• David (8/5): A convenient location , property as described - Self contained, light, comfortable
• Bronagh (7/5): - It was very clean, the bed was massive and very comfortable. Very good contact relating to checking in and access to keys, parking etc. Tea bags were supplied which I didn’t expect. There were no forks, there were no channels available to watch on the tv as it didn’t link to the wifi. It wasn’t a problem for us as we arrived late and were only staying for one night, but if we’d been staying for longer it would have been an issue. I didn’t expect there to be tea, coffee, sugar etc. but the coffee was ground coffee beans and there was no coffee machine to use it.
• Joanne (9/5): It was very pleasant. - It was clean and bright and Rasika and his wife were wonderful and so helpful. I parked in a bay and ended up getting blocked in for a few days by someone that chose not to respond to the note I left on his car. Once he moved, I was able to go to a different spot and able to get in and out as I wanted
• Jane (9/5): Comfortable cosy and modern - Na Shower head was not fitted property so when you turned shower on was spraying against the wall. Sink in bathroom when brushing teeth did not go down the plug hole until after finished
• Julie (7/5): - Apartment was spacious and clean. The bed/mattress was broken on the right hand side. Needs replacing. It was ok since it was just me there, I could sleep on the left side. But if it had been a couple this would of been an issue.

• Aro (9/5): - My stay at Zen apartments Hemel Hempstead was comfortabe and hassle free. It was clean and comfortable. Check in was simple and the Host was kind enough to accomodatevi my late arrival.I would happily book again, and would reconnend it to other.
• Sam (1/5): - Poorly built set of apartments. Cracks in walls / damaged furniture. Seemed to be full of tradesman smoking you know what. Absolute nightmare parking if you find a spot be careful you don't get blocked in by another vehicle. Even the residents had the same Issue daily. Also received 2 parking fines as they never logged my car reg in. Don't be lured in by the lower than average price of the property.

• Steve (7/5): Did the job - The apartment is modern with all the amenities you need. Well equipped kitchen, iron and ironing board, towels and hair dryer. Comfortable and homely. Carpark is the rear of buildings with comings and goings all night. Not the nicest location. Banging and slamming all night the walls were like cardboard. Towels had a damp smell and the duvet didn't fit the cover which is minor but annoyed the Mrs. Building work in a neighbouring property at 8:30am banging and drilling, bins slamming so not the most peaceful of places.

• Sabine (7/5): - Die Lage war ein guter Ausgangspunkt für die Warner Bros studios. Einkaufsmöglichkeit direkt zu Fuß erreichbar. Es war sehr geräumig. Es war nicht wirklich sauber. Der Müll vom Vorgänger war noch in den Mülleimer. Das Schlafsofa hatte viele Flecken und die Bettwäsche dafür mussten wir suchen. Es gab kein Geschirrhandtuch, was das abtrocknen schwierig macht (wir hatten ein eigenes dabei, aber das war Zufall. Ich buche extra mit Handtüchern und Bettwäsche, dann sollte das auch da sein)und nur 2 Tassen für 3 Personen. Laut Ausstattung sollte es eine Spülmaschine geben, die gab es nicht. Das ist nicht schlimm, aber gehört dann auch nicht in die Beschreibung! Im Bad lief Wasser aus dem Waschbecken und stand auf dem Boden. Wir meldeten es direkt bei unserer Ankunft, es kam jemand zum anschauen und wollte am nächsten Vormittag gleich jemanden schicken. Es kam bis zur Abreise niemand und wir hatten die ganze Zeit das Wasser im Bad. Auf schriftliche Nachfrage habe ich keine Antwort auf das WLAN Passwort bekommen. Somit war das WLAN für uns nicht nutzbar.

• Jennifer (9/5): Superb - Great spacious apartment for a family weekend getaway or if travelling for sites in London. Free prearranged parking and easy access to the shopping centre. If you're into walks, its great location for that too. Easy commute from Hemel to London as well so this property is in a great Location... enjoy the hustle and bustle of London or Watford ( Harry Porter Studios) and come back to a relaxing apartment in the evening 😎 What's not to like, the street could be cleaner but the apartment makes up for this.

• Ray (6/5): Okay for short stay!! - I liked the spacious interior of the apartment, free parking the internet was good and it had a washer and drier too. There is a view overlooking the mall or shopping area and busy street. The apartment has a small box room with a small bed, good working area and bed was quite comfortable. There is a spare guest toilet downstairs. The surrounding and common areas were littered with junk furniture. The apartment is over two floors with living room and kitchen downstairs, while bedrooms and bathroom is on the top floor. This will be a challenge for those with limited mobility. Lack of guest welcome pack to inform you where to find amenities or how to use them. Very limited utensils for cooking, they had two very little sauce pans., not good enough.
• Scott (7/5): Good - Very helpful friendly service into the apartment. Nice and clean. I'm not sure and I could be wrong, but there was a key code to enter the building, which we were not given? This meant us contacting the responsible party which didn't sit well with me as it was late I we didn't want to wake them. Thankfully wewe let in by other residents. This unfortunate moment may have been avoided by providing the code! Other than that, it was great!

• Luke (9/5): Amazing value for money! - Friendly Host met us and took us to our apartment. Apt was spacious and great value for money. Facilities were all you'd expect. Considering how urban it is, stay was quiet. A small food splash was on the wall beside the dining table we cleaned ourselves as we went in for the first time.
• Geoffrey (8/5): A good choice for central Hemel Hempstead. - The apartment is nearly new. Everything works and the apartment is clean and warm. Parking is provided. The location is in the very centre of Hemel. I stayed for nearly a month and the staff could have been a little more proactive in providing clean linen and cleaning services. However, once I made a request they were very helpful.
• David (10/5): Lovely apartment - Lovely apartment, surprised by the size as bigger than expected. Nicely furnished, comfortable large bed and bed settee comfortable too, both to sit and sleep on. Large bathroom with shower. Nice surprise that coffee and tea were supplied, nicely decorated. Free car parking at the rear, excellent instructions on how to find it. Plenty of takeaways, shops and restaurants nearby Would definitely recommend staying there Found it strange that there wasn't an electric plug in kettle, there is a kettle but it is boiled by putting it on one of the electric rings Light fittings without lampshades ! work in progress I hope

• Melissa (2/5): Very disappointed. - Apartment was new and clean Wasn't what we booked, really poor arrival, was supposed to have 2 bedrooms, we were told an extra mattress had been added (it hadnt) woman phoned at 3am!! To see if we needed it. No info provided including WiFi, no toilet paper, bedding not organised........loads of rats in car park! Will be putting in a formal complaint.
• Rebecca (10/5): Affordable luxury in Hemel Hempstead - The location was perfect for our visit to Hemel Hempstead. There were multiple good restaurants and food shops/groceries nearby and everything was easy to reach by foot. The apartment was spotless, well-appointed and everything felt new. The beds were very cozy and there was plenty of space for our family of 4. The bathroom and kitchen were beautiful, and had everything we needed. Seewandi was very helpful, met us on arrival and took care of all of our questions. The price was reasonable and our stay was well worth it. We would have been very comfortable to stay longer. The only confusion was with parking on arrival, but that was outside the control of our hosts since someone else parked in the spot that was reserved for our apartment. This was easily resolved and did not cause any difficulties. Not a problem, but my personal preference, I would suggest a couple more dinner dishes and a hand soap dispenser in the bathroom. Everything else was absolutely perfect!
