• LAURA (7/5): - L'appartamento nuovo e molto carino ma con alcune pecche. La doccia del bagno piccolo era inutilizzabile in quanto era otturata e ahimè essendo in 4 ci siamo dovute fare la doccia utilizzando lo stesso bagno (grande) con una tempistica diversa ovviamente. Poi manca una mensola dove appoggiare le cose nel bagno, un bicchiere per gli spazzolini e lo spazzolino da wc che stava solo nel bagno grande.

• Carol (7/5): It was ok, didn’t spend much time in the apartment. Nigglely things which took the shine of our stay. Wouldn’t stay agai - Property felt secure. Apartment was roomy, showers were hot and powerful. Once inside the property it was very dark at night , light was not working leading up the stairs to the lift. Shower soap dispenser was broken. Although we didn’t use the kitchen , we noted only two mugs , one tea spoon, it’s supposed to be a four person apartment. We only stayed for two nights so didn’t bother hanging anything up , but certainly wouldn’t be adequate for a weeks stay for two people, no draw space either. Biggest problem for us was the extremely thin blinds on the windows. Street lights were on all night and shone through the blinds so we slept in a brightly lit room. Should be black out blinds. Can be noisy at night. We only had 1 key for three of us , not enough but was refused when asked for another.

• Rachael (7/5): Location was great but at the cost of the apartment they should have had other amenities in the apartment. And most plac - The location, check in and check out were fantastic. The air conditioner was controlled. You couldn’t set it at any temp below 24 when we got there. It was a very HOT day and our first sleep was very uncomfortable. Also for an apartment they didn’t have dish towels or paper towels. It was bare bones with very little to use the kitchen.

• Carolina (10/5): Estancia - El departamento está súper bien ubicado, justo arriba de la Tribuna de los Pobres y cruzando el puente hay un parking privado que tiene tarifa de 24 hs (18 euros en Semana Santa). Las camas son cómodas, el departamento está equipado con todo lo que puedas necesitar La gestión del personal.

• Lidia (8/5): It was ok - The apartment was comfortable for three people – spacious, well-located, and clean. The location was particularly convenient, with easy access to the main attractions, restaurants, and public transport. At the same time, there were no crowds of tourists right outside the window, which made the area noticeably quieter than the Old Town. Overall, it was a good choice. On the downside, while the apartment is equipped with appliances, it lacks some basic essentials. There wasn’t enough toilet paper for a four-night stay, no cleaning supplies (including dishwasher tablets or dishwashing liquid), and no extra garbage bags despite instructions to take out the trash and not leave dirty dishes behind. Small touches like coffee capsules, salt, and pepper would also be appreciated. For a short stay, I would expect these basics to be provided. Additionally, the apartment is not well soundproofed – we could hear neighbors and street noise, especially in the mornings.

• Paula (10/5): Superó nuestras expectativas con creces - Es amplio, bonito limpio y con mucha luz. Todo muy nuevo con buenos materiales, todo ello lo hace muy acogedor. Además de que estaba muy bien climatizado. No le pondría ningún pero. Si hay que ponerlo, puede que le faltara algo de menaje pero vamos, suficiente para lo que se utiliza en un viaje.

• Storey (9/5): Superb - Excellent location. Clean and comfortable. The lift was only accessible after first half flight of stairs... difficult if you have mobility issues. Could use a wine opener/corkscrew.

• Ciaran (10/5): Great location and property to enjoy Malaga centro. - Location to Malaga Centro was perfect. The apartment was modern, fully functional and clean. The host was responsive. Although there is no parking provided, there is a parking facility across the bridge nearby for e140/month (I think it was e20/day). If I had to improve something, I would say that the mattresses were the weakest part of the stay and could be improved upon, though they’re not too bad. They would not prevent me from staying there again.

• Robert (5/5): It can do much better - The location is excellent,the apartment is quite comfortable. The cleanliness and equipment of the accommodation. For the 6 nights, we received only one small and one large towel each. The kitchen is equipped with only basic things. There is dust all over the apartment and the sound insulation is very bad, almost non-existent. It feels like you are on the street or in the same apartment with your neighbors.Despite the excellent location and size of the apartment If we return to Malaga we will choose another accommodation. With a little effort, the hosts could improve the impression, this does not leave the impression of someone who cares about the guest.
• L12 (10/5): New Year in Malaga - Less than 5 min walk from old town centre, bars and restaurants. 15 min walk to beach. Views of the dry river channel (which is dammed north of Málaga). Apartment newly refurbished, fresh and bright. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms made it good for us, as 2 couples. Didn't meet our host, but prompt replies to queries by messaging and helpful re social advice.
• Hanzhi (10/5): Best option for Malaga for a family - New and modern , good location . With a lift . Two bedrooms and nice appliances ! The bathroom and the kitchen are well equipped . Perfect for a family The second bathroom has a broken soap dispenser and the shower door couldn’t close fully . So we could only use the bigger bathroom for shower.
• Gail (9/5): Lovely modern apartment with everything in walking distance, would definitely return - Lovely modern apartment, clean and spacious in a great location with the old town, restaurants and shopping on your doorstep. Excellent communication from the hosts, who answered any queries quickly. Pillows were really uncomfortable and you only have one each - would have made such a difference to have an extra good quality pillow instead of just a foam one. Bed was quite firm and would have benefitted from a topper. Could also do with an extra lounge chair.
