Anli (1/5): Bad - Hi I am your user with high loyalty.For this booking，this units was no electricity and hot water for shower. When I checked it, there were not any available hotel in Chicago. I told this issue to property and they told me they would refund me fully. I changed to another hotel when I found available hotel in two days. The property told me they will still fully charged me. It is really bad experience.

Mario (7/5): Good - Good location, near downtown with easy street parking in front of the property. Plenty of restaurant options and a quiet neighbour, although it is near a school and it gets loud when the kids are off for the day. Very noisy HVAC heating system. Not enough kitchen utensils. Window blinds damaged and not working well. Wardrobes are not well outfitted and provide very low storage options. The entrance to the property is dirty and very dated. No lift so you will need to carry the bags to the first floor. Staircase very dated and noisy.
Mario (6/5): Pleasant - Their hotline is managed by a bunch of people who do not understand about customer service. So I extended my stay, and they insisted that I had to make a new reservation, meaning that I did not get a better rate in consideration of my longer stay. They also told me that I had to take all my belongings so they could clean the property, and that I would check in again a few hours later, or otherwise they would not clean (despite me paying for the service). I obviously did not take my stuff out and the cleaning team didn’t mind.
