genevieve (8/5): - Magnifique de pouvoir voir le Pico quand il veut bien se montrer. J’avais crû réserver une villa mais ce n’était qu’une chambre dans une maison d’hôtes. Demander celle avec vue sur l’océan. Personnel très sympathique mais globalement manque de professionnalisme.
Peggy (4/5): Beaucoup trop cher - La chambre était bien décorée et spacieuse. Sauna et piscine appréciable. La situation est très isolée, il y a uniquement une jeune fille qui vient faire le check-in check out et petit déjeuner. Le prix est exorbitant par rapport à l’offre au service. De plus, le temps était mauvais pendant notre séjour, ce qui arrive très souvent aux Açores, et rend l’établissement lugubre.
Thomas (10/5): Magnifique hotel sur Pico - Hôtel magnifique très bien entretenu. Les chambres sont très belles et très confortables. Le personnel est absolument adorable et toujours prêt à aider. La vue de la piscine donnant tout droit sur le mont Pico est juste époustouflante. Rien! Tout était parfait!

They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during our visit. Elizabeth always greeted us with a smile and eager to help with anything we needed. Elizabeth and Thelma made the experience feel personal and genuine, which really stood out. The breakfast was absolutely amazing—fresh, flavorful, and with a great variety to choose from. The facilities and grounds were beautiful, creating such a relaxing atmosphere. Everything felt clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a great stay and would be happy to return again. Everything was perfect!
Jessica (10/5): - Elizabete and Thelma are what make this property shine! Their breakfasts were some of the best we’ve had while traveling! Proactive correspondence before arrival, personal recommendations, property tours, and after hours responses were thoughtful and made our stay remarkable. The ability to have a little extra time on the property at the end of our stay was so appreciated!! We gladly spent a day poolside doing nothing and then explored the coastline on foot using the walking trails just across from the property. Not to be missed just down the street: Joe’s Bar! Right on the beach, May 1-Oct. 30. Other perks: - Communal fridge access for guests - Honor bar for soda/alcohol - House-made liquors and wine - Access to full kitchen + cooking supplies - Towel warmer in bathroom - Secluded location along the coast - Separate WC and shower near pool - Indoor/Outdoor patio Price per night was significantly higher than any other accommodation we considered on the island; taking advantage of the early/late check-in/out makes it more palatable. Without Elizabete, the value for cost remains to be seen

Gert (9/5): - Prachtige rustige ligging, kleinschalig (6 kamers) met goede faciliteiten, prachtig zwembad met heerlijke stoelen in een olijfbomen tuin met uitzicht op de Pico! Prijs is wel erg hoog
