Top Lage im wunderschönen Ort Pyrgos Sehr stylische Inneneinrichtung Kein direkter Parkplatz , aber man findet immer einen an den ausgewiesenen Parkplätzen oder am Straßenrand.

• Johanna (9/5): Great room with heated plunge pool in Pyrgos - On the Square is not really an hotel as it has no reception, no bar and no restaurant, but we knew it and it was as per our expectations. The lady (Athena) who organized for us the transfer from the pier was friendly and we received a warm welcome. The room was quite new and very big with nice outdoor terrasse and a heated plunge pool, which was really appreciated. It is located right in the center of Pyrgos close to bars/restaurants and the narrow streets of Pyrgos Maybe to add something on the terrasse to dry towel and clothes. if the towels could be changed daily would be also appreciated, but nothing that will prevent us from being back.
• Carolina (9/5): All in all a great place to stay and I would stay again. - The location was so great! Just a few steps from the square with the bus stop and very short walks to restaurants. The bed was so comfortable and let us rest for another day of exploring beautiful Santorini The cleaning could be a bit better, we found old dirt. The bathroom also had a strange smell which is probably from the drains.

• Juan Huguet (8/5): No es un hotel. Es un apartamento turístico con buenas instalaciones. - Estaba al lado de la zona con más ambiente de Pyrgos. Habitación y terrazas eran grandes. Jacuzzi impecable. No tiene recepción ni servicio de bar, con lo que hasta para comprar un agua tienes que salir. No limpian la habitación ni cambian las toallas.

• Haberman (4/5): Disappointing - It was clean and Pyrgos is a charming town. The description states a hot tub, but it was not in fact a hot tub but a lukewarm tub. I booked this room for an extra fee specifically for access to a HOT tub. This is extremely disappointing. No one asks for scalding temperatures, however it should not be tepid. Rather than being able to have a relaxing therapeutic soak after a long day, we found ourselves cold and needing to run into a hot shower within 3 minutes. The staff said they would fix it and pass along concerns to coworkers but nothing was actually done. There was also an electric issue with one of the lights, as it would flicker throughout the night and disturbed the mood.

• Salim (9/5): Superb - The property was very modern and clean. My stay at On the Square was amazing. Was in a great location. You have restaurants just outside the building and a bus stop in walking distance. We was close to Francos too, a must see especially when the sun is setting. Also Thomas was a great help when arriving and helped us organise a day trip which was brilliant. Can’t thank him enough.

I told this company when I will be arriving and gave them my flight number just to be left waiting around a hour at the apartment for a member of staff to let us in. We have never experienced that before and it was very unprofessional. I Would not stay at this apartment again for the staff reason alone.

• Amy (10/5): Perfection in Santorini - This property was perfect! In the cutest little town with lots of lovely restaurants nearby. Private hot tub and terrace with a view of the square. Beautiful classic santorini streets within walking distance. I’ve stayed on the caldera previously and I would 100% choose to stay here if I were to come again as the hotel was so wonderful. Nothing, it was perfect

• Ivan (10/5): Excellent hidden gem in Santorini - Excellent facilities including fantastic shower and hot tub. Very modern and by far the most up-to-date place we were able to find in Santorini, even when taking into account 5-star hotels. We would love to be back. Could be a bit easier to communicate with facilities staff - e.g. providing a way to say 'no' to room service at a glance similar to a hotel. The staff themselves were super kind, receptive and all around fantastic, so just a minor nit-pick.
• Robert (7/5): Good location in a busy part of town - Good location, on/above the town square. Bus stop very close. Access to cultural village good. Being right in the square it is not quiet or peaceful at all, loads of constant traffic and music from mid morning to late night for adjacent restaurant/bar. The hot tub/spa pool and patio is unfortunately exposed to the sun all day and no umbrella or shade is provided rendering the space useless.
• David (9/5): Lovely apartment to enjoy Pyrgos. - A very clean and comfortable property well located for exploring Pyrgos Kallistis. Near a few restaurants and right at the foot of the old town, easy for walking up to the castle and exploring the lanes and churches. Just a short drive from both the airport and port. Friendly welcome and easy check-in. Nothing not to like.

• Smith-rayson (10/5): Exceptional - We liked the location as it was close to all amenities. It was clean and comfortable. Although we understood it wasn't a self-catering room. Maybe just some basics like a couple of plates and cutlery to eat with if you decided to have a takeaway 🤔
