• Lindsay (10/5): - Je Rome Hotel was stunning, conveniently located, and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly, and I appreciate the “small things” provided to make my stay memorable and personable. This is a new hotel (they just opened in April), so it seems they are working out some kinks, but overall I still give it five stars because I had a great experience and loved the room. It’s a three-minute walk from the Trevi Fountain and other sites. Also close to a bus stop for those like to live like a local and use public transit. I would stay here again.

The location is amazing for sight seeing, shopping and dining. The service here is excellent. We didn’t have the opportunity to try the restaurant but I bet it’s fantastic however cocktails are phenomenal!!! Highly recommend this hotel, it truly felt like your moneys worth. You will not regret your stay here.

• Albert (10/5): - This is a small boutique hotel located in the heart of Rome. It has been recently renovated and looks amazing. The hotel is remarkably clean, the rooms are clean and very well appointed.What stands out the most is the staff and the customer service provided. From the time we entered and were greeted by Margret at the front desk until we checked out everyone we dealt with was wonderful and could not do enough for us. Another wonderful feature of this hotel is its restaurant. It has a wonderful selection of gourmet food as well as a small bar where you can get great drinks and coffee. Because of its great location and incredibly professional staff, we can’t wait to return.

Que las habitaciones familiares no tengan puerta entre el sector de lavatorios del baño y la habitación, cuando salís de la ducha ( que es un poco pequeña y no te puedes cambiar ahí adentro) quedas expuesto mientras te secas si pasa alguien por delante, hay mucho diseño por falta practicidad en algunas cosas. La suciedad de las alfombras en los sectores comunes Que te cobran muchas cosas aparte en el desayuno

• Holly (10/5): - The staff were wonderful, communicating with us on WhatsApp before arrival and during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. The junior suite was very comfortable with an extra bed made up for our son. We forgot to bring a power adapter so it was a delight to find a usb-c input on the wall by the bed. We didn’t try the breakfast so can’t comment. All the sites except the Vatican are walkable, we walked past the Trevi fountain about 20 times as it was so close. The hotel is situated in a super busy area but the room was still very quiet. I would stay here again if I wanted to be walking distance to all the attractions but would stay elsewhere if I want less touristy intensity outside the front door.

Breakfast was great and their restaurant was also very good. The only thing I would have liked was a warmwater dispenser in the room to make tea, as they only had a coffee machine in the room, but I must say the bartender gave me hot water every night.

• Sam (10/5): We had a fantastic stay at Je Rome, we were celebrating our engagement in Rome and the hotel made sure we had a great ex - The hotel is located so well, very close to Trevi and other sites in Centro Storico so it made traveling around Rome on foot very easy and convenient. Our suite was beautifully designed, great comfortable bed and lots of storage space as well as a balcony. The room was excellent and staff were very helpful and welcoming, they made it a special experience. The included breakfast options were limited and paid menu options were not great value for money.

• BABETTE (9/5): Great new find in Rome - The location is brilliant and my room was great. I had a Junior Suite and it was well worth the spend (especially if you are traveling in the summer, spring or early autumn) as it has a fabulous terrace. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Overall a very nice find in the heart of Rome and I would definitely return to this hotel. Breakfast - there was a good selection of items. Overall happy with everything.

• Danielle (9/5): Beautiful new hotel, great interior and comfortable beds. Noise at night is an issue. - Beautiful new hotel complex in the heart of Rome. Staff were super friendly and attentive. Beds were very comfortable. Unfortunately it was extremely noisy, especially if your room is on the main street side. Bins are collected every night at 2am right out front of your window and general noise from people on the street was very disruptive. The cleaning was generally good, however 2 days in a row the cleaner left a dirty towel hanging on the door handle and a dirty pillow case that they had changed on top of the headboard of the bed.

• Naser (7/5): Tiniest rooms and beds — loud buzzing sound of key cards - Central location — great to if you’re planning on discovering Rome by foot. Extremely small room with no space to open your luggage. Very very small bed. In fact, the bathroom was bigger than the room itself. Loud buzzing sound when unlocking rooms with cards, might wake you up early in the morning if neighboring rooms are unlocking their doors. Not sure if thats on purpose, but the fridge was too small to accommodate any sort of bottles you’d try to store and cool (photo attached). No cabinet for your clothes, only a couple of hangers. Value wise, the rooms are relatively expensive to the size you’re paying for. Also, one receptionist at night with no housekeepers to service rooms. So you should expect room service to be extremely slow. Gym is very small and there is no pool.

The staff didn't care how the stay went when we checked out. The breakfasts are disgusting, the ham is not fresh. If you want something normal this is for extra charge

We were able to drop off our bags for storage in the morning when we arrived in the city and was immediately updated when our room wa ready. Walkable to all the great spots to visit when in Rome. Location is literally a 2 minute walk from Trevi fountain (great for early photos before tourists crowds) or 15 min walk from most other sight seeing spots like the Pantheon & the Spanish steps. They took our bags to our room for us & we’re great in booking a taxi to our cruise ship. The taxi arrived & they already had our bags inside. Not much of a view from their windows but the rooms are gorgeous. Restaurant is nice but gym is quite small. Would stay again!

• Verified traveler (4/5): It's not worth it - The breakfast is very simple compared to other hotels, the photos show options that are not included, you have to pay separately, horrible smell in the room where you have breakfast, bathroom with a very strong smell of pee*, it looks like an airport, I wouldn't go back...

• Feyi (9/5): Beautiful hotel within walking distance to attractions. Special shout out to the amazing staff. - Beautiful hotel in a convenient location with friendly and attentive staff. Our room was spacious, clean and well maintained with beautiful furniture. We were there over a long weekend, celebrating my daughter's birthday, the lady in reception arranged a beautiful surprise birthday gift for my daughter and honestly it was such a delight that someone thought about her. The location is convenient so we could walk to most of the key attractions, including the Trevi Fountain which was around 5 minutes walk. Although the hotel is on a narrow street, it is still accessible by car. I will certainly stay here again. Breakfast was standard, we had the option of a buffet breakfast or a la carte. Nothing to dislike.

The customer service was excellent and the restaurant/cafe that was connected to it downstairs made my morning caffeine run very convenient. The private spa that you book ahead of time was a great way to relax and unwind. don't forget to book it ahead of time.
