit on the bed or on the kitchen chairs. It’s not a huge inconvenience but something to be aware of. Amanda our host was absolutely amazing and could not do enough for us , she is exceptional and very friendly and helpful. We had a great time at Sogni da Mare Kitchen chairs could do with a cushion.

• Robyn (10/5): Perfect apartamento in Tropea - Amanda was an amazing host. She met us at the property and couldn’t do enough for us. The property is beautiful and right in the heart of Tropea and walking distance to everything. We asked about a toaster and she went and bought us one! And she set up a cute table and chairs outside so we could enjoy breakfast or a glass of wine outside. The linens and bedding are very good quality and smell so nice. The tiles and the decor and all the fittings are top quality. It has been our favourite apartment in our 6 week trip by far. Tropea is beautiful and you must stay here. We can also recommend the restaurant downstairs Trattoria Tropeana. You will be staying in a renovated apartment in an old palazzo right in Centro storico. It’s ideal - we loved it. Nothing it was all so perfect. Amanda kept checking to see if we needed anything and dropped extra supplies of shower gel, toilet paper etc on Day 3. We can’t fault it. If you are coming by car the parking can be a fair way away (paid) but we found a free street one (outside the ZTL) and it felt safe for the 3 nights we were there.

Niestety przez te 4 dni nie udało nam się zoba - Piękne mieszkanie, w centrum historycznym, wszędzie blisko. Wspaniała Amanda, która troszczyła się o nas, przyniosła truskawki z własnej uprawy, dla mojej córki żel po opalaniu. Pytała czy nam czegoś nie potrzeba, pozwoliła zostawić bagaże, ponieważ mieliśmy lot wieczorem. Pożyczyła ręczniki na plażę i parasol. Na powitanie czekało na nas prosecco. Polecam z czystym sumieniem. Nie ma takiej rzeczy

• Andreas (10/5): Fantastische Privatunterkunft in Tropea - Wunderschöne Unterkunft im Zentrum von Tropea, absolut ruhig gelegen. Das Apartment hat alles, was man benötigt, ist sehr sauber und renoviert sowie geschmackvoll eingerichtet! Amanda ist sehr freundlich, hilfreich und immer für ihre Gäste erreichbar! -
• Syamak John (9/5): Sehr schöne FeWo mit sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeberin - Die Einrichtung der Ferienwohnung ist wunderschön, alles ist sehr gepflegt und makellos sauber. Der pittoreske Innenhof ist ein besonderes Highlight, er lädt zum Verweilen ein und ist auch eine Traumkulisse für stilechte Fotos. Außergewöhnlich war auch die Betreuung durch Amanda, unsere liebevolle und aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Sie hat unsere Wünsche quasi schon erfüllt, bevor wir sie überhaupt gedacht hatten, und alle ausgesprochenen Bitten wurden ausnahmslos prompt erfüllt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch die großartige Hilfsbereitschaft am Abreisetag: Der persönliche Transport zum Parkplatz unseres Mietwagens früh morgens um 6:15 Uhr war eine sehr nette Geste, die uns den Start in die Heimreise sehr erleichtert hat. Eine absolute Empfehlung! Einziger (kleiner) Kritikpunkt: Die fehlende Geräuschdämmung der Verbindungstür zwischen Bad und Schlafraum. Ansonsten war unser Aufenthalt nahezu perfekt.

Loved the 2 balconies with the pull down fly screens. Super quiet too. Her restaurant recommendations were excellent. We absolutely loved our stay and Amanda even dropped us to the train station for our onward journey. Highly recommended!! Nothing

• Jonov58 (10/5): Traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge erleben - Die Lage ist hervorragend und die Gastfreundschaft von Amanda unschlagbar! Jede Menge gute Restaurants in der Umgebung und wer nicht selbst Frühstück machen will ist in einer der vielen Bars rundherum bestens bedient. Das Parken ist ein bisschen schwierig aber auch mit Amandas Unterstützung ( nur in weiß markierten Zonen gratis) außerhalb der Fußgängerzone möglich. Es gab nichts zu beanstanden, außer, dass das Wetter nicht so mitgespielt hat wie erhofft.

