• Zanelle (10/5): Amazing location and apartment. - Great location and facilities. Everything in walking distance. Plenty of room for a group to sleep after a long night. Aircon could be colder. Did get a little hot at times, luckily the ceiling fans came in clutch.
• Tanya (8/5): Good value, fantastic pool deck and rooftop area. - Good layout for 2 couples as the bedrooms were opposite sides of the unit and we had our own bathrooms. It was a good space for us during wet stormy weather rather than being stuck a tiny hotel room per couple. The lounge wasn’t ideal for 4 guests and was too low and not comfortable. There was a separate piece to the lounge in the indoor/outdoor area but it didn’t look very clean for us to use.

• Roy (8/5): Good overall for the price and good location. - Location is excellent, nice and clean. The indoor / outdoor area is really nice, good space in the apartment for business trips and / or visit to Brissy for leisure. The hot water system is pretty poor, warmth in the shower is more lukewarm than hot. Would have been nice to have some milk in the fridge for tea and coffee. Still waiting for a tax invoice, I'll check previous mails, however this would have been good to get when leaving.

• Arlene (6/5): Great convenient stay. - Location was perfect nice quiet stay during the week had everything we needed, enjoyed the hot tub and roof top area. Walking distance from everything. Took ages for the hot water in the shower to come through but that’s really only issue.
• Claire (8/5): - Location was great (we were attending a concert at Fortitude Valley Concert Hall). Apartment was good size for four adults, modern and well appointed. Pool was called "all year" but it wasn't heated. Not this apartments fault though!

• Aidan Ioane (8/5): Excellent - Getting into the garage was tricky. Wasn’t sure how I was meant to get through the security gate. The boom gate was fine but the other gate, I followed some one through. I thought there would be a remote, but there wasn’t.

• David (6/5): Would not rebook this accommodation - The property was clean. Even though the key was not put where it was meant to be, the host was accommodating and arrived quicky to remedy the issue. The location of the apartment was good if you like loud noise and a party atmosphere. The beds were comfortable and the pool, sauna and gym were a great addition to the stay. During the night someone walked straight into the apartment. The security advised this happens all the time. The issue is the door needs to be locked from the outside and then shut when inside the apartment. There is no capacity to lock the door from the inside. Very odd!! There were five of us booked for the room but only four towels provided for use. We have stayed in many booking.com accommodation and this is the first one to not have any milk for coffees or teas and very limited to non-existence condiments. For future guests, this would be highly recommended to add as this small touch will bring back valued guests and the benefit would outweigh any additional costs to the owners. The location was noisy due to the entertainment across the road and was expected given the location of the hotel. Just wanted to make other visitors aware, as it is very noisy till about 1am.

• Mirela (1/5): Terrible and stressful experience. - Place was double booked. We were face to face with other people who also paid and booked the same place and that situation caused us all a great of deal of discomfort. And on top of all of that, the host decided not to answer any of our calls trying to find a solution to this terrible situation. Only Thanks to those other guests being a very nice people agreeing to look for different accomodation ( even though already paid for this one ) my birthday weekend was not distroyed. First time booking through booking.com and terrible experience. And reception staff confirmed this was not the first time this happens with this host.

• taiba (8/5): Overall a happy beautiful stay - The place is gorgeous and clean, stunning to walk into I didn’t realise this was privately owned, according to the actual website of the hotel, I could have save $150 a night if I’d gone straight with Meriton. I should have done my research.

• Jane (9/5): If we come to Brisbane again would definitely try to rebook. - The unit was more spacious than we anticipated and very bright and clean. Any queries we had were answered very quickly by our host. The pool was lovely and at the end of our corridor so really convenient. Location great for going out day and night. A second set of keys would have been useful as we were two couples and not always out together. There were a couple of very noisy dogs in neighbouring apartments which barked a lot as they appeared to be shut outside for long periods of time.

The building also has great facilities which are able to enjoy including a rooftop area with BBQs and beautiful views. The apartment is very central within Fortitude Valley. The parking was also very secure. The host was also super helpful! I would stay here again.

Homey and made our stay in Brisbane so much more enjoyable. - Loved the apartment, the floor plan and facilities, and found it spacious for the 3 of us during our near 2 week stay. We especially loved the way the apartment could be opened up to the outdoors via bifold and sliding doors to a fabulous balcony. The bathrooms were lovely and clean as was the majority of the apartment, and the kitchen contained most of the items we needed. An added bonus was the fact the pool, gym and sauna were on the same level, not far away, but far enough so we didn't hear any noise. Very little we didn't like. Some more kitchen items would have been appreciated such as scissors, can opener, more butter knives, and some extra towels supplied as women generally need two towels when washing hair.
