ELIZABETA (7/5): No dishwasher - Kind and friendly host, comfortable bed and sofa, plenty of bedding, spacious wardrobe, pleasant interior design, two television sets, new and well-functioning facilities, blowdryer and microwave available, bar soap provided (which I strongly prefer but rarely find, as owners tend to prefer liquid soap), proximity to shopping centre (across the street). 1. The property is described as having free on-site parking and a dishwasher, whereas there is no guaranteed parking spot (you can only park for free if you manage to find an available spot on the curb) and there is no dishwasher whatsoever, even though the promised dishwasher was an important factor in my decision to book this property. The listing is thus inaccurate. 2. There were alarming hygiene issues, such as mold growing inside the electric pot (it had been stored with water inside) and some filth on the top of the refrigerator. 3. The kitchen is barely functional, as the sink is tiny, such that one cannot even fit all of one's dishes from a single meal inside it, let alone wash them, and many basic cooking utensils are missing (at least I did not find them), such as a grater and a strainer, which means that one cannot even prepare pasta. 4. The soundproofing is poor and I could not sleep on Saturday night because of the concert blasting through the windows well past midnight; I could also hear everything the neighboors said through the bathroom walls. 5. There is not a single normal chair in the apartment (only sofas and benches).
