Kym (8/5): lovely new apartment block in a nice residential area of UB, 30 min walk to city centre - the aircon was not working until we asked on the last day and then a man came in to turn it on

Tanja (1/5): NOT CLEAN - Unfortunately there were multiple big stains on the bed sheet, including hair, the stains looked like dried sperm. I was not able to sleep in the bed after seeing this. When we highlighted it to the hotel staff all they replied was “ok”. I ended up sleeping on the sofa. Even if these are stains that couldn’t get washed out of the bed sheets then don’t put the bed sheets on the bed. Besides, the least thing they could do was change the bed sheets and apologise. All we got was “ok”
Shamim (9/5): Excellent property with amazing staff members - The property was very new and clean. It is as shown on the photos We rented a three bedroom apartment . We expected to have a microwave and some cooking pots. None of the above was available.

Niyasitpro (10/5): Exceptional - Traffic is heavy in the hotel area, But it is a very good location, easy welkin access to a lot of shops, malls For air condition room, please ask before they issue the key. They don't have AC in full rooms. AC is available only in the main hall. In Mongolia AC is not required, but if you prefer mention it during checkin. Some rooms dont have AC. The hotel staff were flexible to shift available room.

Benjamin (10/5): Would stay again. - Very spacious apartment. A much needed respite after a week of camping on the Steppes! Fifteen minute walk from the Square. Nice stores near the hotel. They forgot to turn on the boiler so it took some time to get a hot shower.
Roger (7/5): Nice clean hotel but management need to pay more attention to detail. - Fairly new hotel, very clean and access to the pool was great for the kids We were not given enough towels for all the people in the rooms (I booked 2 Rooms for 2 nights). We asked at reception (3 times) but none were delivered. The room had good amenities such as stove, oven, dishwasher etc. but no instructions or consumables to use them. There was no detergent for dishwasher or in the sink, no tea towel and I had to google instructions to use the cook top. When we tried to go to breakfast, we were told we had to book it the day before so was unavailable at the hotel!

Chris (10/5): Great Apartment for Ulanbaator - We arrived very early (7 in the morning) and they let us check-in eraly, which was very nice. The apartments were gigantic. One would have fit our whole group but "deluxe family room" means different things in different countries, so you never know in advance. We gladly would have stayed there longer. The location is not directly in the center but taxis are cheap, so we we happy to have chosen May Seven Suites.
