• Woodland (10/5): - Стаята е широка, леглото е екстра лардж с много удобен матрак. Ново обзавеждане. Тихо и спокойно е. Няма кана за топла вода в стаята.
• Zlatomir (9/5): Спокоен и уютен престой в Синеморец, Вила Леванди! - Мястото е много яко, супер чисто и уютно. Персоналът е супер учтив! Бяхме в апартамент на третия етаж, с три тераси. Има чудесна гледка. Апартаментът е много удобен и уютен. Супер място, посещаваме го за трета поредна година. Препоръчваме! Принципно диванчето имаше нужда от цялостно пране, че миришеше лошо ;) Всичко друо е супер и нямаме забележки. Обичаме това място!

• Radina (10/5): - Всичко беше прекрасно, персоналът отзивчив, има платен паркинг точно пред хотела- 10лв на ден. Има малко ресторантче към хотела.
• Zlatena (5/5): - Къщата за гости се намира на ключова улица в Синеморец, което я прави много удобна за бърз достъп до плажа. Вечер обаче става доста шумно, тъй като много хора се връщат от баровете и ресторантите в района. Стаята беше много малка, буквално заета почти изцяло от леглото. На снимките не може да се добие ясна представа, тъй като са показани само по-големите стаи. Кърпите не се сменяха всеки ден, което беше неприятно. Закуската остави лошо впечатление – яйцата бяха ужасни.

• Yana (10/5): Great location, amazing conditions. - Amazing location, really good rooms, there is a cafeteria in the hotel where you can get a great breakfast, which was truly convenient. The staff were really polite and helpful. Overall, great conditions and good value for money, I would definitely go back. The bathroom door was mat glass and not lockable, which doesn’t really give you too much privacy, but is not a huge issue.

Стаята беше малко малка, но все пак уютна, с голяма баня и всички удобства. На последния етаж има голяма тераса, от която се открива прекрасна гледка ❤️

• Mihaela (10/5): Със сигурност ще се върнем пак. Чудесно място за почивка. - Домакините са много приятни и отзивчиви хора. Стаята ни беше почиствана всеки ден. Харесахме модерния стил на обзавеждане. Като цяло атмосферата беше уютна и много спокойна. Има кафетерия в двора. Всичко ни хареса! :)

• Neli (9/5): - Перфектна локация, хубаво обзавеждане, уникална тераса на покрива. Има и кафетерия с вкусно кафе. Закуските не успяхме да ги пробваме, но изглеждат супер. Мил персонал и като цяло си изкарахме страхотно. Бяхме на партера и нямахме балконче, но терасата на покрива компенсира за тази липса :) Стаите не са особено големи, но достатъчно.
• Биляна (9/5): A pleasant stay in a great location, with kind hosts and everything you need nearby. - We had a nice stay at Villa Levandi. The location is very convenient – close to all the restaurants and lively spots in the village. The place was clean and comfortable, with several terraces (one of them with a sea view). The hosts were friendly and helpful. We didn’t have breakfast there, but it’s nice that it’s available. Also, the coffee was good! It can get a bit noisy in the evenings. The bathroom layout could be improved – using the toilet was a bit uncomfortable, the door didn’t close fully which reduced privacy, and the handheld shower couldn’t be fixed in place, constantly dropping due to its weight. The sofa upholstery could also use some cleaning or refreshing.
• Inna (10/5): - Villa Levandi is a lovely place within a walking distance to Veleka Beach and Stranja Nature Reserve (kayaking is excellent there). We really liked everything: the apartment, the host (thank you Milan), the location. Sinemorets is very laid back and authentic.

Апартаментът е достатъчно просторен за семейство с малко дете, в кухнята има котлони, прибори, съдове (които не се виждат на снимките). При поискване се осигурява и кана за вода. Няма добра шумоизолация. Това е лично мое мнение, но ми се струва малко смешно в село Синеморец и при цените на стаите да се иска допълнително заплащане за паркиране в съседния прашен двор.

• Helen (10/5): Great relaxing end to our hol - Great location - short walk to beach and to restaurants - but very quiet. Spacious apartment with balconies either side so could choose to be in sun or shade. Very comfortable bed with good quality bedding. Friendly and helpful staff who spoke good English. Nice cafe at front of villa. Lovely roof top terrace too. No lift - we were on first floor so not bad with cases but 4th floor might have been a struggle though kind staff (Eugene) helped with carrying cases upstairs. Would have liked to have known in advance that parking on land next to the villa is 10 Lev per night though can park on road outside for free.

• Dragos (10/5): A True Gem: An Enchanting Escape to a Charming Villa in Sinemorets - I took a leap of faith and booked before the place had any reviews but it turned out better than I imagined. I’ve been to many acommodations in Sinemorets but had the best time here. My room was big, with a nice terrace, very clean, modernly furnished and cosy, exactly like in the photos. The area is quiet while centrally situated, close to shops and restaurants. Also, it has it’s own private parking. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by the warmest and most hospitable hosts who provided great recommandations of the area and catered to all my needs. This will be my first option when I come back, and it should be yours too!

