• Jaworska (1/5): Bad - We didn’t receive the room that we paid for. Owner was rude and not helpful at all. I strongly recommend not to rent rooms at this place.
• Dimitra (1/5): A disappointing stay/ unprofessional encouter - We liked the room the hostess gave us the first night we checked-in. It was an appartment, 1st floor which met the facilities described on booking site for a family with an 11 month old. I was based on this description since she has 4 photos on site which show only the outdoor space. More specifically, the two first are shown the outside of the room gave us the second day while the two last are taken from the room she gave us the first day. The second day the hostess called us while we were on beach and told us we had to change room because it was not what we booked and she waited other guests the same day. It was the most disappointing encounter and stay we had. Because 1/we did the mistake to accept it as we felt sorry for her and what was saying, 2/ after staying the second night in this room (it fits couples or lonely voyagers) we understood we cannot continue for practical and safety reasons for baby, we told her but she did not care and the welcoming person she showed the 1st day disappeared. She told us we can leave but without refunding us the remaining days. Afterwards, I read in payment description there was no fee cancellation the day of the check in and from the second day she could deny the refund. The booking customer service tried to help us by contacting property but unsuccessfully. We left the 3rd day (we have booked 7 nights) and we have receive no refund. The room she gave us the second day was of a very small size. More specifically, the bathroom was tiny with a shower cabin. We tried to shower the baby by keeping her but due to soap it was not a safe option. The cot was at the end of the bed, next to the only small wardrobe which could not open without removing the cot every time. Due to wardrobe's size, which was not empty, it had bed sheets, pillow cases, towels, almost all luggages/stuff were on the floor and because there was no room there also was stuff on table and chairs. One chair we use it for the baby sit we brought with us. We could not open the window easily due to stuff on table and we had same difficulties to eat. Due to room size the table was next to kitchen's cupboards thus, when we needed to open them we had to remove the chairs and push the table. To reach the bed we could use only the one side since the other was blocked by the wardrobe and cot. Overall, we could not move in this room and we could not leave the baby anywhere except the cot, thus the stay was impossible. The hostess did not care of this situation. We asked her to change us room, she said she has not other and we could leave. It was the most disappointing and unprofessional encounter I had with a host/property especially since she did not care of our living conditions as a family and for the baby.
• Sara (10/5): Top spot - Everything is perfect. The appartment is huge, comfortable, lovely, clean, with everything you need. The location is great. Really close to climbing sectors, you dont need to rent motor bike. Close to the beach and the centre of the town with markets, bars ... Only few stairs away... the owner is just amazing. So nice, lovely, Anna just made us a perfect holidays. Oh and she cooks so tasty food! We Will definitely come back.
