• Jolanta (10/5): - Mieszkanie w samym centrum Matery – świetna lokalizacja, bardzo blisko dworca kolejowego, a do dworca autobusowego też można spokojnie dojść pieszo. Apartament jest dobrze wyposażony, w kuchni znajdują się podstawowe rzeczy. Dwie łazienki, ręczniki, czysto i przyjemnie. Mieszkanie jest przestronne, idealne dla rodziny lub dwóch par. Widok z okna zapiera dech w piersiach – szczególnie nocą! Położone w sercu historycznej dzielnicy, pozwala w pełni poczuć klimat miasta. Dobry kontakt z gospodarzem. Zdecydowanie polecam!

• Laura (9/5): Soggiorno nel cuore di Matera con vista sui Sassi - Struttura strategica nel cuore di Matera, con balconcino con vista diretta sui Sassi molto suggestiva. L’appartamento era davvero spazioso e pulito, con cucina accessoriata e due bagni dotati di tutto il necessario. L’host Emanuele davvero cordiale e disponibile, al nostro arrivo ci ha fatto trovare anche acqua, caffè, tè e altri prodotti per la colazione e ci ha dato molti consigli e indicazioni utili. Unico neo il divano letto in soggiorno, molto scomodo purtroppo. Per il resto struttura consigliata per pulizia, disponibilità host e posizione, ottima per avere un punto d’appoggio e soggiornare all’interno dei Sassi.

Es amplio, mucho más grande de lo que parece en fotos. Cama cómoda, baños limpios, ropa de cama y toallas impecables. Cocina cómoda, cafetera y demás detalles. Agua fresca, que se agradece mucho en el calor de agosto. Zona muy tranquila y silenciosa. Dormimos perfecto. Caminamos a todos lados. Está PERFECTAMENTE UBICADO!! Sin dudas lo recomiendo a todos y si algún día regreso a Matera, volveré !! Si estáis dudando si rentar o no, este es la mejor opción !!

Además viajamos en auto y pudimos estacionar a 100 m del alojamiento en una cochera que nos reservaron previamente los anfitriones. La propiedad se encuentra en excelente estado y con equipamiento adecuado. Una estadía maravillosa.

Jedyna rzecz, która nie była idealna, to rozkładana kanapa. Dla jednej osoby byłaby pewnie ok, ale dla dwóch okazała się niezbyt wygodna.

• Lara (10/5): Meraviglioso - L’appartamento si trova nel cuore di Matera, la vista dal l’appartamento e’ indescrivibile, veramente stupenda. Facile da raggiungere a piedi dalle vie dove abbiamo parcheggiato la macchina, circa 15 minuti a piedi. L’appartamento’ pulito, grande e comfortevole. L’appartamento e’ ben equipaggiato di tutte le cose indispensabili, anche cialde caffe e aqua nel frigorifero. Emanuele e’ molto disponibile. Assolutamente perfetto! Tutto perfetto!
• Paul (8/5): Spacious Apartment - The apartment was very spacious and clean. Two clean bathrooms, one downstairs, the other upstairs where the bedroom is. The host was very responsive, he was not able to meet us personally due to a health issue but he did all he could to assist us in locating the apartment. It was difficult to find, however the video the host sent us was helpful. The Sassi where the apartment is located is like a maze so hard to give directions, but such a beautiful place to stay. We absolutely loved staying in Matera overnight, it becomes like a fairyland at night. The apartment is in a very central location, we enjoyed exploring the Old Town and also going up to the new town. We did not use the kitchen but it appeared to be well equipped. Unfortunately we found the bedroom quite hot for sleeping. The air from the air conditioner downstairs didn't make it upstairs, it was 35 degrees the day we were there so hard for the air conditioner.

• Andreea (10/5): - Totul perfect , în Matera trebuie stat cel puțin o noapte și noi ne am bucurat ca am făcut asta , iar cazarea centrala ne a ajutat foarte mult . Este o cazare unde nu trebuie să mergi foarte mult mai ales dacă ești cu bagajele , iar persoanele care se ocupă de ea sunt de ajutor . Recomand celor care au dubii dacă să stea o noapte în Matera , să o facă liniștiți , este totul superb ! Mulțumim !

• Katarzyna (10/5): Piękne miejsce - Olbrzymie, piękne mieszkanie w cudownej okolicy. Czysto, świeżo, pełne wyposażenie. Na piętrze jest spora sypialnia z łazienką. Na parterze kuchnia i salon z rozkładaną kanapą, drugą łazienką i balkonem. Wspaniale było zasypiać na kanapie mając za oknem widok oświetlonej Matery. Bardzo sympatyczny, kontaktowy i pomocny gospodarz. Byliśmy krótko, ale było nam bardzo dobrze. Bardzo małe prysznice, zwłaszcza na parterze, ale pewnych ograniczeń nie da się obejść. Dotarcie do mieszkania nie jest proste. Mając wynajęty samochód nie mogliśmy dojechać na miejsce, bo w godzinach 10-20 jest to strefa zamknięta dla przyjezdnych. Marsz z walizką po schodach miasta nie był przyjemny. No ale to oczywiście nie zależy od gospodarza. Zresztą zawsze można dojechać tuk-tukiem lub taksówką.

From the outside, you’re surrounded by the charm and history of the ancient stone dwellings, but step inside and you’ll find a completely brand-new, modern interior with every accessory and comfort you could want. The house is surprisingly large, spacious, and beautifully designed, combining old-world atmosphere with modern luxury. And the view — truly the BEST in Matera! We couldn’t stop admiring the panorama over the Sassi, especially at sunrise and sunset. I can confidently say this was one of the best accommodations we’ve ever stayed in. Highly recommended! It is that good that you don’t wanna leave it…

• Lukáš (4/5): - Size, location, water & snacks provided by host, kitchen fully equipped Awfully uncomfortable bed & pillows, there was a window upstairs that couldn't be closed so it was cold most of the night, broken blinds in the bedroom - anyone could see you sleeping from the street if they really wanted to, shower had VERY weak water pressure and warm water stopped working in random intervals, the fridge was so loud that it kept waking us up during the night as there is no door between the floors. There were ants, spiders and mosquitoes inside (understandable given the location, but still). Dirty floors downstairs.

• Cia (10/5): Lovely stay, superb host - Very friendly and communicative host, including great advice for parking, along with clearly communicating when they'd be changing the towels / sheets, which they did twice through my week's stay. Overall fantastic service, a lovely apartment in a fantastic central location for the Sassi. Very minor, but an addition of a small coffee table and the option of more ambient lighting in the living room would have been even better. The bedroom had wonderful ambient lighting options, though!

Vše voňavé a čisté. 2 koupelny naprostý luxus ;-) Majitel skvělý! Byl ochotný, vstřícný a operativní, dal nám i tipy na okolní restaurace, kavárny. Byli jsme moc spokojeni, vřele doporučujeme!

L'appartamento è ampio e comodo, riscaldato alla perfezione e con due bagni che risultano molto comodi. L'host Emanuele è stato molto gentile e ci ha accolti con professionalità e discrezione. La vista dal balconcino poi è meravigliosa e ti permette di respirare l'aria della città in maniera ineguagliabile. Ottimo.

Emanuele ci ha accolto con grande cortesia e ci ha spiegato le origini storiche dell'abitazione. Cucina ben accessoriata, divano letto comodo e TV con grande schermo. Comodo il termostato regolabile. Consiglio senza esitazioni questo appartamento! La doccia del bagno al piano di sopra non aveva l'acqua calda, per fortuna c'era un'altra doccia al piano terra ben funzionante.
