- Yvonne (10/5): We all had a great time, and wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again if we came back to Bristol. - The location was perfect for exploring Bristol, everything was on the doorstep… the property had all the amenities we needed, was comfortable and clean and just lovely. There was nothing we didn’t like.
- Med (9/5): Highly recommended. Hassle free and perfect place for Bristol City break. - Very close to everything in the city. Clean and comfortable.
- Robyn (8/5): Great flat in a central location - Location was great, nice and central. Clean facilities and easy to get in to the flat. Great communication from the hosts. Everything we needed inside. It was a little pricey and the steps were a lot with the luggage and two kids but manageable.
- Fernando (1/5): BAD - Beautiful beds The owner of the house is extremely rude, terrible landlord, I was leaving at 10 in the morning, he entered my room without my permission, took the door key, and was waiting inside the room for me to leave the house, and detail, it was still 10:02 in the morning, and I was already leaving, it only took me 2 minutes! I’ve never felt so ashamed! Horrible owner, terrible! Notes? Terrible, if you want a good house with bad owners, rent this house, if you want a good house with kind and pleasant owners, it’s definitely not here! Grade 0!
- Linda (9/5): Good communication - Very good location . No lifts had to carry cases up a twisty staircase . Only one towel each for a two night stay with it being hot we showered twice a day . Had to hang towels to dry

- KIM (6/5): Great location but on 3rd floor, no lift! - Apartment very clean. Great location. Good facilities for cooking if required.
Beds quite comfortable.
Patricia was quick to answer questions and explained previous people had broken screen, but that didn't help us. No mention of it being on the 3rd floor, up a narrow staircase with no lift. Quite hard to negotiate with wheelies. Bad knee made this very difficult.
No shower screen made it hard to shower.
Only 1 sofa for 4 people to sit.
Duvet on double bed just fits the bed. No overhang. Too small for 2 people.
Light on landing outside apartment door so dim, we couldn't see wher to put the key to open the door.

- Frank (9/5): A decent flat in a great location... just mind the stairs! - Amazing location next to the St Nicholas Market. Clean and comfortable. Perfect for an evening out at Thekla.
We didn't use the kitchen facilities but everything was there to cook if you wanted to. Be warned, the flat is up 3 flights of rather steep and narrow stairs... something I didn't see beforehand in the write-up. Also, the doors are not regulation height. I am 6'3" tall and was constantly having to duck. Not a major issue but something to be aware of.
The bathroom is a unique use of the narrowest of spaces! To use the loo... if you are a larger person, will provide some interesting moments!
- Brian (9/5): Great location and great accommodation. -
- Rachael (9/5): Great apartment in a great location. Would highly recommend. - Location, facilities, communication.
- parker (10/5): Fabulous 2 bed appt in bristol - Everything the apartment is gorgeous, comfortable and very well equipped it even had plasters, a notebook kitchen roll halleluah and better still more than 1 toilet roll....location was spot on for everything...just remember no parking so either go by train or pre book parking at mercure hotel broad street which is 3 mins away ...we will be back Absolutely nothing

- Bradley (9/5): Wonderful stay - Wonderful flat. Everything was great, very clean, comfortable, lots of facilities, fantastic location. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again. The stairs up are a workout, be prepared if you have a lot of luggage, or if you’re particularly unfit. Bedroom 2 on the street side is noisier at night, can hear all the buses, loud people at 3am, and bin lorry’s.
- Richard (10/5): Highly Recommended! - Great views from top apartment.
Good selection on Smart TV.
Lots of helpful facilities like clothes rack and washing machine.
Excellent location. Near to major sites and restaurants.

