Nikhil (1/5): A hotel that should never be taken - There was nothing to like. Entire place is atrocious. At first they denied booking and said we wont provide a room at this cost. Then after persuasion the staff gave a makeshift arrangement with no A.C. whereas our booking clearly mentioned A.C room with T.V.. To add futher to our misery the room had rats in it and the bathroom was nothing better than a public bath/toilet. Staff was highly unprofessional and unpleasant to deal with. There was nothing good in this hotel.
