• Namrata (6/5): Great but with a pinch of salt - the house is great, with great view, with all the kitchen amenities. it felt like the host lives there. the sofa bed is not super comfy, but bedroom bed was good. the dining area and balcony were perfect. the instructions for check-in turned into an embarrassing situation for us. We had to ring the neighbors at 10pm (we had already informed that we will be coming late) to get into building because the instructions with pics are not clear, we went to the main door of the building, but the door that was supposed to be open was not open, so we went to underground garage, but that was even scary because of limited light and none of the door opened to the building. we ofcourse tried reaching out to the host, but at the time, maybe they were busy. so we came back to the main door and rung a few neighbours at 10pm. one of the neighbours came downstairs and we explained the situation to the neighbour and neighbor said that he is letting us come in but this has happened before and the neighbor dont want to be disturbed but it is because of the unavailability that the neighbours have to take care of the strangers.

• Bt (7/5): A pleasant stay overall, but with a few inconveniences that could be improved. - The apartment looked quite nice, with a cozy kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances. The sofa in the living room was too soft and uncomfortable for two people – I could feel a bar pressing into my back. The pillows were too small and there were only two double duvets – I would have preferred single ones. The number of towels – just one per person – felt very minimal. There was someone else’s food in the fridge, and the freezer was completely packed with items, so it was difficult to find space to freeze even a couple of water bottles for the road. The host didn’t answer my call during check-in but called right after departure, asking for €13 extra for an additional towel and sheet and supposedly using the wrong trash bin. These demands seemed unfair, especially since trash instructions were sent only 30 minutes before checkout. Clearer guidance in advance would be appreciated.
• Abdul (10/5): Excellent Room and Service - Excellent Room, Neat and Clean, Really comfortable to stay and the behaviour of the host is friendly and supportive. Lidl Shop and Restaurants are 5-10 minutes walking distance only.

• Roohabadi (8/5): Very good - ‏It was clean and tidy. Access by car was quick. It will be difficult to get there without a car. The heating system did not warm the space enough.

• Anand (10/5): Spacious apartment with nice balcony - This is great location. The apartment was exceptionally well and it is having all the facilities. The owner provided a free parking and also guide to find the apartment. He helps me to ensure about city guidance and about parking rules. The kitchen and bathroom are very clean and having all the equipments. The bathroom is very clean and comfortable. The front balcony was spacious and good to seat and having tea and snacks. The bedroom and living room is also spacious. It was great and comfortable stay.

• Ezistoglu (9/5): A good choice for Zurich, Zug and Lucerne. - Close to Zurich. Balcony, quiet surroundings. Good accommodation for families. We only stayed here, our time was limited, so I don't have a negative opinion.

• Vasileios (9/5): Superb - The location was ok . We had motorcycles so we could move to the center . 20 min. The apartment was big enough and clean. I think it could be better if the towers and the sheets were white and not so used. Also i is better for the host and for the clients not to leave his food in the refrigerator with a note not to use them . It is better the refrigerator to be empty. Also not to charge this amount of money for an open parking.

• Masayuki, (8/5): Great value for a stay in Zurich, but confirm on the parking payment if you plan to use it - It was very nicely furnished and organized. The location was far from the city center which made it quiet and convenient if you have a rental car. The car park which was said to be included in the reservation, was not actually included, and the payment could only be made by cash or bank transfer. It was inconvenient for someone who did not have an European bank account nor cash as they did not accept deduction from my credit card.

• Novi (9/5): Cozy, serene place with 5-star hospitality - The place is in a very quiet neighborhood where you can sleep in peace and wake up to the sound of the birds. The contact with the hostess is easy and respectful. If we have questions, she comes with quick answers and ideas. The size of the apartment is very comfortable for my family of 3, even the bed in the living room is comfortable to sleep on and big enough for my 180 cm tall son. It was a small thing, but we miss some amenities in the kitchen, such as a hot holder for the cooking pot and the kettle. And the fact that there is no internet. But we can easily replace those appliances with other stuff in the house and our own internet data to watch our own movie channels.
