• Manuel (7/5): - El personal muy amable y eficaz. La piscina estupenda. El bungalow no había sido limpiado adecuadamente, y encontramos varias cucarachas (vivas y muertas) en el interior.

• Anna (10/5): Todo correcto - Mi estancia en Bungalows RT Las Brisas fue bastante positiva en general. Lo mejor sin duda es la ubicación, ya que está muy cerca de la playa y de zonas con restaurantes y tiendas, lo que hace todo muy cómodo para moverse sin necesidad de coche.  El complejo es tranquilo y agradable, ideal tanto para familias como para grupos de amigos. La piscina está bien cuidada y suele haber suficiente espacio para relajarse. Además, el personal fue muy amable y atento durante toda la estancia, siempre dispuesto a ayudar.  En cuanto al bungalow, es espacioso y funcional, aunque se nota que algunas instalaciones podrían modernizarse un poco. En resumen, es una opción con muy buena relación calidad-precio, perfecta si buscas una estancia cómoda, bien ubicada y sin grandes lujos. Volvería especialmente por la ubicación y el trato del personal.

• Inese (8/5): - Was a great location relic quiet environment, great just chill out I definitely didn’t like ants in the kitchen and also was in my bed and they managed even get in the fridge .Water in shower didn’t have enough for two people to get proper washed it was difficult for us family of x3 part of that everything was okay

• Frank (2/5): Vorsicht Bettwanzen ! - also die Bettwanzen haben sich heute bestätigt. Daher hätten wir gerne folgende Bewertung abgegeben: "Ferienwohnungen RT Las Brisas, Playa del Ingles, Übernachtung vom 27.12.2025 bis 03.01.2026 über Booking.com gebucht. Vorsicht Bettwanzen ! (mehr dazu unten) Als großer Vorteil der Anlage erweist sich die Lage. Man ist mitten drin im ganzen Getümmel des Ortes, hat kurze Wege zur Uferpromenade und Strand, zu Restaurants, Supermärkten und Clubs. Gleichzeitig hat man seine Ruhe, da die Ferienwohnungen mit Fenstern und Terrassen alle nach innen zum Hotelpool ausgerichtet sind. Dafür muss man eine Reihe von Nachteilen in Kauf nehmen. Wir hatten die FW Nr. 43, die ziemlich abgewohnt ist und ganz schön Renovierungsstau aufweist. Alles erscheint irgendwie lieblos. Lustig fanden wir, dass im Schlafzimmer zu beiden Seiten der Betten (es gibt nur Einzelbetten) die identischen Bilder an den Wänden hingen - das zeigt aber ein bisschen die Lieblosigkeit der Einrichtung. Damit hört das Lustige aber schon auf. Dass in diesen Gefilden Kakerlaken auf dem Boden rumkrabbeln, ist sicher fast normal und die wenigen Tierchen haben uns nicht gestört. Folgenreicher war der starke Bettwanzenbefall in den Schlafräumen. Wir haben das leider erst zu Hause gemerkt, meine Frau hat tagelang unter Juckreiz gelitten und konnte nachts kaum schlafen. Die Stiche waren am ganzen Körper, bei mir etwas wenige. Der Erholungseffekt war damit dahin. Der Arzt hat die Verursacher eindeutig bestimmt. Dazu kommt die Sorge, die Viecher mit nach Hause verschleppt zu haben, was teuer werden kann (Kammerjäger). Wir würden jedenfalls nicht wieder in die Anlage Las Brisas fahren. • Heidi (8/5): Kauniit bungalovit hyvällä paikalla. - Hyvä sijainti, kauppoja ja ravintoloita lähellä, lyhyt matka rantaan. Siisti allasalue, mukavat bungalovit. Huoneissa oli yöllä kylmää. Uima-altaan vesi oli tosi kylmää.

• Irina (10/5): Мы остались довольны , все прошло хорошо , были небольшие не дочеты , но это не критично . - Очень удобное расположение, к пляжу идти примерно 5-7 минут , есть рядом магазины , ресторанны и остановка автобусов в 3 минутах. Очень дружелюбный персонал, это очень приятно было !!! В общем все было приемлемо , уборка была 1 раз и очень легкая , кофе нам оставили всего 4 капсулы на 3х человек .

Einrichtung sehr minimalistisch, Bungalow sehr in die Jahre gekommen, Warmwasser reicht nur für eine Person zum Duschen danach kalt (Apartment wäre für bis zu 4 oder sogar 5 Personen gedacht).

