• Katerina (10/5): - Маттео отличный хозяин, он нас встретил, показал место для парковки (закрытый гараж), передал ключи, провел до апартаментов, все рассказал и показал. Вид потрясающий. Апартаменты большие, удобная кухня и гостинная. В наличии было все необходимое. Уставшие сковородки, шедевр на них не приготовить.

• Sonya (10/5): Un séjour mémorable - L’accueil exceptionnel de l’hôte Mateo, il est très gentil et il veut s’assurer que notre séjour se passe bien. Merci Mateo. L’emplacement est exceptionnel et que dire de la vue magnifique sur le lac Côme, c’est wow. L’appartement est super, nous avions de tout, très propre, tout l’équipement est intact, les lits confortables, un immense appartement avec beaucoup de place. De grande fenêtre et un balcon qui fait tout l’appartement. Lorsqu’il y a de pluie, il y a un auvent pour se protéger de la pluie et du soleil. Les directives de Mateo à notre arrivée était parfait, il nous attendait dans le chemin pour nous guider avec l’auto, une attention très appréciés de la part de Mateo. Il y avait un stationnement privé dans la même bâtisse, très apprécié. Il faut avoir absolument un auto pour se rendre à l’appartement, car elle n’est pas tout près du centre et l’appartement est à flanc de montagne. Et pour avoir accès à l’appartement, il faut emprunter des escaliers (80 marches) au total. Donc, pour nous ce n’est pas un point négatif de l’appartement, mais c’est une information importante à mentionner à d’autres, car cela pourrait être un point négatif pour une autre personne. Il faut mieux être informé avant, car il n’y a pas ascenseur.
• Karin (8/5): - Uitzicht is helemaal top! Wij raden wel aan om de garage erbij te huren. Appartement is ruim. Afvoer douche verbeteren en hygiëne douche is niet helemaal goed. En een extra koekenpan is handig
• TANIA (7/5): - It was very clean I did not like that. It was very far away from Chernobyl. Going there by car was a nightmare and going up and down walking was tiresome and finding a taxi was another nightmare.

• ali (7/5): تجربه لن تتكرر - غرفتين نوم المنضر كان جميل جدا وهو ما خدعنا لحجزها وكذالك وتوفر المطبخ المتكامل وغساله الملابس وموقف السياره الضيق موقعها في شوارع ضيقه جدا وكذاك الموقف ضيق والدرج الاول للوصول للباب الداخلي ثم تصعد 3 طوابق لاتنفع لمن معه سياره كبيره ولا تنفع للي معه شنط ملابس كبيره
• Petar (10/5): A wonderful short break at Lake Como - Beautiful apartment with an amazing view. The host was very friendly and helpful. He was very helpful and responsive. Air conditioning in the bedrooms would have made the evenings more comfortable.

• Jivamany (9/5): The view just took my breath away, at sunset and sunrise. Just beautiful - It was a self catering apartment, so had whatever we wanted for breakfast. The location of the apartment was great view on the balcony. Rooms was good size plenty of space. we explore a walk down and up the mountain. I didn't realise that on top of the mountain apartment, which was great, there was a lot of stairs to the apartment, it wasn't too good for my friend who had knee problem.

• Phillip (8/5): Matteo was a great host, lots of good information. We enjoyed our stay here. - This apartment is on the top floor of a 3 story building (no lift), so a few stairs to climb. The views are very nice of the lake and it's a very quiet area. It's tucked away so not the easiest to find and you need a car. There is a garage (paid extra), but it's essential and roads are very narrow in the area! Plenty of space inside the apartment , a good kitchen and a lovely balcony to relax and take in the views. Paying extra for use of the garage. There is nowhere very close to park if you have luggage/kids/bags etc. It's a hard walk up from the lake, only 20 mins but quite steep.

• Antti (9/5): Beautiful scenes in a relaxed atmosphere and friendly host. - The location was Wonderfull and the scenes were second to nun. The apartment was clean and functional and the garage for the car was great to have. Matteo was super friendly and he responded quickly to our messages if we had something to ask etc. We were pleased with our decision on taking this apartment over other options, because the roads in Cernobbio were reasonable to drive if you compare it to other roads around Como lake. Also Cernobbio town was relaxing with good atmosphere and great options for restaurants. In addition Cernobbio is in logistical sense good option if you want to visit Switzerland. The apartment was located on the third floor and walking the stairs was a bit of a workout in the heat (+30-34 deg). I would not recommend this apartment to someone with poor health or with bad feet.
