• Barbara (9/5): Rundum zufrieden, ideal zum Entspannen. - Ferienhaus mit beheiztem Pool-im April ein goodie auf das man kaum verzichten kann. Eine gut ausgestattete Küche erlaubt Eigenkreationen beim Essen. Der Ort ist ruhig aber nur mit dem Auto erreichbar, 15 min von Qabala. Per whatsapp geht die Schlüsselübergabe problemlos. Das Wetter bei der Abreise. Hat andererseits den Abschied von diesem schönen Haus erleichtert.

• Hossein (2/5): Not Worth Visiting - the property wasn't clean, fridge was dirty (there was meat blood inside freezer). Toilet bin was broken. electricity wasn't stable first day. We argue and insist for few hours before they run generator to have a stable electricity. The bathroom wasn't great and clean. Shower & toilet very close and the toilet bin was broken. The pictures in site doesn't reflect reality. The property is modern and nice but it seems thats waisted as they don't look after it properly. With small attention, they can make it great place to stay. We did expect the 5 star but unfortunately we disappointed.
• Tien (6/5): Was promising but was a bit disappointed - Beautiful view, nice location - near markets, that there was a pool, enjoyed the chair swing, 2 bathrooms, 5 beds, the owner was initially quick to respond Toilet water was brown no matter how many times you flushed, although the outer gate was locked, the front doors remained unlocked overnight which made us nervous, electricity kept going on and off in the evening, pool was a bit too chlorinated which irritated our skin, the main bathroom didn’t drain well which led to the hallway leaking water, we asked for more towels since we wanted separate towels for pool and bathing afterwards, which they said okay but they never brought any

• Ayoub (8/5): Very good - Private pool and barbecue place. Cozy place and very calm to enjoy holidays peacefully Electricity was cutting off during the day. But it's a common problem in the region and the owner has installed a generator to alleviate the situation.

It has all the amenities needed such as swimming pool( in the summer) , BBQ grill etc. The house has 3 bedrooms, one bathroom( ground floor) decent kitchen and a big yard, one can park inside their own private compound within the compound of the A frames. The host hands over the keys upon arrival and explains everything.

• Aafaque (7/5): Stay is great but cleanliness issue - The location and A frame villa design all the pots, plates and cutlery and barbecue rack all the necessary things for cooking is there the christnas tree decoration it's good for 6 to 8 peoples family as I check in late I couldn't experience it fully host was welcoming road to the villa is good I didn't like the lawn maintenance plus the bathroom supplys wasn't refill the top of fridge wasn't cleaned and the tea pot had left over tea I don't know for how long because I took the cheapest villa without pool and pool was also dirty as it had little water collected through rain I don't know it was housekeeping fault or what as I checked in late and I was updating if I will be late still housekeeping should pay more attention to it the TV placement is also issue too far from sofa

• Ahmed (1/5): Bad - nothing I would like to give this trip (-10/10) for many reasons: - There's no invoice system. I paid in cash the full amount as per the booking.com policy. - After paying the amount, we faced an electricity shortage, to which the owner answered that “It always happens because the villa is in a village and you need to wait” - I asked him to return the full amount because I can't spend my vacation without electricity, especially since the villa was extremely hot. - He refused to return the full amount, instead he only returned half the money paid. - I was lucky because there was a group of tourists who faced the same issue and refused to pay for the other villa, and we asked them to take us to the city center(I'm so grateful to them because they refused to share the transportation fees). - The most crucial part of this story is the owner who canceled the reservation because I “didn’t check in”, which is not the truth, he aimed to prevent me from writing this review. - After contacting Booking.com and explaining everything (many thanks to Booking.com's team), they opened the review link to me.