Zeer vriendelijke host, die goed bereikbaar is en zorgt dat het je aan niets ontbreekt. Het appartement werd gedurende het verblijf van 2 weken een aantal keer schoongemaakt. • rous ath (10/5): Μια πολύ καλή επιλογή - Η Αμάντα είναι εξαιρετική οικοδέσποινα, πρόθυμη και πολύ βοηθητική σε ότι χρειάστηκε. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ άνετο και καθαρό, με ωραία διακόσμηση και σε πολύ βολική τοποθεσία. Μια εσπρεσσιερα με κάψουλες θα ήταν πολύ χρήσιμη.
• Saskia (10/5): Prachtig appartement met een geweldige host. - De host was ongelooflijk lief en behulpzaam. Het appartement was heerlijk schoon en zeer comfortabel. Ik heb een fantastische tijd gehad en zou het liefst meteen teruggaan voor een volgende vakantie. Deze plek is absoluut een aanrader!! Helemaal niks te klagen!!!!!
• Vít (10/5): Úžasné ubytování - Velmi hezké vybavení pokoje, úchvatný výhled do rušných uliček staré Tropei, přesto v noci dobré odhlučnění. Funkční klimatizace, velmi nadstandardně uklizený a čistý pokoj, dostatek úložného prostoru v obrovské skříni. Zvláštní ocenění si zaslouží sympatická a velmi milá hostitelka Amanda, která byla naprosto úžasná, komunikace s ní velmi pružná a efektivní, neustále se ptala, jestli něco nepotřebujeme. Když se vyskytl nějaký problém, okamžitě jej řešila. Z jejího přístupu by si měli vzít příklad mnozí jiní poskytovatelé ubytování. Nebylo co vytknout. Vše bylo naprosto perfektní.

The room was beautifully appointed with all amenities, and much needed AC! We especially enjoyed our host Amanda, who was extremely accommodating and easily accessible. Will definitely stay here again! There was absolutely nothing we didn’t like about this property!

The Apartment is well suited in the historic center in an old palazzo but equipped and renovated to provide a modern home. It is close to the beach and the host provided as with additional towels and umbrellas as well as hints where to go. We felt very well staying at the place at all times and can highly recommend to stay there.

She even drove us to the train station. She went above and beyond what we expected from a host. The bed was very comfortable and the decor in the suite was very beautiful. If I am ever back to Tropea I would consider no other place to stay. It was our favourite place to stay on our month long tour of Europe.

We loved the apartment. It had everything we needed, it was impeccabily clean, well-designed and the location cannot be beat. We were so thankful to Ami for facilitating our travel to and from the train station. She always checked in with us and was amenable to any of our needs. We will definitely return in the future. It was such a memorable experience and we loved Tropea even more because of Ami! Thank you! See you again soon!
• Oscar (10/5): An incredible stay at Sogni da Mare - We had an amazing stay at Sogni da Mare - Amanda made us feel at home, and was so hospitable and helpful throughout the week. The location in Tropea is perfect, the apartment spacious, clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend staying here and would definitely return!

Offered us a lift to and from the port to meet our diving boat. Location was right in centre of the city. Walkable everywhere. Many restaurants, cafe’s and the beach. I would stay here again and again. Highly reccomend!

• Elisa (9/5): What a location and wonderful host! - Ami was the PERFECT host and actually went out of her way to pick us up from the train station, fitting all our luggage into her car and helping us carry very heavy suitcases up the stairs to the apartment. She explained everything about the area along the way like where to buy groceries and access to the beach. The apartment itself was extremely clean and functional. We just had too much luggage which was our fault. The position of the apartment is absolutely perfect with the best restaurants right outside the front entrance and the beach a short walk away. Bed sheet quality. A mattress topper and white sheets but that is just my preference.

The apartment is in the old city centre, close to main attractions. The apartment was meticulously clean and had everything if you wish to cook for yourself. There's nothing not to like. • Elizabeth (10/5): Excellent host and lovely little apartment in a beautiful town - Delightful, comfortable and convenient in a top location. Spotlessly clean and it felt safe. Brilliant host who could not have been more helpful and welcoming. I had the apartment with the very fancy bed which was perfect for a single guest or couple. There is no separate sitting room, but a compact kitchen with a two-seater table, as well as a very nice little sitting area outside that gets some sun. Roomy bathroom, an external clothes line to dry things, and an iron. There is a bit of evening noise from restaurants in the area. However, the sound proofing is perfect if the windows are closed. The ac is quiet and works extremely well; if you close the windows and draw the curtains while you are out the place remains cool. There is no lift. The host was super obliging and met me at the station (you could walk) and helped with my luggage. She gave me the warmest welcome, was extremely generous with her time and anticipated my needs. My stay was wonderful and I would not hestitate to return.