• Yuriy (10/5): Nice property to stay for nature lovers! - The property itself is clean & new. Alex (owner) is very friendly. Location. Sinemorets in general is an exceptional place for people who like nature and don't like crowds. Plenty of sea and forest (with mushrooms) around. There were wild berries: blackthorn, hawthorn, rose hips, wild pears. Sea is clean, beaches are sandy, Some are very secluded. We've been in the beginning of October. High season just ended a week before we arrived, so it's literally hard to find what to eat! if you travel at this time plan ahead: you either have to cook for yourself (and then make sure you rent an apartment/villa/number with a kitchen) or you will need to go by car to Tsarevo to a restaurant. Maybe something works closer but it's hard to find because everything is closed. Very angry and cruel mosquitos in the forest! There are no at the beach or in the number, but if you go inside the trees it's a place where they will wait for you! It seems they laugh at repellents.

Би било хубаво да има комарници, кошче за боклук в стаята и закачалки. Може би не е съвсем подходящо за хора с бебета, защото доста се шуми в коридорите и стълбището.

• Maria (9/5): Lovely place and location! - Everything was great! The location is perfect for everyday trips to the beaches nearby. We travelled with our dog, and we really appreciated how dog friendly it is. We absolutely loved the little caffé and its staff! We had breakfast there every morning, enjoyed good coffee and delicious croissants! The doors aren't soundproofed, so you can hear people going/leaving their rooms in the evening, but once everyone goes to bed, it's all fine.

• Петър (8/5): - Домакинът. Много позитивен, усмихнат и приветлив човек. Банята е ремонтирана и прилична. Местоположението е сравнително близо до централната улица, но в това селце всичко е близо. Имат закуска. Не съм я ползвал, но хора се хранеха и изглеждаха доволни. Персоналът на барчето е мил и вежлив. Изключително малка стая. Запазих стая за трима за да се чувстваме една идея по-комфортно, но уви е доста тясно. Това е реновирана стара къща. Има подпухнала и отлющена мазилка зад леглото. Леглата са две сдвоени и са на пластмасови крака. Подът е плочки и когато сте на леглото при всяко завъртане леглата се отварят. От там бутат евтините нощни шкафчета, падат лампи, телефони и каквото сте сложили отгоре. “Тересата” е 2 малки столчета с мини маса. Цялото обзавеждане е от близкия Мастърхаус за няколко стотин лева. Персоналът по морето живее в такива стаи. Цената от 130лв на вечер в края на август е комична. Уви нямаше други опции в селцето. Жалко, не бих посетил никога ако това не е последен вариант. Давам висока оценка за да не наруша рейтингът ви. Моята оценка би била 4.

• Adam (10/5): - You can see that this is a new facility. The rooms are clean, as well as the hotel surroundings. The air conditioning in the room worked very well. The room was cleaned upon request... including changing bed linen. The staff was very nice and helpful. No kettle, dishes or cutlery in the room.
• Kristina (9/5): Страхотна локация в сърцето на Синеморец - Прекарахме 4 страхотни дни в разгара на лятото. Настаняването беше безпроблемно, дори малко по-рано от описаното. Стаята беше изключително чиста с нова и съвременна баня. Пред вилата има малко кафе, което предлага закуска и напитки срещу допълнително заплащане. Предлага се паркинг срещу 10лв на вечер в съседния имот. Не се води списък кои коли са заплатили паркинг и кои не, защото един ден звъняха и ни питаха с коя кола сме дошли и къде сме я паркирали.

• Georgi (9/5): - Вила Леванди е нова, разположена на удобно място, в близост до плаж Велека, търговската улица и много заведения и ресторанти. Персоналът е много любезен и отзивчив. На покрива има открита тераса, която може да се използва от гостите, от която има красива гледка особено на залез слънце (виж снимките). Стаите са чисти и нови, кухнята също е оборудвана с необходимите съдове, чаши, чинии и пр., кафе машина не е налична. Към хотела има приятно кафене, където може да се поръча и закуска. Бихме желали само по-редовно почистване, например изхвърляне на боклука всеки ден.
• Tatiana (8/5): Not sure if I will stay there again. I found it expensive for what it offered. - Relatively clean and quiet. Close to good restaurants and grocery stores. Staff was very responsive. A/C in rooms. Coffee shop with good coffee, drinks and some breakfast food on site. Small rooms, no beach towels (odd for a place at a beach resort), no hair conditioners. The door to our room was very difficult to close and open. Bathroom shower was not separated from the toilet so every time you took a shower, the toilet seat and everything else would be soaking wet.

• Valentin (5/5): The property did not meet our expectations - The people were kind. The building was well-maintained and they were trying to make our stay comfortable. There was a rooftop with a great view. There is bar downstairs that we liked a lot - the young folks working there are very kind. The place is noisy. The isolation is bad and I could hear what my neighbours were talking about. We took "Deluxe Double Room with Balcony". According to Booking reservation there should be "1 extra-large double bed". The room was far from delux - tiny, not so cozy room and we had 2 separate beds. I wrote to mention about the beds but they said Booking does not allow them to specify that correctly. For me, this is unacceptable. About the pillows - I remember better ones from huts on the top of the mountain, definitely not "delux room" edition. Another thing that kind of annoyed me was that there was a sheet of paper in the room informing us about different things. Point 8 explicitly was saying that they hold no responsibility about your valuables left in the room and you must bring them to their safe at the reception instead. When I went to the reception to leave my wife's jewelries they said they don't have a safe, and thats not a service they have. Probably they saw I was kind of annoyed because they offered me their safe in the end.
