• Viens (10/5): - The family was awesome, they gave us the balcony room even tho we had another bedroom for our whole stay. Important to point out, we fell sick during our stay and they were very nice to us, they also drove us to the bus station to get to our next location, one of our best stays in Vietnam!

• Hughes (7/5): Good for short stay to see the city - How cheap it was and the location Wasent clearly labeled or orginised, it's ok becuse I understand it's a family run business but could have had some better customer service. The breakfast was also very poor, I think it would be good if they specified what breakfast was becuse so far during my travels it's always been toast or eggs but this was some kind of sweet bun which I couldnt eat becuse I'm gluten intolerant.

I extended my stay and will for sure come back again They are doing some carpenter jobs all day and without earplugs it becomes hard to sleep. I'm sure when the works will be finished it will be even better
• Yasmina (6/5): - Die Besitzer der Unterkunft waren sehr freundlich, dennoch haben wir uns an diesem Ort insgesamt nicht wohlgefühlt. Die Umgebung bietet zwar schöne Natur, jedoch wird diese zunehmend vom (Party-)Tourismus überlagert, was einen deutlichen Kontrast darstellt. Die Lage der Unterkunft war für uns ungeeignet. Sie befindet sich an einer stark befahrenen Hauptstraße ohne Gehweg. Zwar ist das Ortszentrum grundsätzlich in der Nähe, jedoch ist der Weg dorthin zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad aufgrund der Straßenverhältnisse und des sehr aggressiven Verkehrs äußerst unangenehm. Hinzu kam, dass in der Umgebung regelmäßig Plastik verbrannt wurde. Dies führte nicht nur zu einer starken Geruchsbelastung, sondern ist auch gesundheitlich bedenklich. Das Zimmer war zwar groß, wirkte jedoch durch die Anzahl und Anordnung der Betten wenig einladend. Für zwei Personen standen neben einem Kingsize-Bett zusätzlich ein weiteres Queensize-Bett im Raum, wodurch dieser überfüllt und weniger gemütlich erschien. Auch die Einrichtung empfand ich persönlich als nicht besonders ansprechend. Das Frühstück besteht aus einem Reisbun mit Fleischfüllung.

• Ben (10/5): Super friendly, great vibes - The host was incredibly welcoming and the facilities were excellent. The breakfast was included and was some of the best food we've eaten during our travels. They offered a laundry service for a very reasonable price. The location is only a 2 minute car journey or 10 minute walk from the centre and was alff the price of accomodation in the centre. Cannoot recommend staying here highly enough 100//10!!!!!

• Oliver (10/5): Kleines und feines Hotel in top Lage mit herzensgutem Personal - Mein Bus ist früh morgens um 5:00 Uhr angekommen und ich wurde trotzdem herzlich mit einem Ingwer Tee empfangen und durfte in der Lobby schlafen, bis mein Zimmer fertig war. Dafür wurde mir sogar Kissen und Decke gegeben. Die Dame, die das Hotel leitet, ist wirklich ein herzensguter Mensch. Des Weiteren sind direkt in dem Hotel Fahrräder für nur 50.000 Dong pro Tag ausleihbar. Die Lage ist auch absolut top!

Von morgens bis Abend nur Lärm, Zimmer wurde den gesamten Aufenthalt nicht einmal gereinigt. Wir hatten mit Frühstück gebucht, den ersten Tag sind wir auswärts frühstücken gegangen, die anderen Tage gab es Rührei Baguette mit sehr viel Maggi.

• Nina (9/5): Great stay! - The host, the breakfast, the fact that they rent scooters for super cheap. The location isn’t the best. But in Ninh Binh it’s best to rent a scooter or a bike to get around so it isn’t too inconvenient.

• Sonja (7/5): Für den Preis vollkommen okay! - Sehr nette Gastgeberin und günstiger Preis!:) Zimmer hatte kein Fenster und es war eine sehr hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit. Es gab ein kleines Fenster ohne Scheibe zwischen Zimmer und Flur, sodass nachts Geräusche und Licht reinkamen, was meinen Schlaf gestört hat. Außerdem hat jemand im Flur geraucht, was dann auch ins Zimmer gezogen ist.

Часу змінити не було то і залишились. В номері є тільки дирка під стелею вентиляції. З неї все чути що робиться в готелі ніби над вухом то все роблять!!!! Жесть. В номері не було туалетного паперу і взагалі набору для клієнтів....

El dia siguiente estaba lloviendo muy fuerte e incluso me ofreció un banh mi y un cafe para esperar salir. Lo recomiendo si buscas un sitio tranquilo y limpio en Ninh Binh!

