• Caroline (8/5): We had a lovey stay, very clean and well presented and comfortable property. - Location, number of bedrooms/beds, kitchen facilities, lounge room, covered garage We found it cold, despite following the tips re heating it seemed to be about 16 degrees inside with heating on. Probably needs an adjustment to the heating settings and it will be resolved.

• Wai Li Leong (8/5): We are a happy camper! - The house itself. Good for a family. And was happy there is a dryer in the hous. It was at a great location for skiing and if you want to go around, a car will be better. We'll be back. NIL

• doctordee0913 (10/5): Wonderful paradise - Modern, lots of light, plenty of beds and bathrooms...plus what a wonderful view of the mountains. It was within walking distance of the Furano bus stop and the nearby shabu-shabu restaurant was also delicious.
• pililala (2/5): 対応がひどく、残念でした。 - オーナーの思いや施設自体は素晴らしいと思いましたが、スタッフの方の対応が残念すぎました。。。 まず、宿泊数日前にメール連絡いただくという玄関ドアの暗証番号が事前に知らされておらず、こちらから問い合わせなければなりませんでした。またリクエスト承認済みのベビーベッドは事前に設置されておらず、設置をお願いする連絡をしても何時間も返信がなく、その上「◯◯時以降は予定があるため対応できません」と…。こちらは早くからご連絡していたにも関わらずです。記載の電話番号はいつ何回かけても繋がらず、ホームページ記載のWhat's upやLINEで問い合わせてもコミュニケーションがまったくスムーズに取れません。結局、夜遅くになってベビーベッドを設置しに来てはくれましたが謝罪の姿勢はありませんでした。 また、その他の設備の使用方法がわからなかったのでメッセージで問い合わせたところ、かなり時間が経ってから「ガイドに書いてあるのでそれを読んでください」のみの返信。わからなかったからお聞きしているのにです。その後、再度問い合わせましたが返信がくることはなく、無視されてしまいました。 バスルームにバスマットが置かれていなかったり、ベッドメイクされていないベッドがあったり、気になるところもいくつかありました。 数日間の宿泊を通してあまりにも適当な扱いを受けていると感じ、心底悲しかったです。せっかくの旅の思い出が台無しです。オーナーさんはこのスタッフさんの態度を知っているのでしょうか？もう二度と行きたくありません。

• David (10/5): Convenient, comfortable stay, perfect for our group. - Good facilities, close to ski lifts.
• Kara (10/5): Fabulous and comfy for a family group skiing Furano - Loved the space, having a garage, being able to cook meals with a well-equipped kitchen. Was cozy and welcoming with a great sound system. Beds were comfy and linen great. Fantastic place for a larger family or group of friends to stay. Close to ski field. Communication with hosts super quick and friendly. That we couldn’t stay for longer.

• Chen-hao (9/5): Superb - The room is comfortable. There is an air conditioner that can be independently controlled. There is an indoor garage that dose not have to remorve snow every day. Perfect for those who come for a ski vacation to stay here. Next time I come to Furano, I want to stay here again.

• Wai (9/5): Valuable with price and recommend to others - New, nice & comfortable house. Same as the photo showed. All of us are very glad and enjoy at here. No air conditioner in the room at 1st floor. TV is placed at 1st floor.

• Angeline (10/5): We loved this house! - True to what is posted. Very clean and new fittings. Kitchen was well-equipped Tv was located at 1st floor and there was no sofa in the tv room. Stairs was narrow making it difficult to carry luggage up. Stairs were slippery.
• Celina (10/5): Feels cosy and comfortable like home, but a luxurious home! 😉 - It’s spacious, tidy and clean, with a well-provided kitchen for preparing breakfast/meals and a garage. Location’s good for those with a car - city centre and tourist attractions like the cheese factory, Ningle terrace and parks were just 15-20mins away.

• B (10/5): Loved our stay at the Box House! - Great location walking distance from gondola, modern design, spacious — a perfect base for exploring Furano. Sometimes couldn’t quite get the cooking stove to work — but nothing major.
