• Mylene (9/5): Had a very lovely stay in La Casa Di Napa and thoroughly enjoyed exploring Aiya Napa. Wished we could’ve stayed longer. - The property was very clean, private and in a quiet location with ample parking. Also near to town, beach and other amenities. The staff were welcoming, friendly and the place had a great pool and breakfast choices. Our apartment was big and airy, with a lovely terrace. Had good nights sleep on comfortable beds too. Had some difficulty connecting to WiFi at times but staff were quick to resolve and once connected, it was all good. Kitchen units could do with some updating but nothing major as it’s clean enough and just cosmetic.

• Alexei (9/5): Хорошо было бы добавить несколько развлекательных каналов особенно для детей. - Просторный номер, вид с балкона, очень дружелюбный персонал. Уборка в номере каждый день. Чистый бассейн. Гостей было мало, сложилась приватная атмосфера. Оптимальный завтрак. Сад, который в описании отеля очень живописно подан, не работал. Душевая кабина в ванной закрывается самодельной шторкой, из за чего много воды на полу после душа.

• Bas (9/5): - A great owner (couple) who even gave us a bonus late check out on our last day since we had bad weather all days before which made our holiday extra great! Only downside we can think of is that there are a lot of clubs and big restaurants in the neighbourhood but a small nice and relaxing place is hard to find or quite a walk away. This is in the nature of the village and is off course not something the hotel can change but maybe good to mention since this can manage expectations of people booking. Also if you have bad luck you can have some loud party people next door (we only had one night but also this is a question of managing expectations).

Communication through Booking was REALLY quick and efficient, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful -especially the reception team!!The rooms are cleaned daily, which is great. The location is great, close to main attractions, restaurants, cafes, and public transport (intercity bus stop). In my opinion, this is a place truly worth visiting. I will definitely come back :) Nothing to add here :)

• Αντωνης (9/5): Διαμονή Αγια Ναπα - Οικογένεια - Πολύ καλοί άνθρωποι, εξυπηρετικοί και ευγενικοί. Μας έκαναν ευκολίες check in πιο νωρίς και check out πιο αργά χωρίς χρέωση. Ευρύχωρο διαμέρισμα , καθαρο με Πολύ άνετα κρεβάτια. Επίσης έχει και στεγασμένο parking. Θα ήθελα λίγο πιο πλούσιο πρωινό με περισσότερες επιλογές αλλά σε γενικές γραμμές ήταν αξιοπρεπές.

• holly (10/5): I stayed here with my 2 children in the luxury apartment and we really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect. Everyw - Our room was very clean, bright and comfortable. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast had a good selection. There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property.
• Robert (10/5): Pobyt w dniach 20-26 marzec 2026 - Obiekt spełnił wszystkie moje oczekiwania. Przyjazny personel, znakomity kontakt z właścicielem, super ekipa sprzątająca. Obiekt położony w nie dużej odległości od centrum gdzie znajdziemy szeroki wybór restauracji , przystanki autobusowe z których możemy dostać się w każdy rejon Cypru. Śniadania w formie bufetu, lokalne świeże produkty z których można skomponować smaczny posiłek. Wielki plus za utrzymanie czystości w pokojach jak też na całym obiekcie . Polecam wszystkim którzy chcą odwiedzić Ajia Napę. Robert i Dorota Nie ma nic takiego
• Jack (7/5): - Duży pokój, dogodne połączenie dwóch pokoi w jednym lokalu, sdt wyposażenie, uzupełniane codziennie kosmetyki , życzliwa obsługa przy śniadaniu. Konieczność przejścia na śniadanie do innego budynku , brak kontaktu z recepcja w razie awarii wieczorem , brak prądu oraz ciepłej wody przez 12h. Łóżko małżeńskie zrobione z dwóch rozjezdzajacych się łóżek.

• Filip (9/5): - Everything was great. Facility was same as in some appartments but it is actualy hotel and you have option for breakfast. Breakfast was good and they were adding food until the end. There were few ants but not much. Dont leave any food open and you wont noticed them. Additionaly, the water was running a bit slower from the faucet, water pressure was low and it can be frustraiting sometimes. Location is again a bit away from the main street but nothing too much.

• Marco (10/5): Soggiorno piacevole e rilassante. Tornerei volentieri. - Lo staff è stato molto cordiale e disponibile per tutta la durata del soggiorno. La posizione è centrale e ideale per visitare la città, a soli 5 minuti dalla via principale dei locali, ma comunque tranquilla e lontana dal caos. La struttura è pulita e ben curata. Colazione ricca e variegata, con proposte adatte a tutti i gusti. Unico aspetto migliorabile il Wi-Fi, non sempre molto potente. Nel complesso, soggiorno davvero piacevole. Non ho riscontrato aspetti negativi, il soggiorno è stato ottimo.
• Eoin (10/5): Best apartments in ayia Napa, everything was perfect. - We stayed for 10 nights in June and everything was perfect for the entire stay. Some of our group stayed in the luxury and the others in the standard apartments, both were very nice and clean. Pool is very family friendly and clean. Food was lovely also. Nice and quiet location, no noise complaints at all. The host family were absolutely lovely people, couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Thanks so much for everything. Everything perfect.

Vybavení vzhledem působí moderně a nově, ale nese značné známky opotřebení, u sprchového koutu chybělo kus dveří a byl tam závěs, protékalo umyvadlo na zem. Kuchyně je málo vybavena.

• Jane (10/5): - Veldig koselig personale. Fantastisk med stor balkong, men kun spisebord. Flott basseng. Alltid lett å få solsenger. Ferskpresset granateple til frokost. Og mye variert ellers. Nærbutikk rett over gaten. Et stykke til stranden. Men det gikk helt fint å gå til Sandy Bay. Restauranter i nærheten. Veldig stille område om natten, selv om det er kort avstand til bargaten. Skulle ha fulgt med solsenger eller annet sofa eller slikt ute på verandaen.

Asunnolla oli jo jonkin verran ikää ja se näkyi asunnon ilmeessä sekä erityisesti keittiön kalusteissa ja kylpyhuoneessa. Tästä huolimatta kaikki toimi hyvin ja asumiskokemus oli myönteinen.

Všude čisto. Byli jsme moc spokojeni a chceme se určitě vrátit. Jediné malé minus byl pro mě velmi malý výběr ovoce a zeleniny na snídani, jinak výborné

A reggeli kiváló volt, a medence tiszta. A szobák mindennap takarítva. A képek a szállásról megfeleltek a valóságnak.

They also kindly allowed me to check out late free of charge. I absolutely recommend this place The refrigerator was a little noisy
