Está a una cuadra de la Plaza del Dante, la que se encuentra sobre una avenida muy comercial por dónde podés llegar caminando al quartiere spagnoli, barrio muy pintoresco donde recorrer sus callejuelas es fascinante y se encuentran los murales de Maradona. Hacia la izquierda por la misma Avda se ingresa a sccapanapoli, una calle tradicional que parte el centro histórico en dos y está llena de lugares de comida, negocios de todo tipo y el clásico bullicio napolitano. También se llega caminando a la costa y al puerto y a tantos otros lugares. En fin ubicación ideal. Hay que subir 4 pisos por escalera, si bien ya lo sabía, es bastante complicado subir con el equipaje y a diario. El edificio en si no está bien mantenido y da un aspecto no muy agradable, aunque es la característica de Nápoles entiendo, pero el Hospedaje cambia y si está muy bien ambientado y con buena mantención. El desayuno debería ser un poco más variado y no tan escaso.

I napoletani allegri e gentili. - La posizione della struttura è un grande vantaggio infatti si trova vicino al centro storico e al porto in una delle vie principali. Il signore che ci ha accolte e preparato la colazione e’ molto gentile. Potrei dire il quarto piano ma lo sapevamo e quindi non era un problema.

• Elisabetta (9/5): - La posizione è molto comoda per spostarsi nel centro di Napoli, vicino alla metro e alla funicolare. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile nel consigliarci cosa visitare, i posti dove mangiare e nel darci la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli dopo il check out prima della partenza. La nostra stanza era pulita, la colazione buona e completa. Sicuramente lo consiglio a chi non ha problemi nel fare quattro piani di scale, in un palazzo tipico della Napoli centrale ma la via è tranquilla e silenziosa. La cosa che mi è piaciuta di più è il terrazzo sui tetti di Napoli che mi ha ricordato la casa dei miei nonni. Consiglio di aggiungere una mensola in bagno per appoggiare un beauty, perchè quella presente nella nostra stanza era troppo piccola. E cambierei le lampadine perché la luminosità era abbastanza bassa di sera, e aggiungerei uno specchio più grande in camera.

• nicola (7/5): Centrale - Posizione centrale, a poca distanza dalla metropolitana di via Toledo Titolare simpatico e disponibile a ogni richiesta e a dare indicazioni su cosa vedere La struttura è all interno di un edificio vecchio che avrebbe bisogno di un po di manutenzione Per accedere sono 4 piani di scale ma siamo più volte stati avvisati e consci della ns scelta

• Fabrice (8/5): - La posizione dell’alloggio è davvero ottima: si trova a pochi passi da diversi musei e vicinissimo al caratteristico quartiere Spagnoli. Un punto di partenza perfetto per visitare la città a piedi e vivere l’atmosfera autentica del centro.

Il titolare è disponibile ad aiutarti e ad illustrarti ciò che puoi visitare. Presente e mai invadente. L'unica pecca è il 4 piano senza ascensore. Però il titolare troverà il modo di farti utilizzare l'ascensore del palazzo di fianco all'arrivo con I bagagli.

• Lesia (7/5): Good - Good location. Close to attractions and center. You can walk. You feel the spirit of Naples. The apartment serves delicious breakfasts on the terrace - it's nice and comfortable. Nearby is Piazza Dante. There is an excellent Neapolitan restaurant, Ristorsnte al 53, with large, delicious portions. This restaurant has a Ukrainian waitress, Tatyana, who will always help and advise. The area is noisy and dirty. At night, even with the shutters closed, the rumble and noise of the street could be heard. The apartment was not comfortable. This is just a place to stay overnight. There was no iron, kettle or just glasses for water. Communication with the owner was poor (he did not respond to messages). We left early in the morning, we had breakfast included, but we were not offered it to take with us.
• Alberto (9/5): Great location for an amazing value! - The location was great! Super close to the metro and to Piazza Dante. We were able to walk the city, or take the metro to the station and visit Pompeii. Staff was amazing too. No complaints really. It is on the fourth floor, and there isn’t an elevator, but that was minor. Didn’t bother us at all.

Staff very friendly and helpful. The room was clean with fresh linen. Very secure as well. The location was ideal Thought it was great

• Sean (10/5): I loved this place - First off: when you get to the location you need to know that you have to check in at the building next door for the B&B Soriano. No one monitors the buzzer for Vicoletti and the two are connected and run as a single entity. Just go one address down and buzz in there. I loved this place. It is in a little alley about a two minute walk from the Dante metro station. The room was spacious, the bed was comfy, the shower was huge, the A/C was good and the wifi is strong. What else could you ask for? Also, be warned that you'll have to climb about four stories to get to this place. But if you are in good health then you will enjoy this place.

Colazione in balcone con prodotti freschi (anche se non sempre per quanto riguarda la temperatura). Ottimo rapporto qualità / prezzo.
• Tamara (8/5): Nettes, sehr zentrales Bed and Breakfast - Das Hotelteam war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer waren sauber und gemütlich. Das Frühstück war nicht spektakulär, aber gut. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein; sehr zentral und direkt an eine Metrostation.