- Jill (10/5): - Very clean and comfortable apartment in an ideal central location perfect for exploring Bristol
- Rebecca (4/5): Very loud, party location - Exactly as in the photos, well decorated and clean. Close to shops and restaurants. Very well equipped flat. The location is at the top of the party street, so if you’re not there for that then this is not a good place to stay. It is very loud until 4am even with the windows closed. It is the top floor apartment up many flights of steep narrow stairs, I told the host prior to arriving that I was brining my grandma and she said nothing about the stairs. We were woken up at 5am by the building fire alarm and drunk people walking the halls - the host was unsurprised and said it was her other guests not following the rules so I assume this has happened before. Check out is very early, 10am and check in is not till 4pm so that’s 6 hours to clean a small apartment so didn’t feel value for money at all especially with very little sleep.
- Sarah (9/5): Clean, central and easy - would stay again - Perfect for us visiting for graduation. Central old city , bars, restaurants just outside and short walk to Clifton. Fully equipped kitchen we didn’t use apart from coffee machine, all super clean, surprisingly quiet for location and thankfully airy during hot spell!
- Donna (8/5): Very good -
- Kenny (10/5): Exceptional -
- Samuel (8/5): Great location for central Bristol - Great location. Comfortable beds. We'll designed. 3rd floor with some narrow stairs.
- Hollie (9/5): Superb -
- Alison (7/5): Good - The Location was very good. We liked the kitchen facilities were thoughtfully provided as was the dining area. We enjoyed watching the big telly. The noise. We found that the settee was very hard.
- Wendy (8/5): Very good - Very clean, light and airy as described, beds very comfortable, kitchen well equipped. Overall a good experience Noisy outside but this was expected as on a very busy street. Excellent location for us. Very easy to find with clear instructions supplied. Three flights of narrow stairs - difficult with suitcases. Only one key - as two independent people attending a series of events over four days we did not always keep the same timetable. Putting the key in the keybox did not help as three flights of narrow stairs to replace it for someone coming back later at night.
- Barbara (8/5): Very acceptable accommodation in a great location. - Great location. I would have liked a hook in the bathroom and a mirror in the bedroom
- Cath (8/5): Perfect base for Bristol - Brilliant location, spacious and well equipped. Very close to the river and great cafes/ restaurants
- Peter (10/5): Lovely flat, lovely location, great facilities. - Location was great, good facilities too but we didn’t really use them all as we were only in the city to get drunk and sleep. The stairs would be a challenge I guess - if you’re infirm or inebriated but this is well advertised.
- Wendy (9/5): Home from home! - The best night sleep I’ve had in ages…bed was amazing!! Incredibly clean all, through! Quite a lot of stairs! But absolutely nothing can be done about that!!
- Jordan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Helen (9/5): Superb - Location
Well equipped and comfortable There was a bit of noise outside at night but that was because it was right in the centre of the city
- Nicola (9/5): Great, would book again. - Location was great for walking around Bristol. Clean, spacious. Tiny negative for my friend was not having a plug socket near a mirror so either bring an extension with you or unplug the one where the tv is connected and use that. It is on the third floor and there’s no lift so minimise your luggage. :)
- Damien (9/5): Superb -
- Khan (1/5): Too noisy, too smelly - Soon as we entered had a disgusting sewage smell was lingering even after spraying it with air freshener the smell didn’t go Not dating on booking.com.£200 deposit was needed soon as I made the payment
- Martina (9/5): Loved this apartment and the bed was very comfortable… - Loved the location and the apartment… zero complaints If I really had to pick something… it would be that there was just one towel given for each person (so no hair towel).
- Helen (8/5): In the heart of the lively city. - The apartment was very close to lots of pubs, restaurants. It’s a 5 minute walk to SWX where we were watching a band, hence the reason for the visit. The next morning we had a lovely walk around the market and the best breakfast ever at the be natural cafe (inside the indoor market) Quite a few stairs to climb, although we were all fit enough be aware the apartment is on the top floor with no lift.
- Dee (10/5): Great apartment in centre of city - This was a really lovely, beautifully decorated and well equipped apartment with two bedrooms.
It was a easy 10-15 walk from Temple Meads station and in the centre of town with the shopping complexes, bars and restaurants nearby.
The owners couldnt have been more helpful and I liked the hassle free key collection.
The TV is a smart TV which is good for those who like that sort of thing. Nothing.
- John (9/5): Superb -
- Natalie (8/5): Very good - Location. The cosy, homely feel of the apartment. The water wasn't very hot so showering was quite challenging
- Greg (9/5): Fantastic, great location and super comfortable - the location is superb and the flat itself is comfortable, clean and quiet. The facilities are superb and the hosts are super efficient. Nothing that I didn't like. Perhaps the stairs would be a problem for the less abled.
- Dominic (10/5): Exceptional -