La ropa de cama...manchada y en los muebles de la cocina...cucarachas de las inglesas...hace falta fulmigar... Tiene una buena nevera...grande
• Magdalena (1/5): Pesimo y asqueroso - Nada Apartamento sucio, manchas en las sabanas, bichos por todos lados, manchas por todos lado de suciedad, telarañas, camas super incomodas de muelles viejos y almohadas peor todavia. Para colmo de todo me deje un pantalon encima de la cama de mi habitacion y desaparecio por arte de magia, les hablo para recogerlo y no me contestan ni telefono ni mensajes. Una verguenza todo!!!!
• Marina (10/5): - El alojamiento es totalmente de 10. Es una urbanización muy tranquila y familiar, ideal para descansar. Era una casa para cuatro personas y la verdad es que nos sobraba espacio. Tiene una terraza estupenda con vistas a la piscina, perfecta para disfrutar del buen tiempo. La ubicación es excelente, en la zona sur y cerca de todo. Además, en la época en la que fuimos no tuvimos ningún problema para aparcar. Sin duda, ¡repetiríamos! La única pega que podría poner es que el baño está algo más anticuado y se agradecería un espejo de cuerpo entero.

• Heather BM (5/5): Either it´s a holiday complex or a residential one. Make your mind up!!! - Good checkin except for not giving us 2 sets of keys. Pool was fantastic and clean Only 13 parasols between 52 sunbeds. Plenty of sunbeds but no shades!!! Residents reserve them first thing in the morning guests have no chance. No carparking for guests, but residents have parking onsite and there was been plenty of space at the back of each apartment to park, they just refused to give access. One day I drove around the local area for over 20 minutes and no spaces at all. Ended up parking 25 minutes walk away! The reception only gave us one set of keys when we checked in and the patio doors could only be locked by key, not by a simply catch. We have an adult daughter who had no way of coming in and going by herself as she didnt have a key until we asked, on day 3, for another. We were told that the checkin receptionist should have offered. No aircon, which we knew, but this means you have to leave windows open to stay cool. No good when you are going for a nap at siesta time and there are hordes of kids SCREAMING and YELLING at each other outside the apartment. This wasn't the sounds of kids playing, they were 10-13 boys screaming like teenage girls at a boyband concert constantly for 2 hours. This went on until 11pm from 5pm one evening. No need at all. Pool is advertised as open until 9pm but my daughter and son were told to get out at 7:45 on our last night.
• Hernández (6/5): sin ventilador,flish , sartén y cafetera no vallan - La Ubicación y la piscina aunque es pequeña Que había cucarachas dentro del apartamento,gusanos, tenían trampas de cucas pero de tenerlas tiempo allí sin ninguna cuca dentro,que los muebles estaban antiguos y los colchones y las camas incómodas te deja el cuerpo partido,lo PEOR de todos esque no tenían ventilador nos dejó solo uno de noche,el de recepción,y pasábamos calor nosotros o los niños sin él,no tenian unos utensilios de cocina buenos, sartén sucio y que se pega la olla tmb se pega y quemaba las asas ,luego teniene cafetera de cápsulas pero no tenían cafetera normal.La de limpieza no paso ni un día y no había toallas para cambiar o lavadora para lavarlas las mismas toallas toda la estancia,(tuvimos que comprar sartén,cafetera y toallas,valla gracia)

• María Dolores (7/5): - Muy buena ubicación , zonas comunes renovadas y amabilidad del personal. No tiene aire acondicionado, solo ventiladores de techo que fueron insuficientes para el calor de agosto. Los enchufes de la cocina no funcionaban y cuando lo revisó el chico de mantenimiento nos dijo que tendríamos que apañarnos con una regleta (microondas, cafetera, etc., tuvieron que estar encima de la barra donde comíamos si queríamos usarlos) Nos pidieron depósito para disponer de un 2º juego de llaves, que luego resultó no funcionar la llave de la entrada al complejo, y si no es por un vecino, la segunda madrugada la hubiésemos tenido que pasar en la calle. Cada bungalow en la trasera del mismo dispone de una plaza de garaje propia, y a pesar de lo complicado del aparcamiento en la zona, no nos la dejaron usar. Sin embargo, hubo días que usuario de otro bungalow aparcaba su moto en mi espacio donde además estaba el tendedero con nuestra ropa.

• Marija (6/5): Pleasant - Great location, close to the beach, restaurants, supermarkets and bars. The bungalows are located in a calm and quiet area. Nice big pool. Random dead cockroaches on the patio every morning and stray cats running around. The towels were old and smelly, we asked for a fresh set twice and got the new ones but they still smelled awful and were not usable. Either wash these properly or get new towels. No free wifi, tv or air conditioning.

• Magnus (8/5): Very good - The place is under heavy renovation and our bungalow was in excellent shape. There is a nice, not very large pool area, just outside the bungalows. Busses, taxi and lots of restaurants are just outside the gate and the beach is just a few minutes away. Be aware of steep stairs or go look for the somewhat hidden elevator. The pool was a bit chilly, but not too cold to swim. We were very disappointed when the staff forced us away from our terrace while we were out there having lunch. They needed to paint the exterior, which they could have told us the first or second day, so we could have planned for it. Instead we had to get out of they way for two hours without any time to prepare. Without this disappointment, it would have been a 10 out of 10.
