Located near rajaseat park this stay was very neatly maintained and one must try their homemade food which was delicious and Home made wines which they have is also worth tasting. Definitely looking forward to visit again

- Abinaya (9/5): Superb - Sai homestay is one of the best homestays at Madikeri. I'm giving 5 stars for it's location and the price mainly. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and spacious. My family felt happy for the stay. Host was very much concerned about our needs. Only drawback is I reserved for 10 guests which includes a child, but there were only 4 cotted beds altogether in ground floor and 1st floor. Also we were provided with 4 singles beds (without cot) so, it helped. I highly recommend sai homestay, best stay at reasonable price..!! Food and indoor games are missing

- Dharini (8/5): Very good - We liked ground floor rooms Rooms were clean and comfortable . The boy name Naveen Sagar is nice boy he is helping all the time when need help. First floor for two rooms only one bathroom they have .They don't have rods to hang our clothes and towels and not that clean as compared to ground floors food was ok but don't ask for Coorg akki rotti that was too thick ..

Room was sufficient and comfortable enough . Also Naveen & Likhin poojari were so kind , ensuring our comfort for the stays. Hotwater always available. kettle was provided. Extra matress were given. TV provision was there but no channels available apart from Pothigai.

- Ramadevi (10/5): Great place to stay and enjoy with family.Kids and teens will really enjoy this place - The location is near to bus stand ,the ambiance was really good.They arranged for vehicle to pick up us from busstand. They arranged for homemade dinner which was mouth watering, taste was really exceptional.The host Likhin pujari arranged a jeep for early ride to Mandalpathi peak which the driver denied to pick us at last moment.however immediately Pujari arranged for a another jeep with which we are able to reach the spot and enjoy. Overall this place is great and recommended to stay. Since we went on May month, the day was little warm and the fan air blow is not sufficient for us.

Helped us plan our trip for the next 2 days and translated with the tour guide Our stay at Sai Homestay was smooth and comfortable. - The kitchen was not functional. Could have kept some vessels for heating milk. - wifi was not available Other than that everything was perfect.