Usually not a problem for me, but it had a terrible chemical smell that wasn’t going to away with the fan on. Late night I wanted to ask for a different room, but there was nobody there. The place is right on a busy road, busses come by frequently and the honk.

Even my clothes absorbed the odour, and the towel didn’t dry for two days.

• Michele (9/5): - Cozy and welcoming place really close to tons of bars, pubs and restaurants, bike rentals and the main attractions of the countryside. The lady who own the Place Is pretty kind, helpful and super caring and you will never miss useful information, coffee and tea. The cheap prices and the breakfast included make It even more convenient for a few days trip. Strongly recommended. Annoying working in progress noises from the backyard. Especially in the morning.

I arrived in the middle of the night, much earlier than expected, and she came to pick me up at 5 a.m. because I was alone on the street. I’m incredibly grateful to her. She is so kind. The room is also very comfortable and very clean, and she does everything she can to make you feel truly welcome. I will definitely come back.

Good wifi Position is 20 minutes by walk distant from most of restaurants but you can hire a motorbike. Noise due to renovation works in the neighborhood but the owner allowed me to change the room.

Nos recibió con té y bananas, y cada vez que nos veía llegar nos ofrecía té de jengibre fresco recién preparado. También nos dio gratis bicicletas para recorrer la ciudad. Volvería a alojarme aquí! • Gemma (10/5): - We loved our stay here! We booked incredibly last minute due to a cancellation, and our host had our room ready almost immediately. All staff are incredibly friendly and we were well looked after. The rooms are clean and spacious and we had the most comfortable bed of our time travelling so far! It’s situated about a 10-15 minute walk outside of the main town area and there isn’t really a footpath on the way in. Bike rentals are available next door to negate this though

• Thomas (10/5): I was really happy with the room and host - I'm going to give this place a 10 because in actuality the host was super nice and I really liked the room. As others have mentioned, however, there was construction going on right next door that was super loud at times, however, I'm not deducting any points because this is not the host's fault. If you plan on being out during the day (which most will be), then it won't be a factor. The noise usually stopped at around 5pm and so it didn't affect my sleep or anything. Aside from that, everything else was great.

• joa3311 (9/5): 很棒的民宿老闆😊 - 老闆娘雖然英文不好，但非常樂意用翻譯軟體與你溝通，我們有什麼需求她也都願意協助我們，包含付費洗衣服務等。 附近有相當多家餐廳、租車店，生活機能便利，廁所非常大，水量也不錯，早餐簡單但可口（我們吃到的是椰子內餡的包子），剛抵達的時候她還會給我們喝薑絲水去寒。等車子的時候她還拿座椅到外面給我們坐，非常熱情。 房屋蠻潮濕的，或許可以提供除濕機，或是先開冷氣除濕。 最近周遭許多房屋都在興建裝潢，早上七、八點左右就會有很大的聲音，適合早起就出遊的旅客，或者睡的很沉的人。
• Lucas (8/5): Muy bien!! - Es exactamente como en las fotos, sin ascensor. La habitación con 2 camas, una doble una king size, con cobertores de muy buena calidad para no pasar frío (yo estuve en invierno) pero ventilador y aire acondicionado lara el verano, también buenas ventanas que se abren para ventilación. La ducha muy buena, grande con agua muy caliente y buena presión, shampoo y gel de ducha de primera calidad, así como toallas cepillo de dientes y pasta dental, también secador de pelo y frigobar. Ubicado en la avenida principal. Había una obra en el edifico, recién empezando con mucho ruido pero empezando a la 8 o 9 de la mañana, si sales temprano no habrá problemas. Si duermes hasta tarde y te hospedas después de este comentario (29/12/25) sufrirás los ruidos de la construcción. Los anfitriones no hablan una sola palabra de inglés (literal, no “hello”) y el vecino que renta motos es un estafador, alquilen en otra parte, está lleno.

Nous avons été surclassé donc la chambre était très grande la salle de bain également (avec une vraie cabine de douche). Pas trop d’humidité grâce a la Clim malgré le mauvais temps. On recommande à 100% Les scooteurs en location mériterait un petit coup de neuf 😊

Lascio qui un pezzo di cuore ♥️ La struttura non è perfetta e non è il miglior hotel al mondo ma per me è stato il posto migliore dove sia mai stato probabilmente

• Lison (10/5): - Nous avons séjourné trois nuits dans cet hôtel et nous nous y sommes sentis vraiment très bien. La propriétaire est d’une grande gentillesse, toujours attentive, disponible et aux petits soins pour s’assurer que notre séjour se déroule parfaitement. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et très agréable, et les lits étaient particulièrement confortables. Un établissement que nous recommandons sans hésiter.
